The DOJ Fraud Division, U.S. Attorney’s Office, and Pennsylvania Attorney General today announced criminal charges against 19 defendants, including owners and employees of home care companies, for their alleged participation in various fraud schemes involving over four million dollars in claims to Medicare and Medicaid.

The Pennsylvania Attorney General also announced a plea agreement involving the final defendant in a previously-charged 21 defendant case involving over $1.7 million in claims.

Assistant Attorney General Colin M. McDonald of the Justice Department’s National Fraud Enforcement Division, Dr. Mehmet Oz, Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, U.S. Attorney David Metcalf for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and senior federal and state officials hold a press conference announcing a significant health care fraud takedown and a new Anti-Fraud Initiative in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

To emphasize the scope of the fraud in California and New York Dr Oz notes, “the number one job in the entire state is personal care services.” (WATCH – prompted):

In one case, the Pennsylvania Attorney General charged a purported home health aide who claimed to have provided services to up to seven Medicaid recipients at once. On over 1,100 occasions, the defendant allegedly claimed to have provided care for more than 24 hours in a single day, totaling over 64,000 hours that could not have been worked.

The suspect who drove a van into a crowded gay-pride celebration was shot and killed by police following a manhunt. Abdul Ballout, a German citizen with Lebanese roots, was killed following a search that lasted nearly 24 hours after the attack in downtown Berlin. {SOURCE}

KNOWN WOLF -The background of 21-year-old terrorist Abdul Ballout is a case study in failure by European authorities.  Ballout previously travelled to Lebanon in 2025 to join ISIS in Syria.  He was identified by German authorities as an ISIS terrorist and arrested in Lebanon where he served three months in prison and was returned to Germany.

Abdul Ballout was arrested at the Berlin airport upon return and was convicted in May of this year for preparing a serious act of violence endangering the state, as well as publishing Islamic State propaganda on his Instagram account and other charges.  He was sentenced to 1 year, 10-months in prison but the sentence was suspended for time served; he was released from custody.

(Via Associated Press) – BERLIN (AP) — The suspect in the deadly Berlin Pride attack that left one person dead and 29 injured was shot and killed by police during a confrontation on Sunday in a suburb of the city, authorities said.

Abdul Ballout, a German citizen with Lebanese roots, was killed following a search that lasted nearly 24 hours after the attack in downtown Berlin. Berlin prosecutors said the suspect had previously sought to join the militant Islamic State group. (read more)

The ironic aspect to this particular attack is the cultural sensitivity of his victims.  Abdul Ballout killed the same people who march in the streets to protect Islamists from the consequences of their ideology.

In a recent counterpoint posed by Michael Smerconish against his own interests at CNN, ABC and NBC, the pundit was refreshingly honest, albeit maintaining pretense.

Smerconish noted it would be “unfair to the office of the President” to present rebuttal dialogue to a speech they refused to air.  He posed the issue as one of intellectual hypocrisy, which it is; however, in reality, that was a feature of the media approach, not a flaw within it.

For several years CTH has noted there is no such thing as mis-dis or mal-information, there is only information.  The purpose of our emphasis is highlighted in this example.

The leftist media did not want to allow information to reach their sheeple viewers. So, they awaited the conclusion of President Trump’s remarks and then summarized what he said for the audience along with their rebuttal.  By blocking the information from Trump, they limit and control the information to only that which they present.  This is by design.

We are seeing this approach in the USA for the same reason we are noting it in Canada.  The audience for both messaging systems is the same, blind sheeple leftists.  If the source information is never displayed or heard, the only reference is the rebuttal information.  This is the same pattern within domestic abuse situations.

A domestic abuser often tries to isolate their victim from family and friends to cut off sources of information or support that could counter the abuse. If the victim maintained contact, it would be harder for the abuser to manipulate them. Some people draw a parallel between this dynamic and the way they perceive leftist media influencing its audience, casting the media in the role of abuser and the audience as willing participants.

The Smerconish segment highlights how wrong it is for any argument to start by isolating, blocking, or censoring the source of information, then spinning their own version of it and offering counterpoints aimed at eliminating the perceived threat of the information itself.

Today, Secretary of State Marco Rubio is hosting an event with various governments for a Ministerial on the Resurgence of Political Terrorism. The event focuses on the reemergence of this threat to society and encourages stronger joint action to reinforce frontline defenses and close the gaps the terrorist actors continue to exploit.

As part of the State Department effort, Secretary of State Marco Rubio delivered a remarkable speech to the audience. Within his remarks Rubio outlines the history of left-wing violence and lists current examples of how dangerous this has become. In many ways this is the anti-Obama speech that has long been needed.

Yesterday DEEP STATE DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin ordered ICE agents to stop deportation apprehensions from vehicles following an ICE self-defense shooting as a vehicle was used as a weapon by an illegal alien.

Today, President Trump told his rogue DHS Secretary such an order was not approved by President Trump and ICE agents should continue all efforts to deport illegal aliens including traffic stops when needed.

78-year-old Ann Widdecombe was a well-known conservative in British politics. She was a staunch defender of free speech, a direct opponent to leftist cultural Marxism and an advocate for the commonsense Reform Party.  Widdecombe was against abortion, gay rights, transgender advocacy and wokism writ large.

Ms. Widdecombe was beaten to death in her home Wednesday July 8th around 12:30pm by an assailant who drove 270 miles to kill her. Immediately the police said her murder was not politically motivated and not connected to foreign or domestic terrorism.

Despite the credulous claim that her brutal murder was not political in nature, the reality was her murderer drove over five hours to kill her. This was an obvious premeditated, calculated and targeted murder.  However, the politically correct leftist media and political institutions within U.K. government, were desperate in trying to deny the obvious.

Yesterday, the British Counterterrorism Police took over the investigation. “Shabana Mahmood, the home secretary, said that as a result of “new information and evidence,” specialist counterterrorism officers were “now leading on the investigation into the horrific murder.”” {citation}

Today, it is admitted that her killer had a library of communist and Marxist ideology.

(DAILY MAIL) – […] Yesterday the probe was taken over by Counterterrorism Policing South East which announced the suspect had been re-arrested on suspicion of commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.

The suspect, who remains in custody, was the son of a teaching assistant. Relatives said he had become reclusive after the sudden death of his engineer father last year.

If you were with CTH when I did the deep dive into the Miami-Dade School Police Department and Miami-Dade School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, all of it related to the Travyon Martin case. You will likely remember how corrupt and sketchy Carvalho was. {SEARCH TOOL}

Carvalho organized a system within Miami-Dade, where black male students could avoid criminal charges, including felony cases, and have their behavior instead handled with school discipline.

The approach was part of the Obama inspired “My Brother’s Keeper” concept.  Miami-Dade School Police (MDSPD) were instructed not to arrest black male students and instead refer their conduct to school administration.  Trayvon Martin was one of the beneficiaries {GO DEEP}.

Trayvon had burglarized a residence near the High School.  He was serving a two-week suspension from school, sent to his father Tracy Martin in the Orlando area, and it was during that two-week suspension when George Zimmerman spotted Trayvon looking in the patio doors and windows of residences in his condominium complex.  The rest is history.

School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho was/is a very well connected political figure among Democrats.  He was even considered for a VP nomination.  However, it was Carvalho’s program to use the school police to inflate statistical improvements in schools that eventually led to neighboring Broward County doing the same thing in 2013. That “Promise Program” duplication led to the Parkland High School shooting.

Carvalho went to New York City under Mayor Bill de Blasio, and then out to Los Angeles.  In February of this year, reports surfaced of Carvalho being under an FBI investigation for misuse of office, financial crimes, wire fraud and embezzlement. Yesterday Carvalho announced his resignation.

British Member of Parliament, Rupert Lowe, has been conducting an eighteen-month investigation of Muslim rape gangs in the U.K. as perpetrated against young, white, British girls.  Today he released his 212-Page report.

Lowe describes the systemic raping of British pre-teen and teenage girls, as one of the most extensive and devastating failures in modern British history. Speaking after the inquiry’s findings were published, Lowe accused politicians, police, social services, local authorities, the NHS, the judiciary and the media of failing vulnerable victims for years. He praised survivors who gave evidence and warned that the inquiry is only the beginning, promising private prosecutions and further action against those he believes failed to act.  WATCH:

Karmelo Anthony, who is black, was arrested in 2025 after he stabbed and killed Austin Metcalf, who is white, at a track meet at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas.  Karmelo has been charged with first-degree murder: the unlawful killing of another, with malice aforethought and specific intent.

In the past several days 600 people were reviewed to generate a potential pool of 250 jurors.  The 250 were further whittled down to 12 with six alternates.  The jury selection is over and the opening statements in the trial will likely begin tomorrow.  The jury will not be sequestered during trial.

The killing is not being disputed by the defense, there were dozens of witnesses to the murder.  However, the defense is claiming ‘stand your ground’ and ‘self-defense’ as justification for the killing.  The defense is also promoting a motive of racism for everything surrounding the event between Metcalf and Anthony and throughout the pre-trial motions and public positioning.

Race has become the focal point of the issue because the defense is promoting race as the cause.  Interestingly, last week Jack Cashill noted the Karmelo Anthony trial was likely to become the summer 2026 racial motivation for the midterms -similar to George Floyd- assuming Karmelo is found guilty. {See Cashill Prediction Here}

Karmelo is transparently guilty and Cashill rightly notes there is a long history of Communists and Marxists using the transparently guilty as martyrs for their racism narratives.  The Austin Metcalf murder and Karmelo Anthony trial is perfect fuel for the “Black Lives Matter” remnants to reassemble.

The potential jurors were questioned about their biases and perspectives.  Several of the black jurors said they could not convict a young black man for killing a while young man. This is the part of the cultural narrative the defense teams are publicly counting on.
