The alternative media and even President Trump himself are promoting a story from notoriously sketchy John Solomon again.  This time it is important to point out how dangerous he has become – perhaps President Trump (or someone close) will take note.

The core of this latest story centers around a reported email chain from a Biden-era DOJ/FBI official who had serious reservations about the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. [Story Here] However, in typical Solomon fashion there is no source citation for the email itself, nor any explanation of where it came from.  Instead, it’s another story written from a ‘trust me bro – because, reasons‘ interpretation of a claim that cannot be reviewed, because the actual email itself is not disclosed:

….”a newly-unearthed email obtained by Just the News shows.”

That’s it. ….”a newly-unearthed email obtained by Just the News shows“…

That’s the sum total of the citation for source, content and origination.  The reader doesn’t get to look at the email.  The reader doesn’t get any explanation of who, what, where, when or why it was given to Solomon.  Heck, “newly unearthed” could be a retread of an email that was likely discussed several years ago, perhaps part of a congressional review.

However, this specific email is sold as new information from inside the DOJ/FBI that is under review by South Florida USAO Jason Reding Quiñones.

♦ Why can’t Solomon share the email?

When mainstream media report on media reports that come from media reports, we call this circular nonsense garbage. It’s no different when alternative media do the same without specific citation or source information that can be reviewed.   No doubt, dozens of alternative media have already started running with this story without pause.

The danger is not just about hopium promotion. In this example, it’s worse.  Let’s take this claim at face value, assume Solomon isn’t lying, and consider that he cannot provide a direct link to the email(s) because the physical documents represent a risk.  Under these assumptions, the email is evidence from the DOJ/FBI provided to the USAO in Florida for grand jury review.  Solomon has received leaked grand jury material.

Against the backdrop of Tulsi Gabbard resigning her position as Director of National Intelligence, there is an opportunity to explain how the Washington DC Intelligence Community functions in real life.

ODNI Tulsi Gabbard has rightly been receiving a lot of praise for her efforts at removing the shroud of secrecy that is often used by an intensely territorial IC network.  Simultaneously, she has received criticism or what Machiavelli called, “the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institution”; because, in reality Tulsi Gabbard might be considered the first functional DNI.

One of the reasons Tulsi Gabbard was effective was her willingness to answer this question:

It was DNI Tulsi Gabbard who released the receipts showing how the CIA and IC ran an impeachment operation against President Trump.  CIA operative Eric Ciarmella, ICIG Michael Atkinson and HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff all collaboratively involved.

Here it becomes more important for the next sequence of events to fully understand what it was about Tulsi Gabbard in the position of DNI that made such a big difference.  What was it about her approach to the office of the DNI that made Gabbard stand out?  This is a discussion worth having.

When Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin uses the term “Nazi” he does so with a perspective that is not the same as western considerations. Ukraine is well known for their ideological blood lust, the events within this story are related to that definition.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ordered the targeting of a college dormitory in Starobilsk, Luhansk, an occupied territory under the control of Russian forces.

This was not a military target. Yana Lantratova, Russia’s human rights commissioner, said that 86 ​teenagers aged 14 to 18 had been asleep inside the hostel belonging to Luhansk Pedagogical University’s Starobilsk college when Ukrainian drones had attacked it during ​the night.

Leonid Pasechnik, the top Russian-installed official in Luhansk, said two people had been pulled from the rubble. Maria Lvova-Belova, presidential commissioner for children’s rights, said up to ‌18 children ⁠could still be trapped.

Ukraine’s military denied the Russian accusations and said it had struck an elite drone command unit in the area. It said that ​Kyiv complied with international humanitarian law.

Putin said in his own statement, which was carried by state TV, that there were no military ​targets near the dorm.

USAO Colin McDonald, assistant attorney general for the DOJ’s National Fraud Enforcement Division, announced the initial fraud indictments for the first set of fraudsters operating in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  McDonald emphasized this is only the beginning of the arrests in Minnesota as the fraud is beyond a scale that can be appropriately explained.

Together with HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz, U.S Attorney McDonald announces the first 15 individuals indicted with initial investigated theft of $90 million.  The DOJ anticipates hundreds more arrests.  Secretary Kennedy notes the scale of fraud is approximately 10x more than initially evaluated.

Local media out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, are reporting that Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and federal officials including HHS Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr, will be making an announcement about federal indictments for fraud as an outcome of ongoing investigations throughout the state.

Minnesota – Several top U.S. officials, including HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche, will be in Minneapolis on Thursday for an announcement about “major law enforcement action involving fraud” in the state.

The announcement coincides with the sentencing of Aimee Bock, the ringleader in the $250 million Feeding Our Future fraud scheme. Also in attendance on Thursday morning will be officials from the National Fraud Enforcement Division, the FBI, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and other law enforcement agencies. Last weekend former FBI Director James Comey said there were multiple officials remaining within the DOJ and FBI who were actively working to continue the weaponization of the agencies against President Donald Trump.  When asked about it earlier today, President Trump said Acting AG Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel would root them out and deal with the issue.

Hours later the Dept of Justice released and indictment {SEE HERE} against Managing Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Fort Pierce Branch, Carmen M. Lineberger. Asst USAO Lineberger was caught downloading classified files from the Jack Smith case to her personal email and labeling them as recipes so she could leak them to Lawfare resistance members.

According to FBI Director Kash Patel, “This afternoon, a former managing assistant U.S. Attorney who supported Jack Smith’s politicized investigation of President Trump has been charged with stealing the confidential investigation documents. Carmen Lineberger allegedly emailed the confidential material to her own personal email, disguising them as dessert recipes to conceal them from record searches. Lineberger is charged with four felony counts in the indictment. This FBI will not hesitate to bring to account those who violated the trust of the American public in an investigation that should’ve never been brought to begin with.” {link}

The files Ms. Lineberger is accused of stealing, relate to the Jack Smith case files from the Mar-a-Lago investigation that Judge Aileen Cannon previously sealed.  [Link Below] It appears attorney Carmen Lineberger was in the process of covering her tracks when she was discovered downloading the material and transmitting it outside the U.S. Attorney offices.  {INDICTMENT HERE}

This afternoon, federal and state officials from Florida unsealed an indictment against Raul Castro which was returned in federal court in Miami on April 23, and charges him with one count of conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals, four counts of murder, and two counts of ‌destruction of aircraft. Five other people are also named as defendants in the case.

U.S. Attorney Todd Blanche made the announcement in Florida to a packed audience of Cuban-Americans. Reuters: “The charges stemmed from a 1996 incident in which Cuban jets shot down planes operated by a group of Cuban exiles, U.S. acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said at an event in downtown Miami on Wednesday to honor victims of the incident. “My message today is clear: The United States and President Trump does not and will not forget its citizens,” Blanche said to applause in a packed auditorium of government officials and Cuban Americans in Miami.”

For those not familiar with the sensitivity of the issues in the South Florida area, it is difficult to imagine the impact of this announcement.  There are hundreds of thousands of first- and second-generation Cubans who fled the brutality of the communist regime when Fidel Castro took power.  This is a very close and personal issue for the Cuban people within Miami-Dade.

Everyone in/around Miami knows an immediate family member or close family friend who was victimized by the Castro regime. As noted by The Hill:

[…] In indicting Castro, the U.S. is laying a similar groundwork that led to the capture of former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, who was also indicted in a U.S. court before armed forces seized him from his compound.

It’s unclear what action may await Castro and Cuba, but CIA Director John Ratcliffe met with officials on the island last week to convey that the window for negotiations will not be open indefinitely. (source)

In 2017 the DOJ and IRS settled a class action lawsuit filed by Tea Party groups for unlawful targeting by Lois Learner and the Cincinnati office of the IRS.  The DOJ paid over 400 lawsuit participants dating back to 2013 and the IRS apologized for the unlawful targeting based on political affiliation. {citation}

Between 2018 and 2020 former IRS contractor Charles Edward Littlejohn — who worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, a defense and national security tech firm — leaked President Trump’s tax returns to two news outlets.  In 2024, Littlejohn was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty. {citation}

President Trump filed a lawsuit against the IRS for $10 billion in compensation following the intentional IRS leaking of his tax returns.  Today, the IRS and DOJ settled with President Trump by establishing a $1.7 billion fund for victims of IRS targeting.

The Associated Press, mainstream media and leftist in congress are framing the settlement announcement as President Trump paying his allies and MAGA supporters.  However, the fund is set up to pay all victims of IRS targeting regardless of political affiliation.

If the media and democrats are correct that only President Trump supporters will benefit from the $1.7 billion IRS victim compensation fund, then by direct implication the media are asserting that only President Trump supporters were targeted by the IRS.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Trump administration on Monday announced the creation a $1.7 billion fund to compensate allies of the Republican president who believe they were mistreated by the Biden administration Justice Department.

The “Anti-Weaponization Fund” was announced by the Justice Department as part of a deal to resolve President Donald Trump’s lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service over the leak of his tax returns.

I can tell you from first-hand experience that one of the primary reasons we have not seen accountability is that most of the people with the authority to do something about it don’t know where to look to find the evidence, and when they do, they don’t know what it means in context.

Washington DC is a system of self-absorbed stakeholders who use isolating silos to preserve their interests.  Within the game everything has a political currency, including leverage and information – and everyone wants proprietary credit for their inventory.  Washington DC is a narcissist’s playground.

Things are happening rather quickly in the storyline of Sinaloa political leadership and the indictments by U.S. Dept of Justice officials.

In the latest development, following the Tucson, Arizona, capture of Gerardo Mérida, a retired Mexican army general who served as public-security secretary in northwestern Sinaloa state, today Sinaloa Senator Enrique Inzunza Cazárez, who is also facing drug trafficking and weapon charges, was taken into custody in San Diego by the DEA.

Both Merida and Cazarez were named in the lengthy indictment that included current Sinaloa Governor Rocha Moya, who, if ground reports are accurate, appears to be hiding while protected by the Mexican national guard.

Here’s where it gets really interesting.  According to the New York Post reporting, businessman Enrique Diaz Vega – another name from the indictment – also turned himself into U.S. authorities in Arizona last Friday.  That means four of the ten men named are currently in custody, with Governor Rocha Moya hiding out in Mexico.

However, it gets even more interesting when highlighted with this section:

… “Inzunza Cázares’ lawyers reportedly held talks with the Department of Justice for his voluntary surrender and to become a government witness, Mexican newspaper El Universal reported May 2.”… {link} “A drug trafficker who surrenders and offers information primarily falls under the category of a cooperating witness,” a Department of Justice source told the outlet.

However, Inzunza Cázares shut down the report the same day.  “Utterly false,” he wrote on X.

So, three days after the primary indictment was announced, Inzunza Cazares is reported to be working with the DEA and DOJ. He denies cooperation while in Mexico, and then two weeks later turns himself in to the DEA in San Diego.

It sounds like each of the men turning themselves in to U.S. authorities were facing a rather dangerous Hobson’s choice.
