Outline #1 – Criminal Conduct by DOJ/FBI During Russiagate

I have been asked to recap some of my research into cited formats of what I believe to be criminal conduct, with specific statutes against them. This is the first of my outlines.

DNI Tulsi Gabbard is not a lawyer. While I may be wrong, I find Tulsi Gabbard to be a patriot. Mrs. Gabbard is focused on providing evidence to the DOJ that essentially forces action. I support Tulsi Gabbard’s efforts.

Amid a series of documents released by the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2020 [SEE HERE] there was a rather alarming letter from the DOJ to the FISA Court in July 2018 that points toward an institutional cover-up.   [Link to Letter]

Before getting to the substance of the letter, it’s important to put the release in context.  After the FISA Court reviewed the DOJ inspector general report about the Carter Page FISA application, the FISC ordered the DOJ-NSD to declassify and release certain communication related to the Carter Page FISA application.

In the cover letter for this specific release to the Senate Judiciary and Senate Intelligence committees, the DOJ (then headed by DAG Rod Rosenstein for all things Russiagate during the Trump administration and Mueller investigation therein) cites the January 7, 2020, FISA court order:

The FISA Court was ordering the DOJ to tell the legislative branch about a letter the DOJ had sent to the FISA Court in 2018.

Prior to this forced release only the FISA court had seen this letter from the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD). The DOJ never sent a copy to any relevant legislative committee.  The DOJ was only talking to the FISA court about this matter (FISA predicate).

As we walk through the alarming content of this letter, I think you’ll identify the motive behind the FISC order to release it.

First, the letter in question was sent by the DOJ-NSD to the FISA Court on July 12, 2018.  It is critical to keep the date of the letter in mind as we re-review the content.

FBI Leadership Found Classified Durham Annex Inside Burn Bags in Secret Room at FBI HQ

This is more than slightly interesting.

According to a Fox News release, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino found multiple files related to the FBI activity in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, which included the classified annex to the John Durham investigation, inside burn bags in a secret room at the FBI building in Washington, DC.

The discovered Durham annex is now being declassified by the CIA and others and transferred to Senator Chuck Grassley’s staff who will release it to the public momentarily.  WATCH the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) response to these revelations, Chairman Tom Cotton, the guardian of the Intelligence Community, will likely demand special counsels be triggered in order to create the “ongoing investigation” defensive shield needed for his benefactors.

That’s how the silo system in DC rolls.

DC EXCLUSIVE: FBI Director Kash Patel found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump–Russia probe buried in multiple “burn bags” in a secret room inside the bureau, sources told Fox News Digital.

Sources told Fox News Digital that the “burn bag” system is used to destroy documents designated as classified or higher.
Sources told Fox News Digital that multiple burn bags were found and filled with thousands of documents.

Sources told Fox News Digital that one of the documents FBI officials found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham’s final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed.

Zelenskyy on Ropes – Ukranian Regime Grabs More Authoritarian Power Then Backtracks When Protests Erupt

The terms Ukraine and government corruption are synonymous regardless of who is funding the schemes.  After Volodymyr Zelenskyy grabbed more power by stripping two key anti-corruption agencies, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP), of their independence, protests erupted.

European leaders immediately noticed the intent of the power move and threatened Zelenskyy with a withdrawal of support. The current dictatorship of Zelensky and his small team then quickly reversed course.  However, the damage is done, and once again Ukranian corruption is center stage.

It doesn’t matter how much western intelligence agencies and pro-Ukraine western govt officials try to hide the nature of the duck represented by Zelenskyy by calling him a swan, eventually the quacking returns – the mask drops.

UKRAINE – […] Some also cautioned that the agitation could spark a popular uprising like the one that toppled then-President Viktor Yanukovych in 2014. “We are now in the face of the most dangerous development in all the years since Maidan,” wrote Sevgil Musayeva, editor-in-chief of the Ukrainska Pravda newspaper. And like others, she hazarded that Zelenskyy’s powerful Chief of Staff Andriy Yermak was behind the move, amid signs that NABU is preparing cases against presidential insiders.

Eventually, with public uproar mounting, Ukraine’s president bowed to the pressure and agreed to restore the independence of the agencies — a new law turning back the clock is meant to be voted on Thursday.

Ghislaine Maxwell’s Lawyer Says His Client Discussed ‘100 different people’ During Interview with DAG Todd Blanche

The New York Post is sharing statements from Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorney following a second day of DOJ interviews with his client.

However, I would be very cautious with anything said by Ms. Maxwell or her attorney David Oscar Markus.  Both are prone to sensationalism as a legal strategy.

(NYP) – Notorious sex criminal Ghislaine Maxwell answered questions from Justice Department officials about “100 different people” linked to late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, an attorney for the disgraced socialite claimed Friday following two days of questioning led by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.

David Oscar Markus told reporters that his client, currently serving a 20-year sentence after being convicted of federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges in December 2021, was “asked about every possible thing you could imagine – everything.”

“This was the first opportunity she’s ever been given to answer questions about what happened,” Markus added. “The truth will come out about what happened with Mr. Epstein and she’s the person who’s answering those questions.”

Deputy AG Todd Blanche Interviews Ghislaine Maxwell for Five Hours

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche flew to Tallahassee, Florida and interviewed former Epstein aide Ghislaine Maxwell for five hours.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department’s No. 2 official met Thursday with Ghislaine Maxwell, the imprisoned former girlfriend of financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The meeting in Florida, which Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said he worked to arrange, is part of an ongoing Justice Department effort to cast itself as transparent following fierce backlash from parts of President Donald Trump’s base over an earlier refusal to release additional records in the Epstein investigation.

“Ms. Maxwell answered every single question. She never stopped, she never invoked a privilege, she never declined to answer. She answered all the questions truthfully, honestly and to the best of her ability,” attorney David Oscar Markus told reporters outside the federal courthouse in Tallahassee, where Maxwell met with Blanche.

In a social media post Tuesday, Blanche said that Trump “has told us to release all credible evidence” and that if Maxwell has information about anyone who has committed crimes against victims, the FBI and the Justice Department “will hear what she has to say.” (read more)

Absolutely Not – Senators Graham and Cornyn Ask DOJ to Appoint Special Counsel to Investigate President Obama and Intelligence Weaponization Against Trump

 ~Understanding Silos 101~

Senator Lindsey Graham (Judiciary Committee) and Senator John Cornyn (SSCI) are requesting Attorney General Pam Bondi to appoint a special counsel to look into the Obama administration’s weaponization of the U.S. Intelligence Community to target Donald Trump with fabricated smears and false evidence using a fraudulent Russia connection.

This should be an immediate hard no for a few reasons.  Number one, the special counsel process is where investigations go to die intentionally as a design of the legislative branch defense process.  Second, the special counsel would not have cross-silo access to exfiltrate information unless it was accompanied by very specific Presidential authority.  It just will not work.

[SOURCE]

The intelligence community information that exposes the plot will be found in very distinct ‘silos’, essentially the intelligence agencies that house the information.  Additionally, inside each of the silos there is a formal and informal process to designate that information based on its internally defined national security value.

An example of silo retention can be found in the issue of the FBI housing information in “prohibited access” files.  These files are not even discoverable by most internal search efforts.

Within the Sentinel system there are “Restricted Access” files that are used to control who can view the file information (sources and methods etc.).  The FBI or investigative official (think authorized special counsel) can see the file but cannot access the information within it without a higher clearance level.  In these files the Special Counsel can request access and then review.  However, recently people discovered there are “Prohibited Access” files that makes the file invisible to both outside and inside searches or queries and are exclusively controlled by the FBI Director and FBI Deputy Director.

Canada Accepts They’re Not Going to Get a Trade Deal Before 35% Tariffs Kick In

I’ll repeat it as much as needed, until it sinks in.

The U.S-Canada trade deal status is simply a no-brainer. President Trump will answer questions about Canada and tariffs, he’ll put people into seats to discuss trade with the Canadian delegation, and he’ll give every outward appearance of being favorable to Prime Minister Mark Carney…. BUT…

In the background, Trump is simply waiting for the USMCA timeline to trigger a renegotiation. President Donald Trump is ambivalent to the trade partnership with Canada. This moot-status reality is why there’s no substantive engagement.

‘No deal’ -until USMCA redo- is a win for President Trump.

For some bizarre reason that I simply cannot fathom, almost every Canadian politician seems entirely oblivious to this reality. Instead, Canadian Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc and Mark Carney’s chief-of-staff, Marc-André Blanchard are once again coming to DC to ride their bicycles in slow circles at the bottom of the White House driveway while staring in the windows.

An article in Politico notes the Canadian premiers are now accepting the August 1st deadline will pass without any agreement, and the 35% reciprocal tariffs on non-USMCA products (meaning a lot of stuff) is going to trigger.

Literally, everything from Canada that has a non-USMCA component is going to be tariffed. Think about all the stuff from China, Asia (writ large) and Europe that Canada assembles for finished goods. All of that stuff will be subject to the tariffs.
