We suspected that Kevin Clinesmith was going to get the James Wolfe leniency treatment, not only because the DOJ (Main Justice) wanted to avoid highlighting the severity of his criminal conduct, but rather -more specifically- because that criminal conduct took place under the direction of the Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissman special counsel (June 29, 2017)…. And that is what has happened.  It is all corrupt as hell…. all of it.

The judge over the case against former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was is James Boasberg.  Not coincidentally Boasberg is also now the presiding judge over the secret FISA court.  Judge Boasberg also carried an insitutional preservation motive to downplay the consequences of Kevin Clinesmith altering evidence at the behest of the Robert Mueller special counsel team.

Main Justice is protecting Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, James Baker and Dana Boente, all of them knew the Mueller special counsel was corrupt from the outset.  Judge James Boasberg is protecting the secret FISA court.  It’s all FUBAR !

WASHINGTON – Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was sentenced to 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service Friday after pleading guilty to making a false statement in the first criminal case arising from Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.

John Solomon is reporting that President Trump is likely to declassify a trove of Russia Collusion/Conspiracy documents prior to departure from the White House.

In June of 2019 CTH noticed a little-known media report from the U.K.  The DNC-contracted author of the infamously sketchy dossier on Trump, Christopher Steele, was willing to cooperate with U.S. authorities.  This was a reversal of prior position.

Steele was hired by Fusion-GPS founder Glenn Simpson as an outcome of a contract between the Clinton campaign and Fusion-GPS. Steele was hired by Fusion to work with Nellie Ohr (wife of DOJ official Bruce Ohr), generate political opposition research, and write a dossier targeting candidate Donald Trump.

According to the London Financial Times, the former MI6 intelligence operative was  willing to talk to U.S. investigators regarding his contact with corrupt DOJ and FBI officials during the 2016 campaign and seditious aftermath.  It appears a key part of the declassification “trove” will be records from these Steele statements to Durham investigators.

I have spent a great deal of time thinking about declassification since the media began their insufferable onslaught and “president-elect Biden” narrative.

The time has long past for President Trump to strongly demand his executive cabinet members declassify the evidence outlining intrusive government surveillance upon not only himself, but all Americans.

CTH has a rather unique perspective on the declassification angle. This conversation has traveled with me for over two years as I have talked to people inside and outside the DC machinery. Ultimately the discussion ends around something like this:

Is the DC political surveillance state, and all of the ramifications within that reality, so fundamentally corrupt and against our nation’s interests, that no entity dare expose the scope and depth of it? And ultimately… is it the preservation of institutions, despite their transparent corruption, that’s causing so many disconnected outcomes from evidence intentionally downplayed?

If we assume the scale of unconstitutional conduct has become systemic, that likely answers the questions. Personally, I believe this is the most likely scenario.

“Likely” meaning the entire apparatus, DOJ, FBI, Legislative Oversight and the Intelligence Community (IC), is now so enmeshed within this corrupt out-of-control state that no-one, even the good guys, is willing to expose it because the institutional collapse would be devastating.

This is what I would call the Biggest of the Big Ugly.

According to late-breaking information from Fox News, the FBI has now confirmed the seizure of Hunter Biden’s laptops and confirmed earlier DNI statements that Hunter Biden emails were not part of a Russia disinformation campaign.

“FBI in possession of laptop containing Hunter Biden’s emails, and agree with Director of National Intelligence Ratcliffe’s assessment that emails were not part of Russian disinformation campaign.” LINK

The FBI confirms possession of the computers which allegedly contain emails implicating former Vice-President Joe Biden in his son’s international business dealings. This FBI confirmation comes 12 hours after President Trump requested attorney general Bill Barr ‘act fast’ and expressed support for an appointment of a special counsel.

Former Vice President Joe Biden previously said he did not have anything to do with Hunter Biden’s sketchy dealings with Ukraine energy company Burisma.  Today the New York Post has released specific documents showing that claim was absolutely false.

New York Post – […] The never-before-revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board at a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,” the email reads.

An earlier email from May 2014 also shows Pozharskyi, reportedly Burisma’s No. 3 exec, asking Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence” on the company’s behalf.

The blockbuster correspondence — which flies in the face of Joe Biden’s claim that he’s “never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings” — is contained in a massive trove of data recovered from a laptop computer. (more)

The emails come from a laptop computer reportedly dropped off for repair in Delaware that was never picked up.  The Delaware FBI took custody of the computer and it was eventually turned over to the U.S. Attorney Office in Delaware in December of 2019.  However, there was a duplicate of the hard-drive made by the repair shop owner.

OPR received a referral from another Department entity regarding allegations that a senior Department attorney failed to apprise his supervisor of his interactions with a law enforcement agency and a source concerning the subject matter of an ongoing high-profile investigation.

Although the attorney eventually recognized the need to inform his supervisor, who was overseeing the investigation, of his involvement and provided some information about the general topic, the senior Department attorney failed to provide a complete disclosure of his role as a conduit of information between the source and the law enforcement agency. As a result, the supervisor was unaware of the attorney’s activities related to the investigation until learning of them through other means.
