This should not be some kind of revelation, as it was widely discussed by those who researched Epstein over a decade ago. Wexner’s money was the originating capital for what would later become Epstein’s influence empire.
Additionally, and again, stop me if this old news is incorrect, well over a decade ago it became openly known that the “PINK” brand of Victoria’s Secret was specifically created due to the sexuality of young girls becoming part of the marketing influence of Epstein.
Wexner created the original VS girls, and the influence of Epstein (underage sexual perversions) then led to the adding of the VS “PINK” sub-brand.

The above VH1 segment was from 2007; however, even ten years prior to that it was commonly known that Les Wexner from Victoria’s Secret was the source of most of Jeffrey Epstein’s start-up finances. The resulting social network was fraught with sexual weirdos, and the VS brand alignment just fit with the club.

A Wexner legal representative said in a statement to NBC News Tuesday that “The Assistant U.S. Attorney told Mr. Wexner’s legal counsel in 2019 that Mr. Wexner was neither a co-conspirator nor target in any respect. Mr. Wexner cooperated fully by providing background information on Epstein and was never contacted again.”
Wexner had a long relationship with Epstein that dated back to the 1980s, and hired him to manage his personal finances. He’s said he cut ties to Epstein after he was accused of sexually abusing minors in Florida. It was after that Wexner said he “discovered that he had misappropriated vast sums of money from me and my family.”
Wexner’s name was also mentioned in a July 2019 FBI email about possible co-conspirators that was made public as part of the DOJ release. Another August 2019 FBI email said there was “limited evidence regarding his involvement.”
He is scheduled to be deposed by the House Oversight Committee next week. (more)
The first time I heard the information about Wexner and Epstein was sometime in the mid 1990’s. It was well known.
There is a lot of horrible, creepy and perverted stuff in the Epstein file releases that is factually new information. However, the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and Les Wexner is not new. Perverse, yes -as it was even then; but not new. There were even documentaries about it, one of them I think was called “Angels and Demons“.

Certainly I had no idea. But I was a 30 something male at the time. I had no interest VS business and marketing strategies then or now. While not a Treeper I was absolutely a stout constitutional conservative. I will note that the overt sexualizing of adolescent women/girls and younger girls has been a depraved and destructive process that has been going on for 50+ years.
30 years ago (1995-1996) this kind of information would be considered “rabbit hole” subject matter by (guessing) 97% of everyday / working Americans.

I personally never recall being the least bit intrigued by Epstein much less Lex Wexner. I don’t recall them ever being the subject of lunchroom convos at work (I worked among 12,000+ employees at my location) or anywhere else.
Outside of work I was involved (as a hobby) with a national musical organization that held weekly (local) meetings, and both regional and national conventions every year. Politics simply was never discussed except for the most prominent broadcast & print news topics – and they were very few and far between. Bill Clinton & Monica Lewinsky were the subject of so many jokes.; Y2K, Oklahoma City FBI Bldg, 9/11, were the level of incidents that might have been discussed, but not anything down in the Jeffrey Epstein or even Donald Trump divorce and subsequent marriage-level of muckraking.
Those of us who are thankful for the information you put forward have known about the Wexner connection for years. I knew about it even before I started following CTH. It was mentioned in numerous publications. The depth of depravity was not.

Never heard of Wexner or Epstein until Epstein was headline news second time around. I worked retail for VS in early 90’s and don’t recall knowing Wexner’s name even then. …but didn’t become news junkie until around 2005 – so obviously, I’ve missed a lot too.
That being said, given his position and all the Epstein news over last ten years, Massie would be expected to know more than he’s letting on.
If you follow business news Wexner was well known for building Limited Brands. Their flagship was a retail mall-based chain called “The Limited”. I used to laugh about an Ohio company pawning itself off as some sort of Brit lingerie outfit under the VS brand.
The Limited was big in the 70’s malls I grew up in. The founding of the parent company, L Brands, actually goes back to the early 60’s.
Wexner bought VS in the early 80’s. The original founder, Roy Raymond, later killed himself in the early 90’s.
Bath & Body Works is the current name — was originally under the L Brands umbrella. Things got shuffled around over the years but Bath & Body Works is (I think) most or all of what Wexner has left in retail but he also has a lot of money from investments, real estate, etc. he built up over the years.
