President Trump held a press availability with Kid Rock to sign an executive order authorizing the Federal Trade Commission to respond to live entertainment ticket sale scalping {EXECUTIVE ORDER HERE}.
The intent of the XO is to stop automated bots from purchasing live entertainment tickets and reselling them for a higher price than the artist sets for attendance. The intervention is requested by various artists including Kid Rock in an effort to keep ticket prices available for ordinary fans.
Following the XO announcement, President Trump takes questions from the assembled press pool in the oval office. Most of the questions focus on the upcoming Liberty Day tariffs. WATCH:
On Sunday, when CBS’s Margaret Brennan shockingly claimed that “free speech” was the cause of the German holocaust and rise in Naziism, a stunned Secretary of State Marco Rubio simply replied, “I have to fundamentally disagree with you, Margaret.” The reaction from American observers toward the interview, and in particular Vice-President JD Vance, was much less diplomatic. “This is a crazy exchange,” Vance said.
However, a few hours later the background context for Brennan’s position surfaced, when CBS 60 Minutes broadcast a defense of German laws that make it illegal to say something that can be construed as “insulting.” The CBS segment is naturally alarming to people who will not accept definitions of approved speech determined by government officials; especially for most Americans who have experienced the extreme online control operations by govt interests around the COVID-19 fiasco. Watch (prompted):
This is the mindset that JD Vance encountered following his honest remarks to the Munich Security Conference. The Vice-President outlined in his remarks that Europe was devolving into a totalitarian state, destroying democracy and using the power of government against the freewill and liberty of the European people.
Vance was pointing out the big picture of liberty, freedom and the value of democracy. After citing examples of oppressive EU action that included the nullification of the Romanian election, Vice-President Vance noted in his comments, “there is no security if you are afraid of the voices of your own people,” he said. Continuing, “if you are running in fear of your own voters, there is nothing the American people can do to assist you.” The EU collective, and specifically the German political leadership immediately decried the brutally honest remarks.
There is a particular irony in Germany saying that controversial speech is not protected speech, arresting people for what the state considers online antagonism, and then decrying Vice-President Vance for calling them out. The need for control is a reaction to fear (inherent insecurity), and the actions by the German government are extreme. However, for Germany this is particularly ironic.
Switching attack vectors, President Trump moves to the culture war. In a post on Truth Social, President Donald Trump announces a shakeup of the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees and appoints himself “Amazing Chairman.” lol
This is a big one, and well worth the November vote all by itself.
President Trump has announced his intention to Make Straws Great Again, by signing an executive order reversing the insufferable paper straw dictate from the Biden era.
Six months ago, I was asked my opinion of the Silicon Valley alignment with MAGA. I said at the time I thought it would last around 18 months and finally climax with a large fracture in the political movement around 2026. I had no idea at the time, the group of technocrats would begin publicly advocating for replacing American workers before Trump took office.
For the past several days I have watched Vivek Ramaswamy, David Sacks, Elon Musk and his big tech influencers debating with their followers about the importance for them to continue expanding H-1b visas for foreign tech workers. It is stunning to see this crew double, triple and quadruple down on advocacy, while defining American workers as inadequate for their Silicon Valley needs.
Alas, it is what it is. Within the argument Musk, Ramaswamy, Sacks and group have presented multiple justifications for their foreign worker assistance programs, while advocating for expanded immigration support therein.
Within the tone of their argument, they essentially say the American worker is (1) not intellectual enough; (2) doesn’t have the right work ethic; and the latest point of justification is that (3) American culture is to blame for their need to import foreign workers.
As Vivek Ramaswamy recently said, “Our American culture has venerated mediocrity over excellence for way too long (at least since the 90s and likely longer). That doesn’t start in college, it starts YOUNG.” Thus, as the narrative is sold, American workers need to be replaced with more culturally appropriate Indian tech workers.
Justin from Canada will never resign, he doesn’t have the humility needed to abdicate power in the face of overwhelming defeat; he’s genuinely pathological and narcissistic. Instead, Trudeau will force Canadians to remove him from power. That way he can proclaim his victimhood. Watch, you will see.
Center-left Canadians (Ford) and Far-Left Canadians (Trudeau) genuinely believe that President Trump might annex Canada in a hostile takeover. They at least seriously pretend to their domestic audience that this reality is entirely possible.

Not a good look; especially if the White House is trying to frame a “competent Biden” narrative. French President Emmanuel Macron was pulverized in the national election today. According to exit polling, Marine LePen’s National Rally party will win around 32% of the vote, while Macron’s Renaissance party will win around 15%.
A massive rebuke of the leftist government in France.
PARIS — French President Emmanuel Macron dissolved parliament and called a fresh election on Sunday, following his party’s crushing defeat at the hands of far-right candidates in the European Union election.
The first round of the French Parliamentary election will take place on June 30. The second will be on July 7.
“France needs a clear majority in serenity and harmony. To be French, at heart, is about choosing to write history, not being driven by it,” Macron said.
The far-right National Rally is projected to win the European election in France with 31.5 percent of the vote — more than twice the 15.2 percent Macron’s liberal Renaissance party is projected to win.
Showcasing the political intents of the Biden administration to arrest and jail his political opposition, the campaign of Joe Biden thought it would be a good idea to hold a press conference outside the New York City courthouse where closing arguments are taking place. The Biden team thought it would be a good idea to showcase the politics of the prosecution; go figure.
Supporting the effort was the washed-up actor Robert De Niro, known in acting circles as Hollywood’s tallest midget (video below). The actor was heckled by the pro-Trump supporters near the courthouse and the Biden campaign team was visibly frustrated. Things just didn’t go well for them. The whole event was really goofy. WATCH:

Donald Trump Jr, Eric Trump and Lara Trump delivered remarks to the media following the rather silly Biden campaign effort.
NEW YORK – […] Anti-Trump protesters and supporters of the presumptive GOP presidential nominee got into a scuffle outside Manhattan Supreme Court during dueling press conferences by the 2024 campaigns for Trump and President Biden — the latter of which featured a fired-up Robert De Niro speaking to a crowd of dozens.
Inside the courthouse, defense lawyer Todd Blanche told the jury of seven men and five women that Trump’s longtime lawyer-turned-star-prosecution-witness Michael Cohen was “the GLOAT. He’s the greatest liar of all time.” (read more)
