Admiral James Stavridis Meeting At Trump Tower (Video)…

Retired Admiral James Stavridis talks to the media about the meeting with Donald Trump and the Trump transition team today in HQ.  The media frame this meeting as Stavridis floated as potential cabinet pick. WE DOUBT.

Stavridis was former head of NATO Allied Command during the most consequential NATO intervention in the Mid-East. The Obama/Clinton/Panetta NATO attack against Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.  It was Stavridis who coordinated the intervention on behalf of the U.S. State Department, CIA, White House and French leader Nicolas Sarzoky.
Hopefully, this meeting was simply to gain Stavridis perspective on the construct of the current NATO architecture.   Admiral Stavridis is an interventionist’s globalist.

UPDATE: Arrivederci Renzi – Italy Votes NO – Referendum Results and Open Discussion…

Arrivederci Renzi

update-1UPDATE:  Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi conceded defeat and pledged to resign on Sunday after Italian voters rejected his proposed reforms to the country’s constitution, setting further in motion a populist wave that has sent shockwaves throughout the west in the past six months, and ushering in a brand new period of uncertainty to the Eurozone’s third largest economy. The State Department and The Secretary of State…

I have been reluctant to engage in speculation over potential Secretary of State candidates because the discussion therein is fraught with far too many nuances to outline succinctly without walking ourselves through a mine-field almost too complex to digest.
Suffice to say, anyone who has followed politics for any substantive amount of time knows the inherent issue with an operational entity, The U.S. State Department, whose entire mission has been at the epicenter of ctrl-left globalist advocacy.

One small example would be the Rivkin Project. Imagine how challenging it would be to take an organizational model, built over decades, and appoint a leader whose diplomatic mission would be to implement/construct policy entirely antithetical to the objectives of the participants within the organization?
Think about it.

Nigel Farage Speech: "It's Been a Decade In a Year"…

Catching up on some lengthier presentations – this speech by Nigel Farage on November 11th is well worth a watch.  Against the backdrop of Brexit and the successful election of Donald Trump, Mr. Farage reflects upon issues that bind the United States and Great Britain.
Nigel Farage discusses: nationalism, political impacts, global financial interests, trade, NATO and the European Union.  Mr. Farage also shares his perspective on the “wonderfully spicy” Trump rally in Mississippi during the presidential election.
There’s also a great 10 minute question and answer session toward the end.

Decision Italy – Italians Vote Tomorrow In Nationalism Referendum…

The Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi is attempting to push back against increasing nationalistic sentiments by establishing a referendum tomorrow to fundamentally adjust the political powers of central governance.
renzi-1
In essence, tomorrow Italians will vote “YES” to approve of Renzi’s referendum, or “NO” to oppose his referendum.  The referendum itself is a wide ranging construct intended to realign and centralize political power away from Italy’s current regional influences.
An analogy for Americans might be to think of Italy’s referendum as the elimination of the U.S. constitution’s 10th Amendment.  [Which essentially says all powers not directly given to the federal government are necessarily retained by the states.]   Italy’s vote tomorrow is to determine if their regions (states) are willing to cede power to Renzi’s centralized (federal) government. Fillon Defeats Juppe In French Republican Primary Runoff…

After failing to get over 50% of the vote in last weeks Republican party primary, the top two candidates Francois Fillon and Alain Juppe had a runoff election today.  Fillon has won, and will now head into next years French Presidential race against Marine Le Pen (French Nationalist Party, FNP) and the liberal/socialist party candidate most likely to be current President Francios Hollande.
Francois Fillon, former French prime minister and member of Les Republicains political party, delivers his speech after partial results in the second round for the French center-right presidential primary election in Paris(Via Reuters) Francois Fillon, a socially conservative free-marketeer, won France’s center-right presidential primaries on Sunday, setting up a likely showdown next year with far-right leader Marine Le Pen that the pollsters expect him to win.
With votes from four-fifths of 10,228 polling stations counted, Fillon, who went into Sunday’s second-round run-off as firm favorite, had won over 67 percent of the vote in a head-to-head battle with another ex-prime minister, Alain Juppe.  “I must now convince the whole country our project is the only one that can lift us up,” a visibly moved Fillon said at his campaign headquarters after Juppe conceded defeat. French Primary Results: Fillon 44%, Juppe' 28% and Embarrassing Third Place for Nicolas Sarkozy…

While a little challenging to understand, essentially the french conservatives (Republican party) are holding their first round primary today.  However, everyone in France gets to vote in the primary, and the two with the highest vote percentage then go head-to-head in a run off in round two (next week).

The winner of next week’s head-to-head will then enter the general election race and face Marine Le Pen of the French National party, along with other left-wing party candidates next April. Assuming no-one gets over 50% in the April 2017 general election, the top two then going head to head in the General election run-off in May.
The three leading conservative republican candidates going into today were former French President Nicolas Sarkozy,  and former french prime ministers Francois Fillon and Alain Juppe’.  Most non-Republican (liberal) voters hoping Mr Alain Juppe’ would win because he has the best chance of beating Marine Le Pen.
With 72% of the vote counted Francois Fillon appears to be winning. (more…)

Queen Elizabeth II Plans Invitation for President Donald Trump State Visit…

According to The Sunday Times Queen Elizabeth is planning to invite President Donald Trump for an official state visit during the summer of 2017.  Great Britain has long been the strongest ally to the U.S. provoking causing consternation from the left-wing elements amid both nations.
President Obama strained the relationship by criticizing the United Kingdom’s colonial heritage, removing a Winston Churchill bust from the oval office, and giving the Queen the gift of an iPod containing all of his own speeches.
