My headline is what happened, the New York Times headline is massive spin: “Apple Is Said to Have Turned Over Data on Trump’s White House Counsel in 2018”.

Notice what the New York Times is doing here.  Everything about their article is written to hide, obfuscate and ignore the reality of what their article actually is revealing. Look closely:

“tactics by the Trump Justice Department“?  This is far beyond spin, it is an intentional effort at cognitive dissonance.  Perhaps this article is written now because the Durham investigation is going to reveal how Mueller and Weissmann conducted investigative surveillance over the Trump White House…  Likely, but rather than supposition let’s just go to the reality of the details.

The headline positions Apple as the center, but the real nub of the revelation is that Weissmann and Mueller used the Special Counsel and FBI to conduct surveillance on the White House legal counsel, and his family, while President Donald Trump was in office.   Think about that for a moment.  Think about it carefully.

Imagine if Donald Trump allies in the DOJ and FBI were conducting surveillance on Joe Biden’s White House legal counsel?  The media would go absolutely bonkers… rightfully so; yet, that is exactly what happened when Trump was in office.  The intelligence apparatus was weaponized to conduct political surveillance of President Trump, through the White House legal counsel, while he was in office.

THIS IS A MASSIVE issue.  Yet the media are downplaying what took place because, well, the stunning abuse of DOJ power is in alignment with their political objectives.

Attorney Lin Wood has released an interview with a whistleblower [pdf here] who operated for years within part of the apparatus connected to Deep State surveillance.  While the focus is upon the activity of Rod Rosenstein and even Mike Pence as it relates to the Trump administration, there is part of the interview that connects to a much deeper aspect.  The testimonial connects a larger story if you know what to extract.

While I am still reviewing the overall content, within the first few pages of the interview this segment jumps out – BIG TIME:

The whistle-blower is describing his activity in Baltimore, Maryland, while working with then U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein.  At first review this part seems attributed only to attest the validity of the whistle-blower himself.  However, read carefully what he just stated while reminding yourself of the issue encountered by former CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson.

Most people have forgotten that Sharyl Attkisson’s story originated with some unknown entity planting “classified material’ on her laptop, which she discovered and then independently had reviewed by forensic auditors.  Attkisson’s computer audit identified government intrusion into her computer system, which not coincidentally is exactly what the whistleblower is outlining in this segment of the testimonial.  Stay with me…

You might also remember that later on –early 2020- someone provided Attkisson with details and a tip about the intrusion.  That information then led to Ms. Attkisson refiling the lawsuit and, this is the important part…. Attkisson named Rod Rosenstein and Shawn Henry, a former FBI official in her follow-up lawsuit.  Shawn Henry was the former head of the FBI DC field office, who also became the head of Crowdstrike, a contracted intelligence gathering operation for the government and a politically connected data security and forensic company.

In this important interview former Senior White House Economic and Trade Advisor, Peter Navarro, discusses how the Bill Barr DOJ prepared advanced review for an incoming Joe Biden administration and supported the creation of a blitz of executive orders.

Take away the bigger big-picture.  The people inside the Department of Justice, most of them installed during the Obama-Holder-Lynch administration, are entrenched ideologues.  It did not matter who the Attorney General was.  The gears inside the machine were disconnected from the person who held the controls.

Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) is about to become the Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI), and regardless of his current disposition the deepest part of the deep state will have full blackmail control over every aspect of his activity.

The most consequential information about the FBI operation to target candidate and President Trump surfaced the first week of December 2017. That was when the public first heard of Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr and the ‘small group’ who was targeting Trump through 2016 and 2017.  As a consequence the Mueller team was reacting to the discoveries and needing to urgently contain any collateral damage from the revelations.

January and February 2018 are critical.  This is when the team around Mueller, led by Andrew Weissmann, went into action to cover-up all of the participating legislative branch manipulation which included the SSCI, specifically Mark Warner. Timelines are key:

The White House has announced that President Donald J Trump will award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Congressional Representative Devin Nunes.

The Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 enhanced the U.S. Marshals’ authority to assist federal, state, and local law enforcement with the recovery of missing, endangered, trafficked or abducted children, regardless of whether a fugitive or sex offender was involved. The U.S. Marshals Service established a Missing Child Unit to oversee and manage the implementation of its enhanced authority under the act.

President Trump, former AG Jeff Sessions and current AG Bill Barr have unleashed the USMS to support their new authorities.  They have been delivering strong results.

In Atlanta last month operation “Not Forgotten” rescued 39 missing and abducted children. In northern Ohio this month operation “Safety Net” recovers another 35 missing children. Announcement:

OHIO – […] The U.S. Marshals Service has been working with its state and local partners over the past month to locate and recover missing juveniles from the Cuyahoga County area. 35 missing and endangered children, between the ages of 13 and 18, were recovered during the operation. A little more than 20% were tied to human trafficking cases and those cases were referred to the Human Trafficking Task Force in Cuyahoga County. Of the 40 missing cases referred to the Marshals Task Force only 5 cases remain open. Members of the task force and its local partners will continue to work over the next several weeks to bring these 5 remaining children and other children to safety.

Fox News host Maria Bartiromo has a conversation with Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsay Graham about new documents he plans to share with the John Durham team asking questions about why Hillary Clinton was provided defensive briefings while Donald Trump was not.

Interestingly, and not caught by Graham or media yet…. The documents Graham released [See Here] showed the FBI approver for the Clinton defensive briefings was David Archey. [Use CTH search function] As it turns out David Archey was hand selected by the Weissmann/Mueller special counsel to head the FBI responsibilities of the special counsel probe after they could no longer use Peter Strzok.

WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today released newly declassified FBI documents and communications demonstrating the Bureau’s double standard when it came to the Clinton and Trump campaigns.

According to these declassified documents and communications, in 2015 FBI leadership sought to give the Clinton campaign a defensive briefing before an FBI field office could pursue a FISA warrant related to a threat posed to the Clinton campaign by a foreign government. But in 2016 when there was a similar counterintelligence threat to the Trump campaign, FBI leadership failed to give a defensive briefing to the Trump campaign, opting instead to open the Crossfire Hurricane investigation and relentlessly pursue FISA warrants targeting the Trump campaign.  (more from Senate Judiciary)

On Tuesday August 18th, I had the opportunity to talk to, be interviewed by, and brief the person described as the “main guy”, the “central investigator”, “the guy who coordinates all investigative aspects” behind the John Durham investigation.

His name is William Aldenberg, and before getting to the substance of the conversation some background context is needed.

On June 7, 2018, an indictment against Senate Intelligence Committee Security Director James Wolfe was unsealed.

Approximately six weeks later, July 21, 2018, the DOJ mysteriously declassified and publicly released the Carter Page FISA application.  That’s when I noticed the first two documents were related.  The FISA application was the “top secret classified document” described in the Wolfe indictment.

Immediately I recognized it wasn’t just any copy of the FISA application that was released by the DOJ; but rather a very specific copy of the FISA application.  What the DOJ released was the exact copy used in the leak investigation of James Wolfe.  The ramifications of this specific copy being publicly released were immediately noted, although almost everyone seemed to gloss over the issue in favor of discussing the content.

Representative Devin Nunes appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the latest declassified releases in the corrupt DOJ operation against President Trump.

About midway through the interview the topic shifts to Robert Mueller.  Nunes notes that Mueller was “an avatar”, a fraud brought in to give the public face of a special counsel.  This is exactly correct.  Mueller was present in name only, the resistance unit of 17 lawyers, 50 FBI agents & 40 staff members were running the entire DOJ for almost two years.

When you are this close to the institutions, conversations come much easier.   According to those with direct knowledge, when Jeff Sessions recused (fire-walled) from anything to do with the special counsel in ’17, ’18, ’19, Rod Rosenstein “should have” held oversight.  However, in his Senate Judiciary testimony of June 3, 2020, Rosenstein admitted that he conducted no oversight over the Mueller probe.

Rosenstein’s justification was he did not feel it was his position to question their “investigative processes“, later saying “everything was an investigative process“, ergo anything the special counsel was doing was considered valid; nothing was questioned, and Rosenstein felt it was his position to “facilitate” the Mueller team.

This is a key point:  The special counsel took over Main Justice.

Which begs the question….. If Rosenstein was providing everything; who was managing the daily events inside Main Justice while the SC events were ongoing?  Who was the internal coordinator for the legal and investigative crew?  Who was the bridge?  Answer:
