At the same time as Dept of Labor Inspector General Anthony D’Esposito launches an investigation into H1B visa abuses by corporations who engaged in visa fraud, Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh appoints advisors to the FED on labor policy that includes one of the most egregious violators of H1B fraud, XBox CEO Asha Sharma.
It is beyond frustrating to see our labor system for ‘qualified technical positions’ being abused by companies who are intentionally discriminating against American workers.
American born Asha Sharma was the former VP at Facebook during their $14M settlement with DOJ for discriminating against American workers. Now as CEO of Microsoft XBox gaming, she has announced the termination of around 3,200 employees while Microsoft, company-wide, filed 2,879 Labor Condition Application for H-1B positions in fiscal year 2026.
There is a pattern at work within the high-tech industry where corporations factor in the price of lawsuits as a cost of doing business, a cost-effective way to continue discriminating against American workers. Obviously, they deny this practice, yet the transparent visibility of the practice continuing tell a more honest story.
Into this mix, Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh announces an advisory network of business and economic leaders to help guide FED policy on a variety of subjects. [CITATION] Within the Productivity and Jobs taskforce, Asha Sharma surfaces as an advisor “to inform the Federal Reserve’s policy judgments.”
I’m sure all of these are lovely people, with the best intentions for their own personal interests. However, where in the dynamic of FED policy advisors is the person who speaks directly to the needs of American workers who are being forced by policy to compete against the entire world for a tech sector job.

VGC – […] Notably, Sharma was named one of three advisors on the Productivity and Jobs task force, which the Federal Reserve says will be assessing, among other things, the impact of AI.
According to a news release, the task force will look at “the economic impact of new general-purpose technologies, including artificial intelligence, to inform the Federal Reserve’s policy judgments.”
Supported by Federal Reserve staff, the task forces will operate independently, with “a mandate to follow the evidence, provide candid feedback, and produce rigorous findings for the Federal Open Market Committee”. (more)

Maybe we start using jail instead of settlements?
AMEN, AMEN, & AMEN
Personally I believe Monetary Policy should target 0% inflation, a nice flat level playing field, it’s the obvious sensible target. This idea of an Entitled Caste with access to some sort of inflation gravy at the top (while everyone else gets left behind) really must go. This pretentious idea is really where all the corruption begins.
What you are proposing is to end the Federal Reserve. It will never happen before that point as there are people who benefit from that system debauching the currency, and them having first access to newly created dollars.
Reference the Cantillon Effect.
It was always going to come down to the bankers.

I’ve despised our two tier justice system my entire life.
“Blue Collar Crime”
What the Hell is that?
So we destroy people at a distance therefore we get off easy. That is not justice.
Great! More turd-world $hit weaseling their way into positions of power over Heritage Americans. If the left ever gets their wish of defunding the police, CW2 is gonna be a real barn-burner!
Diversity without assimilation is our demise.
Microsoft XBox Gaming is owned by….
Microsoft!
Why is it always the usual suspects?
I just returned from a visit to Webster University, a very expensive private university in St. Louis, after not having been there in over three years.
Oh my gosh, it was like stepping into Iran! Big groups of Muslims walking on the campus sidewalks, big gatherings in the building I visited, and manning the offices I checked.
The only American looking people I saw were the man in the public safety office and a maintenance man. This is a complete flip from last time I was there; I did not encounter any difficulties but I also did not feel safe.
I’m hoping this is just a momentary event or something in the summer, we’ll see. If not it appears that Biden’s demographic switch is frighteningly complete.
Pattern recognition.
Sigh…. 😔
Good grief.
It’s crap like this that foments the ‘Eat the Rich’ and ‘Kill CEOs’ movements.
I direct most of the blame to Uniparty Congress, especially establishment Republicans because they are supposed to be on my team but all they do is stab me in the back.
Doesn’t it seem as if every improvement President Trump or his administration tries to make is like pulling teeth? They are swimming against the globalist current.

“There is a pattern at work within the high-tech industry where corporations factor in the price of lawsuits as a cost of doing business, …”
That’s been going on for many decades, in many industries.
Some of us still remember the Pinto.
Sorry folks
But a descendant of the country first in line to abuse this countries workers should not be advising on or in any government position born here or not.
To many foreigners in government claiming to be American born yet their allegiance and alliance are not American jobs.
That list of people reads like the WEF globalists we definitely need advising /s
BOHICA.
Honestly, do they even care how it looks to Americans when this happens? The bubble is thick, I know.
They should just go ahead and publish their report saying there is no problem.
Train human American talent, without AI.. Train mentats, American biology, not silicone.
My gut tells me that we will be disappointed with Kevin Warsh. I hope I’m wrong.
Same…
A feeling that has been with me ever since he was announced as President Trump’s choice.
Why?
He doesn’t live in the world the rest of us have to.
And so on this occasion, I will now be dispensing with the ladylike Scarlet and just say this ( in my fury)….
What the Actual F@*k??!!?!?!???
Outstanding, as usual.
Nest regards!
I agree: but isn’t it fair to get the perspective of a heavy user of H1Bs? She can always be removed – like any US tech worker – once she outlines her usefulness
Even the good are bad.
#DCCrimeCartel
It would of been safer to appoint Hassett. He would have been loyal.
This doesn’t sit well with us Kevin Warsh!!
Stop it!
Discriminating the White races for decades! Wakey wakey.
It’s really amazing that this Nation still exists.
The insanity is beyond insanity, and yet, there is more and more everyday.
God Bless America ……..PLEASE!!!
Amen.
How about advising and stopping the FED from holding over 6.5 trillion dollars of mortgages in this country ?
When you purchase a home within months it sold and sold again and ends up on the FED balance sheets and the syndicate gets all your interest.
These panels should consist of normal American citizens without ties to special interests. Choose them at random.
Pay them a <very> generous salary, provide housing and all transportation and per diem costs.
Give them all the data.
Let the people decide a proper course for the advisory opinion. Make Mr Jefferson proud.
Enough of the ‘They are so smart and expirenced’ horsehockey.
When it comes to headlines like this…
“Dept of Labor Inspector General Anthony D’Esposito launches an investigation into H1B visa abuses by corporations who engaged in visa fraud”
Consider that DOL OIG D’Esposito has only 70 criminal investigators (Special Agents) in the United States with 6 total in California, Oregon and Washington State where most of the H1B Fraud is concentrated.
On top of that every HIB visa application was reviewed and approved by the USDOL.
Hopefully, he is serious about this investigation but I would take it with a grain of salt.
SPIT.
I can hardly wait for the other 4-5 panels he promised last month….
Hoping this is one of those times that enough internet, social media, talking heads on TV loud dissenting angry noises over this weekend on the appointment these individuals that Mr. Warsh will reconsider both the appointments and the structure of his leadership task force.
When President Trump’s term is over. Filthy politicians, IC, the Fed and many more will intentionally drive our country into a massive Great Depression worse than the first. My grandparents warned me that IT WILL happen again.
“Into this mix, Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh announces an advisory network of business and economic leaders to help guide FED policy on a variety of subjects. The Fed needs this advisory network like I need a hole in the head. We may have another Powell on our hands.
My son, who graduated a tech school 3 years ago, with certifications in Security, AI, Networking, DATA, and a bunch of others, got caught in the BS covid shutdown after I sold my house & MOVED to Vegas for a potential job with Caesars Gaming for him (i work from home), got screwed there, 2 yrs Vegas was still shut down and/or having the slow open, we said screw that & moved again to FL. 4 yrs later, 250 applications in all over (every thing is online as you all know), now he cant get his resume past the AI screening software. Its impossible to get a job in the tech industry in America. I raised him for a world that no longer exists, so i PRAY heads roll over this. But they wont. I cant afford for him to switch into something else. I thought Trump would fix this long ago, but hes too busy with the middle east this term and the party’s just about over!
