Inspect General Outlines Extensive Use of FBI Confidential Human Sources on January 6, 2021

The Office of the Inspector General for the DOJ (DOJ-OIG) has outlined an 88-page report on events around the January 6th, 2021, DC protest. The report is AVAILABLE HERE.

FBI Director Chris Wray announced his decision to resign from office one day before the Inspector General report was released. The report shows that 26 FBI Confidential Human Sources (CHSs) were used officially and unofficially during the J6 events. Four entered the Capitol building, another 13 entered the restricted area around the building.

[OIG REPORT HERE]

The report found that no official FBI employees participated in the events, but 26 confidential human sources were used.  The media are jumping on the part about no FBI employees being present in order to call those who view the FBI as facilitating and coordinating the events of J6 as “conspiracy theorists.”  However, the FBI’s use of CHSs is downplayed and dismissed.

A major topline takeaway from the report in general is how much effort the FBI put into investigating the assembly pre J6.   When you read the IG explanation of the CHSs [Page 50 and beyond] you get a really good feel for how the FBI was focused and positioned before the day unfolded.

The True and Visible Mission of DOGE – What to Expect

I have been waiting for someone to outline what the Dept of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is all about.  Unfortunately, perhaps due to the history of the matter, it appears few understand. So, with that in mind, and accepting the operators of DOGE may not have a fulsome comprehension of the dynamic, here is what it means.

The last Federal Budget that passed through “regular order” was for Fiscal Year 2008, signed by President George W Bush in September of 2007.  Every budget since has been outside regular order; a series of continuing resolutions, omnibus spending packages and short-term funding mechanisms.  {CITATION}

That is correct.  In the past 17 years, all federal spending has been ‘short-term’ or ‘stop-gap’ spending measures, generally known as “Continuing Resolutions,” where the govt (House and Senate) continue to perpetually resolve to fund the government.  The CRs as they are known, punt the spending debate by accepting a baseline of prior spending and tweaking around the edges.

The key takeaway to begin thinking about DOGE is to understand that REGULAR ORDER has not been used since Fiscal Year 2008.

Title III of the Congressional Budget Act outlines a legal timeline that each President and Congress must follow {SEE HERE}.  Prior to 2007, Continuing Resolutions were only used to resolve short term arguments about spending priorities.

♦ BACKGROUND – The President is required by law to submit his budget by the first Monday in February.  Yes, even when an election takes place and a President doesn’t assume office until January 20th, the first Monday in February is still the legal requirement for the new White House budget proposal.

The Presidents’ budget is then submitted to The House of Representatives, where two weeks later the Congressional Budget Office, reviews the budget and issues an opinion as to the cost of the budget.   No later than six weeks after the President submits his budget all House committees send the House Appropriations Committee their spending proposals [April 15].

Through May and June, each budgetary appropriations bill from the House is sent to the Senate.  The Senate receives the House appropriations bills, then reviews through the Senate Appropriations Committee (Thune just picked Susan Collins as Chair).  The Senate proposes their spending priorities based on the House bill because the House has constitutional authority to originate all spending [June 15].  The House and Senate budgets are “reconciled” using parliamentary procedures [June 30] and then sent to the President for signature.

The fiscal year begins October 1st.

That’s the regular order process.

A Winnamin Overdose – Mexico Threatens to Retaliate Against Trump Border Security Tariffs

Other than Trump winning the election, this is the best news all year. Mexico is threatening to retaliate against Trump’s border security tariffs, with some form of economic punishment. Pinch me, this is too awesome.

Keep in mind that around 35% of Mexico’s GDP is contingent upon exports to the USA, meanwhile only around 1% of our stuff exports to them. Then add in the remittances of dollars to Mexico, and more than 50% of the Mexican economy is contingent upon us just being friendly to their needs.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has no clue or comprehension about the scale of Trump’s leverage over her. This is like a spoiled teenager threatening to cut up the credit card dad gave her if she can’t go to the concert. Beyond funny.

WASHINGTON DC – Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said her government would retaliate if President-elect Donald Trump moves forward with his threat to impose a 25 percent tariff on the country, warning of severe economic consequences for companies operating in both countries.

Sheinbaum unveiled the letter during her daily press conference in Mexico City, which responded to Trump’s plan to slap 25 percent tariffs on all goods from Mexico and Canada in an effort to crack down on the flow of migrants and illegal drugs into the United States. Trump also pledged an additional 10 percent tariff on China.

“For every tariff, there will be a response in kind,” Sheinbaum wrote in a letter sent to Trump. The text was released by the Mexican Embassy Tuesday morning, which said the economic fallout of a trade war would harm shared enterprises, particularly automotive companies that operate in both countries.

President Trump Announces Nomination of Doug Burgum for Interior Secretary and Chair of New National Energy Council

President Trump has announced the nomination of North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum to head the Department of the Interior and also Chairman of a newly formed cabinet-level National Energy Council (energy Czar).

[Source]

Very interesting move, not in the appointment of Burgum, but in the duality of a method to tear apart the Dept of Interior Silo.

As the American people are starting to become aware of a return to civics, the President of the United States has absolute power within the Executive branch and absolute immunity for everything he defines as an official act of his office.

By appointing Burgum as the Interior Secretary and simultaneously the appointed energy-sector representative of the president, carrying the full weight and authority therein, there is no way for the institutional bureaucracy of the climate change officials inside the agency to block any changes decreed by President Trump within the mandate of the Energy Czar.

Secretary Burgum will sit at the top of the Dept of Interior organization, AND Czar Burgum will sit inside every agency, office, and subsidiary department that has anything to do with “American Energy” production/regulation.

A very strong power move. I like it.

Burgum would lead a new National Energy Council comprising all agencies and departments involved in the production, regulation and transportation of “ALL forms of American Energy.” … “This Council will oversee the path to U.S. ENERGY DOMINANCE by cutting red tape, enhancing private sector investments across all sectors of the Economy, and by focusing on INNOVATION over longstanding, but totally unnecessary, regulation.”

Fading Industry in the West as Energy Policy Consequences Surface – The Grey Zone Surge Begins

For those who have followed my travels, research and granular reviews into the background motives of the multinationals, an article within Politico catches my attention and I hope it may be of value for an enlarged conversation.

At the beginning of my post-COVID economic research, I noted all of the proactive investments by the big multinationals would benefit from a diminishment “western” economic dominance.

Specifically, I noted that if you look at the investment footprint -where the multinational corporations actually put all of that money they have been extracting from the Western consumers, you will see they have spent the past generation investing heavily in the “GREY Zone” within the map below.  With that reality as the backdrop, would the multinationals lose or benefit from the “Build Back Better” agenda that pushed the YELLOW zone into a system of forced drops in the standards of living?

What you will note from the post-COVID “build back better” pushers, also not coincidentally the same interests who pushed the Russian sanction regime, is their investments in the grey zone act as offsets for the current collateral damage.

In essence the multinationals created a win/win.  Their BBB policy within the yellow zone intentionally drives prices higher, while their investments were hedged creating low ‘total cost of goods’ (TCG) manufacturing systems outside the West.  I previously said we should watch this supply chain carefully because from an economic standpoint we (nationalists) would suffer, the multinationals (globalists) would not.

Now, I want us to look at the first indicators of this dynamic – shared through the prism of the Politico article [excerpt below]:

Team JD Vance Begin Announcing Policy Proposals, Starting with Elon Inspired Carbon Taxes

The group who promoted, pushed and ultimately influenced the JD Vance nomination consisted of: Charlie Kirk, Tucker Carlson, Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, Bill Ackman, David Sacks, Chamath Palihapitiya, Jacob Helberg and of course, Vivek Ramaswamy.  On the inside of the Trump orbit, the network had Jason Miller and Donald Trump Jr also promoting JD Vance.

JD Vance was then invited to be an attendee at the June 6th San Francisco fundraiser for President Trump, hosted by Sacks and Palihapitiya, and that’s likely when the first one-on-one running mate discussion between President Trump and Senator Vance took place.

It is critical to remember these names because the Silicon Valley influence agents will soon be pushing their Trump-term policy agenda through Vice-President JD Vance.

We are starting to see the outlines of their JD Vance policy agenda, the points of their advocacy, starting with a carbon tax system.

[LINK]

The global carbon tax program, a tax on your personal carbon footprint, is the system for the carbon trading platform (likely tied to your digital id).  It is a large policy position of the World Economic Forum.

I’m not quite sure how well the carbon tax program would be received in the Appalachia range area.  I digress.

The Biggest Issue With Joe Biden’s EV Mandate Has Absolutely Nothing To Do With EVs

This is a good opportunity to emphasize a key point that is often missed.   In the research and discussion outline yesterday, about Joe Biden’s EPA publishing new regulations for the auto industry, we dove deep into the background of what actually creates the issue. {GO DEEP}

The issue that should concern everyone is not the Joe Biden administration and their ideology around climate change, or the EPA, or even the viability of EVs themselves.  The issue that should draw the biggest concern is how the regulation originates; what is the impetus; who are the beneficiaries?

The regulation itself did not originate in the EPA, nor was it created from an origination process amid climate ideologues in the administration.  Everything starts with BlackRock positioning their assets.  From that empirical point, all political activity then takes place, which includes the regulations to support the BlackRock objective.

A massive, multinational investment firm is in control of political outcomes in the USA.  That should be the emphasis, not necessarily the regulation that flows as an outcome of that control, and certainly not the debate over whether EVs are a viable alternative to combustion engines.

BlackRock, and the control agents of finance, banking and investment, would like nothing more than to see Congress have debates about climate change, the viability of EVs as an alternative to combustion engines, the nuances of power grid generation from alternative energy sources, the scale of energy need as estimated and debated for the next two decades, etc.

All these points of debate become useful political policy issues that divide and contrast.  Sure, Congress would love to hold hearings about EV viability, U.S. grid compliance, the need for subsidized charging stations, etcetera, etcetera.  Because what is not discussed in this debate is where the subject matter comes from.

Curiouser and Curiouser – You Decide

Within the U.K the timing of the 2024 election is decided by the Prime Minister [LINK].  “Prime Minister Rishi Sunak can call an election at any time up to Dec. 17, with the election taking place 25 working days later.”  Most political followers expect PM Sunak to hold the election in the Autum of this year.

Now watch:

[Transcript] – “GB News is under threat. The other broadcasters don’t like it. Adam Boulton, long-time veteran of Sky News, said that GB News was damaging the ecosystem of broadcasting, by which he means it’s our little club and we don’t question climate change or mass immigration. We thought EU membership was wonderful, how dare you come along and give us a hard time.

Now the problems are getting very, very real. The industry is regulated by Ofcom. They have decided to put my programme under investigation on the basis they say that I’m a politician. Well, you know what? Even I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here had me as an ex-politician. I am not actively involved in politics at all, but they don’t like it. And some more of the great and the good are hosting a conference in Sheffield. Have a look at this. It’s absolutely bizarre.

German Farmers Begin 8 Day Massive Protest Against Increased Government Taxation and Alarmist Climate Agenda

You will likely hear the term “farm subsidies” as Western media claim the German farmers are protesting the decisions by government. However, what they are protesting is not a hand-out of government funds, but rather the addition/increase of taxes for diesel fuel and farming equipment.

The planned eight-day countrywide protests by agricultural workers began today. The actions include motorway blockades and are described by the head of the farmers’ association as “the like of which the country has never experienced before.” The government is planning to increase taxes on Diesel fuel and farm equipment as part of the German “Build Back Better” climate agenda.

Additionally, you might remember the Canadian “trucker protests,” when Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his left-wing government tried to deflect attention from the justified motive of the truckers by claiming they were Nazis and part of the right-wing extremist conspiracy to destroy government. Well, that same approach is taking place in Germany with government officials claiming the German farmers are backed by right-wing Nazis.

BERLIN, Jan 8 (Reuters) – German farmers kicked off a week of nationwide protests against subsidy cuts on Monday, blocking roads with tractors and piling misery on Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s coalition as it struggles to fix a budget mess and contain rising far-right forces.

Convoys of tractors and trucks gathered on roads in sub-zero temperatures in nearly all 16 federal states, while protesters clashed with police and leading politicians warned that the unrest could be co-opted by extremists.

Sunday Talks – Neil Oliver, The Climate Change Ideology as Pushed Doesn’t Match Reality as Evidenced

For his weekend monologue, British pundit Neil Oliver turns his attention back toward the climate change agenda and the subsequent fear narrative as it is being promoted.  Oliver notes we are approaching a moment when the truthfulness of the climate change debate needs a full and public confrontation.  Either there is truth, or the foundation of the claims are built upon lies.

Oliver has discussed this topic before; however, when contrast against the collapse in trust based on conduct during the pandemic, and when overlaid against the wholesale collapse in trust toward almost all government institutions, perhaps now really is the best time to confront the fraud known as “climate change.”

Does the climate change? Of course, it does. In the short term that’s known as weather and in the longer term, a term much longer than human’s ability to influence it, climate change is why glaciers melted, mountains formed and the topography for a state like Florida rose from under the Gulf of Mexico as water levels declined.  The climate change agenda really isn’t about climate change; in the final analysis, the modern climate change agenda is all about ‘control.’  WATCH:

.

The Climate Change agenda is the necessary entry narrative for control mechanisms like carbon trading economics and digital currencies.  At the end of the continuum, we find that control over people is the goal of the people pushing the fraudulent narrative.   The agenda is their holy grail along their road to serfdom.
