Dept of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem appears on CBS Face the Nation to discuss ongoing efforts to remove illegal aliens from our nation. The conversation starts with CBS Ed O’Keefe asking about upcoming ICE efforts scheduled to take place in Chicago.

When Ed O’Keefe begins discussing FEMA and the Noem initiative to control costs, he makes the mistake of asking Secretary Noem if she could give him an example of cost cutting.  O’Keefe immediately regrets the question as Secretary Noem begins outlining examples of waste fraud and abuse in FEMA spending. And we want to start with this, because we’ve learned that Immigration and Customs Enforcement is planning on expanding operations in the coming days to Chicago. When are those operations expected to start? And you said in recent days that you’re using the recent deployments in Los Angeles as a model. What does that mean?

I have been asked to recap some of my research into cited formats of what I believe to be criminal conduct, with specific statutes against them. This is the fifth.

DNI Tulsi Gabbard is not a lawyer. While I may be wrong, I find Tulsi Gabbard to be a patriot. Mrs. Gabbard is focused on providing evidence to the DOJ that essentially forces action. I support Tulsi Gabbard’s efforts.

What is the bigger threat to our nation?

♦ Russiagate, where the Hillary Clinton campaign manufactured a dirty political story during a presidential election that was supported by Barack Obama and the DOJ/FBI?

OR…

♦ Spygate, where full spectrum political surveillance was conducted on all political opposition using government access to the NSA database that contains the private metadata of every American citizen?

If you are a person of stable and reasonable mindset, you likely identify the second issue as a much bigger threat.  Not only is using the NSA database to conduct illegal surveillance a bigger threat; but it is also a threat that remains as current declassified FISA court statements show the NSA database is still being exploited.

Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, I would argue the first issue, Russiagate, is intentionally being leveraged as a shiny thing to stop people from realizing the second, much more unlawful issue took place.

Focusing on “Russiagate” leads you to a political storyline that is: harder to outline as unlawful, easily obfuscated, downplayed and subsequently dismissed.  Focusing on the use of the NSA database to spy on people is simple to understand, completely unlawful and in stunningly unconstitutional when contrast against 4th amendment protections.

Former National Security Advisor John Bolton is a well-documented neocon, who operates inside the business model of selling U.S. foreign policy influence for personal gain.  His activity mirrors that of former Senator John McCain in many regards.

John Bolton sold his access, contacts and ability to influence policy to the highest bidder. In DC parlance they call that a “consultant.” When the consulting is contracted for a specific national interest, the title shifts to “lobbyist.”  That was his job, and all of Washington DC knows it.

Washington DC operates on this business model; the entire system will be soft to criticize Bolton and many will likely defend him.

The FBI raid on his residence and office has led to a considerable amount of speculation.  However, as some background details start to come out, it appears CIA Director John Ratcliffe provided FBI Director Kash Patel with specifics on the international travels and efforts of Bolton.

That CIA referral has led to an FBI investigation under the auspices of potential violations of the Espionage Act, where Bolton would have leveraged current or prior classified intelligence information as part of his influence business.

Almost identically to former Senator John McCain, John Bolton was well known to intersect with the nation of Qatar as part of his operation.  Qatar has deep pockets and a long-identified influence operation throughout the Middle East, sometimes playing both sides. Qatar is also the playground for the CIA.

While it is yet unknown which nation and which activity Bolton was likely engaged in, the highest probability centers around the deepest pockets, which would also put Bolton on the CIA radar.

President Trump Via Truth Social – “TOTAL VICTORY in the FAKE New York State Attorney General Letitia James Case! I greatly respect the fact that the Court had the Courage to throw out this unlawful and disgraceful Decision that was hurting Business all throughout New York State.

Others were afraid to do business there. The amount, including Interest and Penalties, was over $550 Million Dollars. It was a Political Witch Hunt, in a business sense, the likes of which no one has ever seen before. This was a Case of Election Interference by the City and State trying to show, illegally, that I did things that were wrong when, in fact, everything I did was absolutely CORRECT and, even, PERFECT. Every single Dollar was thrown out, even the penalties imposed on us by the Corrupt Judge, one of the most overturned in History, Arthur Engoron.

I wasn’t given a Jury and, during the course of the Trial, which lasted a long time, was not given one Ruling in my favor by this Political Hack, but worse than him, if that’s possible, was Letitia James, a Corrupt and Incompetent Attorney General who only brought this Case in order to hurt me politically. She is a Trump Deranged Lunatic! They made me bond the outrageous sum, which never happened before, and which cost me Millions of Dollars a month.

The New York Appellate Division in Manhattan had previously been skeptical of the case brought by New York AG Letitia James and the ruling by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron.  There were no victims in the case.

Engoron levied a $464 million judgment against President Trump and his companies.  With interest accruing, the end result was a ridiculous fine in excess of $500 million and the removal of Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr from the company.

The appeals court in Manhattan has thrown out the $500 million punitive award, and suspended Engoron’s ruling that blocked Eric and Don Jr from the company.

NEW YORK (Reuters) – A New York state appeals court threw out on Thursday an approximately half-billion dollar penalty that Donald Trump had been ordered to pay after a judge found that the U.S. president fraudulently overstated the value of his properties and other assets to bolster his family business.

The decision by a five-judge panel of the Appellate Division in Manhattan represented a defeat for New York Attorney General Letitia James, whose office brought the civil fraud lawsuit against Trump in 2022.

Judges on the appellate court had signaled skepticism toward the case during oral arguments last September. (more)

There are no elements to this farce of a judicial proceeding which will survive appellate court review.  The entire motive and process is easily identified by any intellectually honest person as a complete sham and legal clown show, intended to advance extreme ideological Lawfare.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has announced a major shift in reducing the role of the Intelligence Community and eliminating the politization of intelligence information.

As we have discussed on these pages for several years, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence was created shortly before the Obama administration took power, and subsequently the fledgling organization was weaponized for domestic influence operations. DNI Tulsi Gabbard takes a major step in addressing this problem.

In the era shortly after 9/11, the DC national security apparatus was constructed to preserve continuity of government and simultaneously view all Americans as potential threats.  The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were created specifically for this purpose.

What Barack Obama and Eric Holder did with that new construct was refine the internal targeting mechanisms so that only their ideological opposition became the target of the new national security system.

Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper was always a doofus, sticking his foot in his mouth about all kinds of Intelligence Community stuff.  It was his doofusness that led to President Obama keeping him as DNI, while the rest of the IC worked around him (a little funny at the time).

Today, current Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, declassified and released the content of an email exchange between then NSA Director Mike Rogers and DNI Clapper about the bogus nature of the rushed December 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment, that Obama wanted to help frame the Trump-Russia story.

Adm Mike Rogers is telling James Clapper his NSA team was not comfy with manufacturing and spinning intelligence for a political hit job on the incoming administration.  Clapper responds to Rogers telling him to get on board, because this level of IC fabrication requires all key elements to be on the same page.  Clapper saying the Russian stuff, “is our story, and we’re sticking to it.”

As noted by Tulsi Gabbard: “Newly declassified Top Secret emails sent on December 22, 2016 complying with President Obama’s order to create the manufactured January 2017 ICA about Russia expose how DNI James Clapper demanded the IC fall in line behind the Russia Hoax. Clapper admits that it was a “team sport” that required “compromise on our ‘normal modalities'”.

Apparently, Kash Patel just discovered Daniel Richman, the guy who leaked information on behalf of James Comey; and along with that name from the past, someone in the Kash Patel office decided they wanted to highlight the 8-year-old FBI investigation about the FBI hunting for internal leakers.

Patel sends John Solomon the information on Daniel Richman.  Solomon repackages the information and sells it as new bombshells.  I’m not sure what these guys are doing, but Richman is a well known name from the past, when James Comey made the unsolicited announcement, a self-admission in 2017 about his use of Richman to leak to the New York Times.

In 2018, Congressman Jim Jordan made mention of the issue where James Comey had a special employee on assignment ‘off-the-books’.  People started asking questions, and Fox News’ Catherine Herridge detailed how Daniel Richman held special access privileges to the FBI, as an outcome of former FBI Director James Comey authorizing his friend as a “Special Government Employee” or SGE.

2018 – The professor, Daniel Richman, confirmed the special status in response to an inquiry from Fox News, while referring other questions, including on the scope of his work, to the FBI.

“I did indeed have SGE status with the Bureau (for no pay),” Richman wrote in an email.

Richman emerged last year as the former FBI director’s contact for leaking memos documenting his private discussions with President Trump – memos that are now the subject of an inspector general review over the presence of classified material. Sources familiar with Richman’s status at the FBI told Fox News that he was assigned to “special projects” by Comey, and had a security clearance as well as badge access to the building. Richman’s status was the subject of a Memorandum of Understanding. (read more)

President Trump continues to provide information about the White House announcement that will take place tomorrow at 10:00am ET.

TRUTH SOCIAL – “The Press Conference on Crime and “Beautification” will be held tomorrow, at 10:00 A.M. EST, in the Press Briefing Room, and it will not only involve ending the Crime, Murder, and Death in our Nation’s Capital, but will also be about Cleanliness and the General Physical Renovation and Condition of our once beautiful and well-maintained Capital.

We are not going to allow people to spend $3.1 Billion Dollars on fixing up a building, like the Federal Reserve, which could have been done in a far more elegant and time sensitive manner for $50 to $100 Million Dollars. The Renovation would have actually been better, and we would have saved $3 Billion Dollars, Traffic Jams, and never-ending Construction.

The Mayor of D.C., Muriel Bowser, is a good person who has tried, but she has been given many chances, and the Crime Numbers get worse, and the City only gets dirtier and less attractive. The American Public is not going to put up with it any longer. Just like I took care of the Border, where you had ZERO Illegals coming across last month, from millions the year before, I will take care of our cherished Capital, and we will make it, truly, GREAT AGAIN!

Judge James Boasberg has been knocked down twice today. [RULING HERE]

(VIA CNN) – A divided federal appeals court ruled on Friday that US District Court Judge James Boasberg cannot move ahead with criminal contempt proceedings against Trump administration officials involved in a high-stakes immigration case.

The 2-1 ruling from the US DC Circuit Court of Appeals wipes away a ruling from Boasberg, an appointee of former President Barack Obama issued in April that said “probable cause exists” to hold administration officials in criminal contempt for violating his orders in mid-March halting the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.

The appeals court had temporarily put Boasberg’s plans on ice while it weighed the government’s appeal of the ruling, and Friday’s ruling represents a significant setback for the judge, who had vowed to hold officials involved in the matter accountable.
