CBS is reporting on events within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.  As CTH previously outlined, Acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte is following a very predictable path. {GO DEEP}

The part of the CBS report that tells the story is: “Six career and political intelligence staff were terminated and 45 were sent back to their home agencies, according to three sources familiar with the personnel moves.” … “One source characterized the cuts as thoughtful and methodical. No staffers have been removed from the counterterrorism group.”

So, who was removed?  Well, I’m certainly not the Nostradamus of USIC, but if I were to hazard an educated guess it looks like the National Intelligence Council – Directorate of Analysis, just lost six political staff, and 45 people from the various liaison desks were ‘sent back to their home agencies.’

As we noted last year, Tulsi Gabbard took the National Intelligence Council (NIC) out of the CIA – fired the heads, then putting the assembly back under the control of the ODNI.  However, highly political operatives within the former CIA-controlled Directorate of Analysis (the former home of Eric Ciarmella) were still problematic.  It looks like Director Pulte just eliminated the remaining DoA rats.

The 45 returned to their ‘home agencies‘ were certainly from the liaison desks inside the DNI.

I’m not sure if that represents 45 from across all the desks, or the complete elimination of some overstaffed liaison desks.  That said, given the nature of the leaking was recently to CNN (State Dept leaks to CNN), I am somewhat confident the State Dept liaison office inside the DNI is now empty office space.  [Just a hunch 😂]

If you were with CTH when I did the deep dive into the Miami-Dade School Police Department and Miami-Dade School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, all of it related to the Travyon Martin case. You will likely remember how corrupt and sketchy Carvalho was. {SEARCH TOOL}

Carvalho organized a system within Miami-Dade, where black male students could avoid criminal charges, including felony cases, and have their behavior instead handled with school discipline.

The approach was part of the Obama inspired “My Brother’s Keeper” concept.  Miami-Dade School Police (MDSPD) were instructed not to arrest black male students and instead refer their conduct to school administration.  Trayvon Martin was one of the beneficiaries {GO DEEP}.

Trayvon had burglarized a residence near the High School.  He was serving a two-week suspension from school, sent to his father Tracy Martin in the Orlando area, and it was during that two-week suspension when George Zimmerman spotted Trayvon looking in the patio doors and windows of residences in his condominium complex.  The rest is history.

School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho was/is a very well connected political figure among Democrats.  He was even considered for a VP nomination.  However, it was Carvalho’s program to use the school police to inflate statistical improvements in schools that eventually led to neighboring Broward County doing the same thing in 2013. That “Promise Program” duplication led to the Parkland High School shooting.

Carvalho went to New York City under Mayor Bill de Blasio, and then out to Los Angeles.  In February of this year, reports surfaced of Carvalho being under an FBI investigation for misuse of office, financial crimes, wire fraud and embezzlement. Yesterday Carvalho announced his resignation.

This is the third step in what I believe is a transparent operation conducted by Ukraine and the U.K (NATO group).

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is now demanding the U.S. give license approval to military contractors in order to build U.S. Patriot Missile systems in Ukraine and throughout Europe.

I am almost certain this was the intent of the previous operation carried out by Ukraine upon their own religious and cultural centers in Kiev.  It fits a long-established pattern of operation which we have watched unfold in real time over the past few years.  Again, for emphasis, I cannot prove this – but deeply suspect it is accurate.

Breaking down what Zelenskyy outlines below. This is what it looked like in real time as the events described below unfolded.

(1) Following the pattern of visible and political diminishment of Christianity within Ukraine, the Nazi side of Ukraine carried out a false flag attack on their own cathedral and cultural sites as the set up to their plan. This was staged and timed to happen just before the G7 assembly in France.

(2) Using #1 as the pretense and justification, Ukraine then pulled the trigger on 600 simultaneous drones targeting Moscow in Russia – the drones were pre-staged and set to attack during the G7. This was planned prior to the events in France.

(3) Using #1 and #2 as the central backdrop, internal G7 pressure was then directed toward the U.S. delegation, while holding home turf on the ground of the ‘coalition of the willing.’ Zelenskyy, Starmer and Macron had this set up in advance.

That’s the outlook when you drop the pretenses. That’s the nature of this Ukraine. That’s also why we continue to call this operation World War Reddit! Here’s Zelenskyy’s demand:

With Acting DNI Bill Pulte coming into office, several people have requested my simple guide to identifying media leaks.

This reference resource is based on historic patterns and generally has an 80/20 accuracy rate.  While there are some leaks that cross through the data pattern, in the aggregate this basic outline has shown to be correct.

The leak source identification can help interested political observers understand the motives and objectives.

When you see the term “exclusive” in the originating media report, this guide increases in accuracy:

• The State Department leaks to CNN
• The CIA leaks to The Washington Post
• The DOJ/FBI leaks to The New York Times and Politico
• DHS domestically leaks to the Wall Street Journal
• The National Security Council leaks primarily to Axios and Politico, NYT secondary
• The Pentagon leaks to Fox News and the Wall Street Journal (Axios more recent)
• Kash Patel leaks to John Solomon – Just The News
• ¹DNI leaks to the Wall Street Journal, however:

¹The ODNI gets a little complicated due to the structure of the ODNI.  Each intelligence agency has a liaison office inside the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.  Generally, the topline guide above overlays with the desk assignment.

Example 1: CNN gets an ‘exclusive’ leak related to the DNI; the leak sourcing is therefore most likely to be the State Dept Desk inside the DNI office. (State Dept leaks to CNN)

Example 2: Washington Post gets an ‘exclusive’ leak related to the DNI.  The leak sourcing is directly from the CIA liaison desk inside DNI.  (CIA leaks to WaPo)

This is the consistent pattern that established itself over the past 20 years.  It is generally accurate on an 80/20 basis. Meaning 80% of the time the origin of the leak can be identified this way with accuracy; 20% of the time it is not.

Telegram founder Pavel Durov is one voice who has been consistent in his message about how western countries have become increasingly authoritarian in their efforts to retain power and control.  Durov is the real deal; the John Galt within the mechanisms of digital communication.

The principle under attack is freedom, and the recent examples of internet and social media control via age verification are steps within this process.  Durov notes these moments are like the early stages of the Titanic after hitting the iceberg, where people aboard the ship did not quite realize the scope of the danger around them.

Leftist British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has lost support among the majority of voters within the United Kingdom as evidenced by the shellacking his party took in the recent election.  However, as the embattled leader clings to power by telling law enforcement to crackdown on anti-government voices, he extends the control mechanisms under the guise of “protecting children.”

If you are a social media user or internet user in the U.K, you now have to prove your age by proving your identity. It is obvious to the non-pretenders that proving your identity is the objective; the ruse to force the mandate is to prove your age. This is the way a grand lie is deployed in order to achieve an objective.  ‘All your information are belong to us.’

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer delivers a press conference with the announcement from 10 Downing Street. He announces a sweeping ban on social media for children under 16, describing it as a “big step” to protect young people from online harm. Starmer defends the policy as necessary to tackle “addictive algorithms, cyberbullying, and mental health risks.”  Britain will follow Australia’s example in raising the minimum age to 16 for sites such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat.

BIG PICTURE: Australia, New Zealand and Canada all have social media control systems in place. Now, the U.K joins with them.  What does Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the U.K have on common?  They are all part of the 5-Eyes intelligence network.  This is an IC operation. Don’t lose sight of it.

This is a freedom battle against aligned interests that have historically used the intelligence community as their main strategy.

From the western globalist perspective, you must always accept their #1 priority is information control. It doesn’t matter what the tool or technique of the day being discussed it, the #1 issue -for them- is to control information.

There comes a certain point when you just have to listen to the corrupt deep state operatives within the Intelligence Community openly state the nature of their activity.

Yes, I have laid it out for multiple years. Yes, people have not grasped how Machiavellian the network is. Yes, the DC denial and media obfuscation is rampant. However, just listen to them and they will eventually tell you exactly how weaponized the United States intelligence system is.  This is a quote:

If he misuses that, we’ll figure it out but having him exposed where he doesn’t even have a security clearance to all our nation’s classified programs, out of ignorance, he might give away information. I’ve had heads of our intelligence communities say to us they’re terrified of showing him information. I’ve had foreign governments express huge concern.“

Obviously, playing the role of guardian for the system, Margaret Brennan doesn’t immediately ask, who are these “heads of our intelligence communities?” or “who are these foreign governments?”  Likely for the same reason HPSCI member Elise Stefanik never pressed the rogue political operation issue with FBI Director James Comey on March 20, 2017.

A highly disturbing video out from yesterday’s “Raise the Colors” protest in Sheffield city center, shows police engaged in physical confrontations with protestors.  During one viral video, an aggressive police officer (center of still image below) grabs the young man with the flag on his shoulders and throws him violently into a steel and concrete bollard on the sidewalk.

The video shared on X platform (below) is very disturbing.  The force of the body slam into the bollard appears to show the protestors head hitting the steel, which is significantly bent after the blow when the protester hits the ground.

The officer who slammed the man into the bollard seems to immediately notice something terrible, as do the officers who quickly rush in to surround the victim.  The aggressive police officer then begins to back away as other police tend to the medical condition of the man on the sidewalk.

Given the force of the blow, as reflected in the bending of the bollard, there are now fast spreading rumors on the X platform that the protester was killed.  Again, the status of the victim is unknown as no official statement has been made by Sheffield police or local authorities.

People are now demanding to know what the current status of the protestor is.

Many of you will likely remember December 29, 2019, when Secretary Pompeo, Joint Chief’s Mark Milley and Secretary Mark Esper flew to Mar-a-Lago to inform President Trump about military strikes they had just conducted in Northern Syria and Iraq. {SEE HERE}

At the time of the strike, President Trump was negotiating the exit of U.S. troops from Afghanistan and even having direct talks with the Taliban which was proclaimed as controversial by the traditional war machine elements in DC.  The action by Pompeo, Milley and Esper did not align with the moment based on Trump’s ongoing effort.

President Trump made no comments about the strike they carried out, nor did President Trump post anything about the events.  In fact, President Trump made Pompeo, Milley and Esper stand at the podium and inform the media and public.

CTH said at the time nothing about this made sense. Our suspicion was that Pompeo, Milley and Esper had acted unilaterally without approval. Events later on indicated our suspicion was accurate.

One month later we were in beginning of SARS-CoV-2, which we now accept in hindsight was a U.S. military and intelligence operation utilizing a virus created in a Wuhan, China biological lab. The global response to the virus was a combined military and intelligence operation.

The most excessive ‘western’ reactions to the virus were carried out by New Zealand, Australia, the U.K and Canada, all five-eyes countries.  The November 2020 election result was specifically an outcome of the virus and fraudulent mail-in ballots.

It’s also worth remembering that in 2016 the Trump-Russia collusion material originated from the U.K via former intelligence operative Christopher Steele and the Fusion GPS network in the U.S.

That’s the context for last week Mike Pompeo paying tribute to his old friend in British intelligence who worked with him as CIA Director following the 2016 election of President Trump.
