To say this report has been widely shared on conservative media would be an understatement; but something just doesn’t sniff right.

The essence of the reports is that Ukraine officials discussed a scheme to receive money from USAID, essentially from the CIA, then launder the money through fake Ukraine ‘clean energy programs’ using various front groups, eventually culminating with the money being transferred to the Joe Biden reelection effort.  That’s the gist of the report.

However, as much as this story is of great interest to me, for reasons outlined below, there are multiple red flags which should indicate serious caution needs to be applied.

First red flag.  Every single report about the issue links back to the original John Solomon report, written mostly by Jerry Dunleavy. [SEE HERE].  There is no follow-up reporting from any other outlet or source on this exceptionally explosive claim.

Second red flag.  Despite the report centering around a “declassified intelligence intercept” under review by DNI Tulsi Gabbard, there is no citation for the interpretation of the information itself.  There is no visibility into a declassified report, which if genuinely declassified would be easy to share with readers.

The absence of citation for the core claim, while simultaneously stating the information has been declassified, is a significant flag.  This type of reporting relies on the reader accepting the interpretation of the author who chooses -without saying why- to keep it hidden.

Third red flag.  The Office of the Director of National Intelligence has not commented on the declassified originating information, nor on the reporting or interpretation of it by Solomon.  This is not to say the reporting itself is inaccurate, but simply to note that no one is going on the record to substantiate it; and again, the information is hidden.

Fourth red flag.  If the core information was accurate, it would be attacked (spun and shaped) in a defensive posture by the leftist media who have direct contacts with allied intelligence officials who would know about it.  When an explosive IC claim is ignored by leftist media (NYT, WaPo, Politico, et al) generally that means they want to see the narrative advance or be emphasized.  This posture of advancement is generally made when information is being wrongly interpreted, and that plays positively toward their interests.

Yesterday, President Trump announced his intention to nullify any Joe Biden document signed by autopen, that did not carry cognitive understanding of Biden. [SEE HERE]

The House investigation into the White House handlers of Joe Biden, now takes focus.

“As part of the Oversight Committee’s investigation into The Biden Autopen Presidency, Chairman James Comer and Committee staff conducted transcribed interviews with several of Joe Biden’s former senior aides and advisors. […] Their testimony revealed that President Biden’s cognitive deterioration was real, visible, and widely discussed inside the West Wing.

Witnesses further confirmed that critical executive actions and even presidential pardons were executed without Biden’s direct authorization, signed instead by an autopen. Several aides confessed they did not know who was approving or controlling its use.” WATCH:

President Donald Trump is pushing hard against the boundaries of what the media can absorb. In a Truth Social post earlier today, President Trump notes that any document signed by autopen without the cognitive affirmation of Joe Biden is nulled.

This could have serious ramifications; however, I’m not sure how it could be enforced.

President Donald Trump – “Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States. The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him. I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally. Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Following the news that National Guardswoman Sarah Beckstrom had died from her injuries, President Trump was not in the mood to listen to DC media pontificate about millions of illegal aliens and refugees who have been flooded into the United States.

Sarah Beckstrom was a 20-year-old West Virginia guard member who was murdered in an ambush-style shooting near the White House on Wednesday. She had volunteered to work the Thanksgiving holiday so that service members with children could spend time with their family. Beckstrom was the BEST OF US, and President Trump is visibly angry about her murder.

Following the videoconference with members of the armed forces serving overseas, President Trump took questions from the traveling press pool. Things got heated when the sympathetic media claimed the Afghan terrorist who murdered Beckstrom was brought into the US in 2021 by Joe Biden and given legal refugee status following his work with the CIA. The House Oversight and Reform Committee has released a 100-page report [pdf HERE] highlighting how people around Joe Biden hid information about his cognitive incapacity and worked around the issue using his autopen signature to authorize presidential actions.

The House committee has released the video and transcript of all the witnesses questioned during their investigation [SEE HERE] to support their contention and referral to the Dept of Justice for a criminal investigation of the events.

WASHINGTON—Today, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released a staff report titled “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House.” The report exposes how President Joe Biden’s top advisors, political operatives, and personal physician concealed the President’s mental and physical decline from the American people. The findings reveal that as President Biden’s condition deteriorated, his aides exercised presidential authority and facilitated executive actions without his direct authorization, including misusing the autopen and failing to properly document decision-making processes. 

Following the findings of its investigation, the Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) sent a letter to the U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi requesting the U.S. Department of Justice conduct a comprehensive review of all executive actions taken during the Biden presidency and scrutinize key Biden aides—Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Annie Tomasini, and Anthony Bernal—who pleaded the Fifth Amendment during the investigation. Chairman Comer also sent a letter to the District of Columbia Board of Medicine seeking its review of actions taken by Dr. O’Connor to determine any potential wrongdoing in his medical care of the former president. Interestingly, yesterday I posited some random thoughts about accountability on Teh Twitter, noting that a few dozen random accounts know more about Russiagate individually than any person who has ever sat in a room with President Donald Trump.  [FWIW – The author of this story I’m highlighting agreed.]

Miranda Devine notes in a New York Post article (Murdoch publication), polling shows more people are following the declassification of Russiagate documents than ever before [READ HERE].  That’s both a good thing from the perspective of an enlarged awakening but also holds a serious downside if people are focused on the delivery of accountability.

The series of documents declassified by the DNI (Gabbard), CIA (Ratcliffe) and FBI (via Grassley) has not changed the arc of the story; but they have provided strong evidence to support what was already obvious.

Essentially: the Clinton Campaign and the U.S. Intelligence Community, particularly the FBI, conspired together to exonerate Clinton from her email scandal, and frame Donald Trump as a Russian asset to assist her election win in 2016.

Everyone who has walked the deep weeds of Russiagate/Spygate has essentially known this framework for seven or more years.  The DNI, CIA and FBI evidence is providing receipts for the operation as it unfolded.  The latest evidence has proven the conspiracy researchers accurate, and the corporate media participants who participated in the ruse are not happy.

Miranda Devine breaks down the data on who is following the story and what the releases have done to squash the defenses of those who tried to label the Clinton/FBI operation as conspiracy theory.  All of this is a very positive outcome and a greater percentage of the public are now aware.

However, there’s a downside as a result of those who are new to these discoveries.  Even more people are thirsting for accountability for the conduct, and those who are very familiar with the story are renewing expectations of criminal activity against the perpetrators of the fraud.

A federal judge in Boston previously blocked the Trump administration’s plan to end a Biden-era program that granted humanitarian parole protection for more than 500,000 migrants from: Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.  Today the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that President Trump can eliminate the program and potentially deport the migrants. This is a good opportunity to remind everyone that installing Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson was an Obama operation using Joe Biden. I wrote about the plan a full year before KBJ was nominated to the Supreme Court [GO DEEP] Everything was by design.

Ketanji Brown-Jackson was always going to be installed in the supreme court as part of the overall Obama team’s use of Joe Biden.  Merrick Garland was removed from his position specifically to create the path for KBJ to travel.  Everything about this was planned well in advance of Biden’s installation.  KBJ is to the judicial branch what BHO was/is to the executive branch.

Merrick Garland was pulled from the DC judicial circuit to replace him with KBJ.  Garland was never going to be the U.S. Attorney General in anything more than a title.  Deputy AG Lisa Monaco was the person in control of Main Justice during Joe Biden’s tenure.

When you think about the office of the president and all of the functions that are required therein, against the backdrop of Joe Biden being mentally incapable of understanding complex decisions, it does make you wonder what else this “autopen” scandal could encompass.

My biggest question pertains to the Ukraine-Russia conflict that broke out in Biden’s second year, February 24, 2022.  There were a lot of presidential powers flexed in the aftermath of Russia entering Ukraine including all of the sequential sanctions applied by the U.S. that required Biden’s authorization and signature.

Amid all of those presidential directives, we must also consider the CIA and Pentagon were immediately authorized to stand up operations in support of Ukraine.  When the President issues a directive authorizing the Central Intelligence Agency to conduct an operation, the president signs a “finding memo.”  Was that finding memo process also one of the uses for the non-Biden-dependent autopen?

I’m not sure how any review of the Biden “autopen” use could be successfully investigated or reviewed other than through the use of a special counsel from outside the DOJ.  Certainly, Ed Martin is beginning to look into the issue, and he does have presidential authority within his appointment as lead of the ‘weaponization working group.’  However, it would seem that Martin would need specific charging instructions to take the investigation into what would likely be a very complicated dynamic.
