Fly to Europe, then onward in a southeasterly direction to Asia. The alternative would be to meet Putin in Budapest in the first few days of November (2nd or 3rd).

The Presidential Medal of Freedom for Charlie Kirk came on what would have been his 32nd birthday. President Trump walked Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, out to the Rose Garden to present the award, as the crowd full of the president’s Cabinet, members of Congress and friends of Kirk looked on.
Last month, the House and Senate approved a resolution making Oct. 14 a “National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk.”
