President Donald Trump discusses the short-term (relief) and long-term (recovery) efforts for Puerto Rico.    As everyone is aware, even before the storm the island territory was under financial collapse as a result of Democrat mismanagement and generational political agendas’ creating a culture of dependency.
Hurricane Maria has exacerbated Puerto Rico’s problems and is showcasing a governmental structure incapable of governing during crisis.  The media hypes the suffering, yet omits the Island’s inept systems of governance and the culture of dependency.  The only way the U.S. federal government can assist effectively is by taking over almost every aspect of state and local government.
As President Trump points out in this impromptu press conference, congress has some decisions to make on the long-term future of Puerto Rico.  Throwing money at the problem is futile when the recipient systems are fraught with ineptitude and corruption.

U.S. DOJ – Senior law enforcement officials from the United States, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras announced here today criminal charges against more than 3,800 MS-13 and 18th Street gang members in the United States and Central America in a coordinated law enforcement action known as Operation Regional Shield.

The charges were announced by Acting Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Blanco of the United States, Attorney General Douglas Meléndez of El Salvador, Attorney General Thelma Aldana of Guatemala, and Attorney General Oscar Chinchilla of Honduras, marking the six-month anniversary of the commitment to combat transnational organized crime initiated in March by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, together with the Attorneys General of the three Central American countries.

This is actually funny.  Seriously, it is hilarious.  The NFL has made a collective decision to destroy itself and the hilarious part is the hives’ echo-chamber is so deafening they can’t hear the organizational structure collapsing around them.
In church this morning a lady shared something with me. She said: …”and now we know why faith stopped Tim Tebow from a career in the NFL.”  Expanding, she said her belief was that God knew this moment was coming and he protected a loyal servant by denying  entry onto the NFL ‘field of schemes’ as a career.
You know, I think that lady is on to something…

The Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens are in England today for a game in London.  When the U.S. National Anthem was played both teams disrespected the USA and yet stood up for the U.K National Anthem ‘God Save The Queen’.   Think about that.
The NFL, writ large, is nuts.  They’ve lost their minds. The NFL players, managers, league officials and owners, along with downstream sport punditry and networks, obviously think virtue signaling their collective unity plays well -mostly in their echo-chamber because of the support from left-wing media- but outside their bubble they are destroying their own business model.  Watch what happens.

Well, well, well.  For years ordinary middle-America, and the punditry class of pop counter-culture thinkers, have wanted someone to push back against the insufferable leftist anti-American-patriotism within pop culture.  In a brilliant turn of events, President Trump has stepped directly into the gap.
Last night President Trump pointed out the disrespectful behavior of NFL players fueling anti-Americanism via their refusal to stand for our national anthem.  The NFL, an organization who has succumbed to the influence of cultural Marxism and enabled their players to become social justice warriors, responds by doubling down on their position.
Yesterday NBA player Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors) took a similar SJW approach to kneeling by saying he didn’t want to attend the traditional White House visit customary for championship winning teams.  Today, President Trump responds by accepting the reluctance of the NBA player and telling him not to bother:

WASHINGTON – President Trump on Tuesday said one of the best ways to prevent addictions to drugs such as heroin and prescription painkillers is to keep young people from taking them in the first place.
“If they don’t start, they won’t have a problem,” he said in remarks to the media, according to pool reports. “If they do start, it’s awfully tough to get off. According to a Fox News Exclusive report, the President Trump administration is considering a Camp-David style Arab peace summit.   Those who have followed the administration’s structural activity all year will see this as a natural progression of events within the alliance formed by President Trump and the Mid-East coalition.

The four major allies within the growing alliance, Egypt, Saudi, UAE and Bahrain, as well as other moderates supportive of the larger objectives to restore stability, are currently engaged in a campaign to change the outlook of Qatar and stop their support for the Muslim Brotherhood.  A peace summit around their united efforts, with the support of President Trump, would follow a logical path.

The media will go bananas at the thought of such a consequential accomplishment.

Last year hundreds of Donald Trump supporters were attacked in San Jose California as the local law enforcement stood back and watched.  Many attendees and victims stated the police actually facilitated the attacks by funneling the rally crowd directly into the path of an unchecked mob. SAN JOSE (KCBS) – A federal judge is giving Donald Trump supporters the green light to pursue their lawsuit against the city of San Jose. The plaintiffs accuse the city for not protecting them during a campaign rally last year.
