I have long said, the FISA Application that was released to the public (by Mueller/Weissman in 2018) is NOT the same as the FISA Application that sits at the DOJ-NSD/FISC.

I told John Durham in August 2020 I suspected the publicly released FISA was *NOT* the same as the one with the court.

[*Initial and first renewal had FISC stamps (March 17, 2017). The second and third renewals did not have FISC stamps at all when released.]

Former Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein said during Senate hearing (Ted Cruz question), he did not release the FISA; the special counsel team did. They held authority over DOJ/FBI on all things Russiagate.

When Mueller/Weissmann released the FISA application, July 2018 (it was part of a set of timed releases including the Warner texts) under the ridiculous auspices of releasing a Top Secret TSCI document to fulfill a FOIA request…. the first ever in history of the IC… few people stopped to ask why was this ok’d to release?

They had to release the FISA because it was already public (Warner/Wolfe illegal leak), and the underpinning of several outcomes of evidence for the Mueller indictments (fruit of the poisonous tree). But there were some aspects Mueller/Weissmann could not risk in the release.

This is more than slightly interesting.

According to a Fox News release, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino found multiple files related to the FBI activity in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, which included the classified annex to the John Durham investigation, inside burn bags in a secret room at the FBI building in Washington, DC.

The discovered Durham annex is now being declassified by the CIA and others and transferred to Senator Chuck Grassley’s staff who will release it to the public momentarily.  WATCH the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) response to these revelations, Chairman Tom Cotton, the guardian of the Intelligence Community, will likely demand special counsels be triggered in order to create the “ongoing investigation” defensive shield needed for his benefactors.

That’s how the silo system in DC rolls.

FED Chairman Jerome Powell announced today the FED Board of Governors is keeping the interest rate at 4.25 to 4.5 percent.   The Central Bank of the United States is trying to create an unsustainable debt spiral.

The goal of the FED (Central Bank) is to create a debt spiral that leads to a crisis.  This is the way the Central Bank controls the activity of the smaller banks.  This is the way the Central Bank keeps control over the people in America.  WATCH:

This is one of those interviews that simply must be watched in its entirety. It’s long, almost 3 hours, but take the quiet time to watch and absorb the information provided by economist Professor Richard Werner.

Werner discusses something absolutely vital to understand about the nature of economics and the banking system that underpins it. You have often heard me say “there are trillions at stake” when describing the elements aligned against President Trump. Well, Werner gives context to what lies behind those trillions.

Nine years ago, as President Elect Trump won his first election, I wrote about the future of economics and the potential if a Main Street monetary and banking system was created. {GO DEEP} Richard Werner discusses the specific issue of how credit creation by regular banks actually creates money. He’s the first person I have seen speak who really gets it.

There are distinct differences between banks creating money for asset purchases (inflation), consumer purchases (inflation) and GDP growth (Main Street expansion). He simply nails it, and that is why he was put on the CIA radar.

When Werner speaks of the need for two distinct banking systems as a solution to the “inflationary” impact of money created for asset purchases vs GDP growth, he is specifically highlighting the difference between Wall Street money and Main Street money. This, in the largest measure, is exactly why President Trump and Secretary Mnuchin created the dual banking system.  This is what led to the global pandemic as a tool to stop President Trump.

I cannot recommend this interview enough. However, don’t sell yourself short. Find a quiet place, quiet time, and take notes as you listen to Richard Werner outline the true and unspoken nature of how money is created.

Former House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes appears on OAN with former Congressman Matt Gaetz to discuss the information released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.

As noted by Nunes, why did it take this long for the information to surface?  That question showcases how corrupt the DC system -the Intelligence Community- is in its effort to protect itself from accountability.

Nunes also points to the raid on Mar-a-Lago as a possible entry point for investigative accountability.  WATCH:

Let me refresh on something that could potentially be a revelation down the road.

In 2022 a Florida judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by President Trump against Hillary Clinton. [65-page Ruling Here] The media enjoyed ridiculing Trump using the words of the judge who dismissed the case.  As noted by the Washington Times, “Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks, a Clinton appointee, said Mr. Trump’s filing was too lengthy, detailing events that “are implausible because they lack any specific allegations which might provide factual support for the conclusions reached.”

When I originally read the 108-page Donald Trump lawsuit filed in March 2022, it took me a few moments, and then I realized this was not a lawsuit; this was a legal transfer mechanism created by lawyers to establish a proprietary information silo.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche flew to Tallahassee, Florida and interviewed former Epstein aide Ghislaine Maxwell for five hours.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department’s No. 2 official met Thursday with Ghislaine Maxwell, the imprisoned former girlfriend of financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The meeting in Florida, which Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said he worked to arrange, is part of an ongoing Justice Department effort to cast itself as transparent following fierce backlash from parts of President Donald Trump’s base over an earlier refusal to release additional records in the Epstein investigation.

“Ms. Maxwell answered every single question. She never stopped, she never invoked a privilege, she never declined to answer. She answered all the questions truthfully, honestly and to the best of her ability,” attorney David Oscar Markus told reporters outside the federal courthouse in Tallahassee, where Maxwell met with Blanche.

In a social media post Tuesday, Blanche said that Trump “has told us to release all credible evidence” and that if Maxwell has information about anyone who has committed crimes against victims, the FBI and the Justice Department “will hear what she has to say.” (read more)

Former President Barack Obama has released a statement following both DNI Tulsi Gabbard and President Trump outlining the Obama administration’s conspiracy operation to target Donald Trump in 2016 and beyond.

Obama’s office said in a statement, “Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response. But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction.”

“Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes. On the day after the 2024 election, Palantir was valued at $51.13.  Today, Palantir has closed higher than our initial projection of $150 to $200 “prior to the midterms.”

Palantir continues benefitting from govt contracts not just for military application but also for facial recognition processes within (1) the deportation operation, (2) implementation of Real ID, (3) DHS/TSA use at entry points.

I’ll put the entire cabinet meeting in another post.  It is interesting that RFK Jr. was not present (?).

For this outline, let’s focus on the issue that is exploding the MAGA and anti-MAGA universe on social media right now. President Trump and Pam Bondi’s response to a question about Jeffrey Epstein and the controversial DOJ/FBI memo that now states there is no “third party” or “client list” connected to the Epstein sex trafficking.

Obviously, President Trump is not happy with attention focused on the Epstein issues.  The most likely reason for the frustration expressed is simply that President Trump is unaware how much the Epstein issues are -and have been- part of the background focus within the base of his support.  Here’s the segment. WATCH:

First, kudos to Marco Rubio for his stone faced and remarkably unaffected disposition within the exchange.  It takes time and experience to remain stoic at this level.  Exceptional control.

Second, everyone here has a reasonable BS detector – meaning we can tell when a person is not telling the truth.  It is transparently obvious AG Pam Bondi is extremely uncomfortable with the Epstein issue, and her responses indicate she is not being honest or forthright.  You could say, she’s lying; however, the facts of her presentation are a little more complicated.

The main issue around Bondi’s less-than-fulsome response is the motive.  Is she lying because she’s just grossly incompetent about the issue, or is she lying because she is nefarious in her intent.  The Occam’s Razor answer to her obvious parseltongue is a combination of both.
