Alex Bruesewitz, an adviser to Trump’s 2024 campaign and a political broker for online influence operations, first revealed the issue last week when he publicly stated he had paid Laura Loomer to generate content on her X account.
The Washington Post then followed up and interviewed four other people who provided receipts of payments made to Laura Loomer for her to promote content on social media. Most intellectually honest observers of events already surmised the pay for influence was happening with Loomer, the reporting confirms it.
(WaPo) – The right-wing activist Laura Loomer has been paid by private clients to make political posts on social media without publicly disclosing the payments, according to a former campaign aide to President Donald Trump and three others familiar with the arrangements, shedding light on what they say is a business practice of one of the Trump administration’s most influential online firebrands.
The allegations were made by Alex Bruesewitz, an adviser to Trump’s 2024 campaign, and three other people who spoke on the condition of anonymity. Two of the three people said they had paid Loomer directly to post political messages on her X account, where she has 1.9 million followers. The third said they had overseen clients who paid her to post on the account. The three spoke on the condition of anonymity.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) report for October shows remarkable job gains of +165,000 with revisions to August and September +84,000 higher than previously reported. [BLS Data Here]
Employment in professional and business services increased by 70,000 in October along with an upward trend in professional, scientific, and technical services (+33,000), in administrative and support and waste management and remediation services (+28,000), and in management of companies and enterprises (+9,000).
Health care added 42,000 jobs in October; transportation and warehousing added 25,000 jobs. Manufacturing employment continued to trend up in October (+19,000) and has increased by 101,000 since December 2025. Job gains occurred in computer and electronic product manufacturing (+7,000), machinery manufacturing (+4,000), and primary metal manufacturing (+4,000).

However, the important point, the blueprint goes beyond corporate targets, urging scrutiny of Trump’s personal finances, his tax arrangements, cryptocurrency businesses and alleged preferential treatment of corporate donors.
The primary targets, not expressly outlined (yet) due to the strategy they are deploying, are Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Steve Witkoff, the Trump Media organization and Trump Holdings. Unfortunately, as noted in the initial predictions for 2027 legislative expectations it appears the ability of President Trump to execute an America-First economic policy is going to be targeted. Incoming Democrat committee leaders are intending to write laws reversing President Trump’s tariff ability, starting with Canada.
The Wall Street Journal, a media outlet who have long been against U.S. protective tariffs, are outlining the Democrat plan. Considering the likelihood of a Presidential veto the democrat plan includes attaching legislation to the tariff authority repeal that will stimulate Republican support.
Congress can override a presidential veto with a two-thirds majority, or 290 votes in the House and 67 votes in the Senate given all members are voting. As of Thursday evening, Democrats had captured 253 House seats and 54 Senate seats.
