I doubt there’s a person who regularly reads the Treehouse who doesn’t know our long-standing prediction about the 2024 democrat nomination. Factually, if you go back to the first set of articles written after the 2020 election, you will find it has not changed in almost 4 years.

Biden was installed for a single ‘throw every leftist wish list item at the wall‘ term in office.  Biden equaled, one single term where every far-left agenda item would be triggered; with hundreds of millions poured into the donors’ vaults via GND legislation.

With that baseline in mind, we accepted that Biden would not be the left-wing 2024 nominee regardless of how much people stomped their feet and said he would.  That scenario was just never going to happen, and still won’t.   I never flinched from that non-pretending position.

My own prediction was that someone akin to Gavin Newsom would be joined with someone akin to Susan Rice.  I have written about it extensively.  Every single person in/around my orbit knows that for me the conversation in the last 48 hours is like discussing water that lacks dryness.

These are the moments when I just sit and watch.  There’s really not much for me to say or write, other than to wait, then bring everyone into the room of ramifications that comes after walking down the hallway where reality gets accepted.  In the ramification room we start discussing how the multinationals, World Bank, World Trade Organization, NATO, EU, BRICS, Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin will respond to the non-pretending reality.

Right now, everyone in the USA is discussing the ‘remove Biden’ political landscape domestically. However, in the bigger picture there’s an entire world of really big issues that come along when the USA media start openly admitting the USA president has dementia. There’s a reason why President Trump refused to engage this conversation before. It’s not good for the world.

When you use a bullhorn to announce the zookeeper is sick, people near the big cats start discussing how to unlock the cages. Yes, sure, people like Barack Obama and his tribe will giggle and laugh, but in the biggest of big pictures this loud public conversation is not good for our country or the world. It is good that we all stop pretending; our Lord knows we have hoped the pretending would cease. But don’t forget to think… and watch out for what comes next.  Here’s Tucker Carlson:

The Supreme Court rejected the standing of the State of Missouri and five individuals in the censorship and free speech case surrounding social media.  The court came down with a 6-3 decision, Justice Amy Coney-Barrett writing the majority opinion.  Justices Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas dissented in the minority.

The background of the case was very familiar to this audience, as the Biden administration was previously blocked by lower courts from telling social media platforms to remove content against their interests.  Today, the Supreme Court rejected the standing of the plaintiffs, essentially giving a green light to the USA government to begin controlling social media platforms again.

If you read the opinion [FULL PDF HERE], I would strongly urge readers to focus beginning on page #11 of the Justice Barrett opinion.  It is obvious in the three or four pages that follow, the court was looking for an exit from the free speech issue.  Denying the case on “standing” grounds became their justification for the cop-out.

Barrett goes out of her way to make the standing issue the crux of the majority opinion.  Comey-Barrett dismisses all the instances of censorship and coerced removal under the auspices that the relief sought by the plaintiffs was for future harm, not past injury.   The lower courts had ruled the government could not interfere with speech in the future, without establishing that each individual plaintiff was harmed specifically by each action of the government.

I said immediately following the guilty verdict from the biased and manipulated New York City jury, that District Attorney Alvin Bragg “just elevated President Trump to countercultural icon status.” [link]  The reason is simple, Americans inherently sense corruption, unfairness and can feel when something is profoundly wrong.

While many Americans may not fully understand the granular issues at the heart of the Lawfare cases, they know President Trump has not done anything wrong in comparative scale to the attacks and vitriol leveled against him.  This “sense” of bearing witness to gross injustice creates an outcome of support for the person being targeted.

Icons are created when the regime in power defines outlaws, while the injustice within the definition makes them heroes to the public.  President Trump went from being the greatest political influence in modern history to being a countercultural icon as soon as the jury reached their biased and manipulated decision.

It is with this context in mind we now watch the political evolution of Donald Trump continue.  Do not underestimate the scale of this move.

The theme of MAGA Trump now goes from diplomatically -albeit forcefully- directing public attention via a finger pointed toward the corruption, to angrily pointing his middle finger of “f**k you” specifically at the corrupt officials.

Yes, an unrestrained icon is born!  This is the moment when The Big Ugly potential has its greatest value.

At this juncture, the self-restraint, retained niceties and mannerisms of polite familiarity change.  The target accepts the polite plea for decency is futile and accepts, no, embraces their outlaw status.  Things change quickly.

The entire DC system is aligned against the social media platform TikTok; however, there is a cultural dynamic at play in the background within the user demographic.  Additionally, TikTok is arguably the only widely used social media platform that is not directly influenced by and controlled by the Dept of Homeland Security and USA intelligence apparatus.  That reality is likely why Washington DC hates it.

Embracing his position outside the cultural norms of the established political system, President Donald J Trump now joins TikTok.

Remember the context. The DC system and BIG SURVEILLANCE intel tech are in alignment against the platform that Donald J Trump just supported.

…..and the professional political class are going to go apoplectic!

When people talk about normalizing things that were previously extreme and radical, they sometimes use the metaphor of the Overton Window.  Within this conversation between Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump Jr, the Overton Window doesn’t shift, it jumps.  The potential killing of President Trump is mentioned casually against the backdrop of a weaponized justice system.

More frequently than any other political pundit or political voice, Tucker Carlson mentions the likely killing of President Donald John Trump. I’m not sure why he does it, but I have heard the assassination theme from him in more than a dozen public statements.

Don Trump Jr notes the most recent occurrence of Tucker talking about “them” killing Trump after the NYC guilty verdict.  Don Jr agrees with the possibility, then talks about his new perspective on the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The very disconcerting issue that circles the killing of Donald Trump is raised by Tucker Carlson at four separate points within this interview. WATCH:

This statement by Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Mark Warner is so fraudulent in narrative construct it’s almost ridiculous. “SEN. WARNER: Let’s remember what 702 is. It is the ability for the United States government to surveil, listen in, on non-Americans foreigners who are abroad.”

Absolutely nothing about this statement is accurate.  Foreigners do not have U.S constitutional protection.  All foreign communications can be intercepted without issue, without FISA.

FISA-702 authority only pertains to Americans. The term “702” is specifically referencing private communication with/by an American.  WATCH Warner lie:

Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson sit down for a discussion about red-pill events, issues and some topics of not usually discussed consequence.

In the bigger picture Rogan and Carlson discuss the falsity of the politics, including the lying by every information institution amid the GREAT PRETENDING ERA of modern time.  Carlson admits his “awakening” came about as a result of Donald Trump achieving victory in the 2016 election and the institutional backlash from the intelligence and law enforcement apparatus.

Overall, the interview and podcast discussion appears to be 3-hours long and hits on a variety of subjects including aliens, spirituality, religion, politics, science and current socioeconomic events.  There is something in this interview for everyone. WATCH:

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution says: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Late last night, early this morning (after midnight), the United States Senate passed a FISA reauthorization bill that directly and specifically violates every tenant of the 4th Amendment.

The Senate voted to authorize warrantless federal government searches of every American’s private papers, effects, emails, electronic data records, cell phone calls, contact lists, text messages, buying habits, purchases, banking records, social media posts, direct messages, private communications and every keystroke of every electronic device in your life.  All of it continues to be subject to the capture, review and surveillance of an unelected opaque law enforcement mechanism, and Congress supports it.

The issue is magnified, because the Supreme Court has never ruled on the constitutionality of the FISA-702 data collection system, because the Supreme Court also says no American has standing to challenge the federal government violation of their 4th Amendment right to privacy.  It’s all infuriating…  It’s all FUBAR!

Oh, and if you are reading this… you’re likely on the list.

Last night, Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) teamed up with Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) and added an amendment that would have required the government to get a warrant before reviewing any communications incidentally collected from Americans.  The amendment was the last effort priority for a smidgen of hope; the IC railed against it, saying it would stop them from acting on critical “national security” information in real time. It failed by a vote of 42 to 50.

House Speaker Mike Johnson appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss recent events with Iran increasing their open military engagement against Israel.   Additionally, Johnson discusses his recent conversation with President Trump and some of the details of the approach toward Israel, Ukraine and other geopolitical events.

Speaker Johnson is correct in that if the House GOP fractures and gives control of the House of Representatives to the democrats, the primary purpose of the dems will be to eliminate Trump.  Keep in mind the Supreme Court reinstated President Trump on the ballots of several states by ruling that only congress could remove a candidate from a federal ballot.  If democrats take control of the House, they will create legislation to do exactly that.

The topic of the FISA-702 renewal happens at the 08:00 point.  On this issue, the example cited of the warrant needed is the same as would be needed if two Americans are discussing the same.  Johnson is buying the strawman arguments from the IC, which is exactly what I previously explained.    WATCH:

From Liz Cheney to Harriet Hageman, a remarkable upgrade from voters in Wyoming.  Stunningly so.  I have alerts established for all things Hageman, because she presents as a stealth wolverine very quietly.  I like that.

Yes, you will hear me say it first…. this is my first opportunity to do so….  If there are reservations about Ben Carson for VP (personally I do not think there are any), then I would implore President Trump to consider Harriet Hageman as his VP running mate.  Yes, I would be good with taking a chance on Hageman as POTUS in ’28.  WATCH:
