President Trump and President Vladimir Putin Joint News Conference – 7:00pm ET Livestream

A hostile U.S. media is chomping at the bit to begin belittling Vladimir Putin, creating division and making themselves the center of the geopolitical universe.  President Trump is not going to like the assembly of global media and narrative engineers who have converged on Anchorage, Alaska for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

President Trump and President Putin are scheduled to hold a joint press conference tonight at the conclusion of their summit.  The entire world is watching.  The best guess is approximately a 7:00pm ET start time. Livestream Links Below:

Zelenskyy, Germany, France, Britain, Italy, Poland, Finland, the E.U. and NATO Coordinate Pressure Campaign Against President Trump

Today the leaders from Germany, France, Britain, Italy, Poland, Finland, the E.U. and NATO will be holding a conference call with President Trump and Vice President Vance to give instructions in advance of the Trump-Putin summit.

None of the European leaders were invited to the Alaska summit, yet all of the European leaders want to tell President Trump what to do at the summit with President Vladimir Putin.  Because, of course they do…

EUROPE – […] The Europeans recognize that they can only do so much to influence a president who often veers off-script and likes nothing more than to declare a deal.

But on Ukraine recently they have met with some success, for example, by persuading Trump to allow them to transfer U.S. weapons to Ukraine and purchase replacements for themselves.

And in recent days, especially after a meeting with Vice President JD Vance in Britain over the weekend, they have found the U.S. administration receptive to some of their red lines.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban Tells EU Leaders to Sit Down and Let Trump Work

I think many of us really like Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. He’s not generally a man who pretends things amid the EU coalition. Orban says things clearly, just like Trump.

[SOURCE]

When Orban notes he will not sign a joint EU statement on the Trump/Putin summit because it “sets conditions for a meeting to which leaders of the EU were not invited,” he certainly hits the proverbial nail.

The hubris amid the EU collective is quite remarkable.

German Chancellor Merz Organizes Emergency EU Summit to Strategize How to Keep War Going if Putin/Trump Reach Peace Agreement

The intellectually honest political watcher knows that overall Ukraine represents the largest international money laundering operation to shift wealth from taxpayers to the politically connected institutions, since COVID-19.  The money is the motive to continue the conflict.

With President Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin scheduled to meet in Alaska for a summit to negotiate a ceasefire, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz quickly organizes a meeting between EU leaders and the U.K to figure out how the keep the war going.

As the industrial capital of the EU, Germany has a lot at stake given the nature of their contracting economy. The EU military industrial complex is centered around the nation Merz represents. There are trillions at stake.

BERLIN — U.S. President Donald Trump will join European leaders including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for an emergency virtual summit on Wednesday.

The call, organized by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, comes ahead of Friday’s summit in Alaska between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin on the war in Ukraine.

Sunday Talks – NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, Discusses Upcoming Trump-Putin Summit

The ever-dramatic Margaret Brennan is in full pearl-clutching mode as she questions NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, about the upcoming meeting between horrible President Trump and even more horrible President Putin.  It is simply unfathomable to allow a U.S. President to create a strategic reset with a Russian President.

As Brennan acts out the role, she highlights how it is unimaginable, terrible, and just a no good bad thing. Horrid.

NATO Secretary Rutte is quite happy with the new funds flowing into the NATO alliance as organized by President Trump. Rutte sits atop a new cache of taxpayer funded treasure for the alliance to organize; from his perspective Trump is gold, and Brennan gnashes her teeth throughout.

Funnily, Brennan attempts to spin a Trump-Putin agreement for a ceasefire with Trump triggering World War III by getting the beginning of a peace deal over the finish line.  If Trump creates peace, the world will explode or something.  WATCH:

Rutte missed the opportunity to ask Mrs Brennan if she can hear herself.  lol

[Transcript] – MARGARET BRENNAN: We turn now to NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, who joins us from The Hague in the Netherlands. Welcome back to Face The Nation.

NATO SECRETARY GENERAL MARK RUTTE: Margaret, it’s good to be back on the show. Good morning.

MARGARET BRENNAN: Good morning. Well, Mr. Secretary General, big picture here; is Russia’s Vladimir Putin still a direct threat to the Western alliance, or is he showing some signs of dropping his aggression?

Zelenskyy Rejects President Trump Meeting With Russian President Putin to Formulate Ceasefire Terms

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is once again rejecting any consideration for President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss terms for a ceasefire without his involvement.

On a Twitter storm Saturday, Zelenskyy rejected the thought of giving any Ukranian territory to Russia in exchange for peace. “The answer to the Ukrainian territorial question already is in the Constitution of Ukraine. No one will deviate from this—and no one will be able to. Ukrainians will not gift their land to the occupier,” Zelenskyy said.

President Trump announced that he would meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on August 15, in Alaska.

Zelenskyy reacted, carrying the message from the global intelligence community who support the ongoing conflict, and does not like the idea of the USA and Russia determining the outcome for Ukraine.

Zelenskyy has banned opposition parties in Ukraine, taken control of media, targeted religious groups who he claims are subversive to his interests and cancelled elections in order to remain in power.  Now Zelenskyy hides behind the claim of a constitution his regime modified in order to ensure he alone controls the pathways to peace.

(Via NBC) – A defiant Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared Saturday that his countrymen “will not give their land to occupiers,” after President Donald Trump suggested that a peace deal would include some “swapping” of territories with Russia.

“The answer to Ukraine’s territorial question is already in the constitution of Ukraine,” Zelenskyy said in a message on Telegram early Saturday. “No one will and no one can deviate from it. Ukrainians will not give their land to the occupier.” (more)

It has been reported that Vladimir Putin’s ceasefire terms include Russia totally controlling the Donbas region.

Polish News Outlet Claims Insider Info on Trump-Putin Tentative Agreement

I would approach this Polish media report with a note of caution and skepticism.  The reason is not what most might think about.  The CIA/GCHQ will likely be conducting covert IC propaganda operations to disrupt Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin from reaching any agreement. {NOTED HERE} Therefore, for the next several weeks we should watch the sourcing of the media reports to identify familiar patterns.

A Polish media outlet is reporting to have gained insight into the deal carried by President Trump special envoy, Steve Witkoff.  As outlined, both President Trump and President Putin would be working from this framework.

POLAND – Although Onet does not name its sources, it says that the proposal was coordinated with European states. “We have learned that Moscow received a very favorable offer from the Trump administration,” the outlet reported.

According to Onet, the US proposal includes:

・A ceasefire in Ukraine, though not a full peace agreement.

・De facto recognition of Russian-occupied territories by postponing the status issue for 49 or 99 years.

・The lifting of most sanctions imposed on Russia and, in the long term, a return to energy cooperation – namely, imports of Russian gas and oil.

Meanwhile, the proposal reportedly does not include guarantees against NATO expansion – one of Moscow’s consistent demands.

Russia did not receive any promises that military support for Ukraine would cease. However, according to the outlet, this last point is said to be acceptable to the Russians. (read more)

Broadly, this type of an outline makes sense; particularly the three main points and the removal of the sanctions.  President Trump has noted repeatedly it was short-sighted for the Western financial system to think they could hurt Russia directly with the 2021 economic sanctions, given the pre-existing sanctions already in place since 2014.

Kremlin: Putin Willing to Meet Zelenskyy

On Sunday President Trump remarked that emissary Steve Witkoff was likely to travel to Russia this week, presumably at the request of Kremlin officials.  Earlier President Trump shortened the deadline for Russia to come to the negotiating table from 50 days to 10-12 days. The preferred timeline by President Trump ends this Friday.

(AP) – Vladimir Putin is open to meeting Volodymyr Zelensky for talks following “preparatory work at the expert level,” the Kremlin has announced, according to the state-owned RT television station.

“I would like to remind you that the president himself does not rule out the possibility of holding such a meeting,” Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesman said. “But only after the necessary work is done at the expert level and the appropriate distance is overcome.”

President Trump Moves 2 Nuclear Subs Within Striking Distance of Russia

♦ Five days ago, President Trump reduced the 50-day ultimatum to 10-12 days for Russia to stop bombing Ukraine and come to the negotiation table.

♦ Four days ago, Dmitry Medvedev (July 28) issued a statement that Trump’s “ultimatum game” with Moscow amounts to a threat to Russia and pushes the United States itself closer to war. “Each new ultimatum is a threat and a step towards war,” said Medvedev, currently deputy chair of Russia’s Security Council. “Not between Russia and Ukraine, but with his own country.

♦ President Trump responded today – “Based on the highly provocative statements of the Former President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, who is now the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, I have ordered two Nuclear Submarines to be positioned in the appropriate regions, just in case these foolish and inflammatory statements are more than just that. Words are very important, and can often lead to unintended consequences, I hope this will not be one of those instances. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

“In order to approach the issue peacefully, it is necessary to conduct detailed conversations. And not in public, but this must be done calmly, in the quiet of the negotiation process.” ~ Vladimir Putin

President Trump Gives President Putin 50 Days to Finish Ukraine Operations and Get to Peace Deal, In Interim Offensive and Defensive Weapons Coordinated Through NATO

As expected, no one in the media pool asked the key question.  If Ukraine is not a NATO member, and Russia is not a NATO member, then why is NATO even involved?  Not a single media outlet cared enough to even ask the brutally obvious.

LET US NOT PRETEND.  There is good news and there is bad news within the outlined strategy.  More good than bad, despite the spin room narrative engineering being immediately spread by U.S. media.

First, President Trump is giving Russian President Vladimir Putin 50 days to finish his strategic military operations in Ukraine, before a 100% tariff rate is executed against the Russian economy.  With direct U.S. trade with Russia already not happening, the tariff would likely be applied toward any country purchasing any goods or resources from Russia (specifically India, China, Iran, etc.).

Second, despite Lindsey Graham and the EU leaders discussing the confiscation of Russian assets held in EU/USA bonds, neither President Trump nor NATO General Secretary Mark Rutte mentioned it.  Again, the media never asked that question.  Thankfully, President Trump seems to realize if such a confiscation took place, the financial credibility of the entire western finance system would be compromised.  No nation would want to put their national wealth at risk by buying U.S. and EU treasury bonds.

Third, the part the MSM will focus on.  In the interim of the 50 days, NATO will be both purchasing and moving offensive and defensive weapons systems into Ukraine.  On the defensive weapon side, Germany will likely send Patriot missile batteries, and NATO will replace them with new U.S. purchases.  In addition all NATO states will provide increased offensive weapons and purchases will be made from U.S. stockpiles.  Those new offensive weapons will likely be held back until the end of the 50 days, giving Putin something to think about to bring him to the table.

Summary.  Putin has 50 days. In the interim NATO is approved by Trump to ship offensive and defensive weapons into Ukraine.  The Senate sanctions package will continue to be assembled, perhaps approved, but not deployed until after the 100% tariffs are executed if Russia is non compliant in getting to the table.

The carrot is the 50 days to get finished. The stick is all hell will break loose on Russia, including new and powerful offensive weapons, if Putin doesn’t end the conflict prior to the 50-day deadline.
