A Nevada judge has agreed to let the Trump campaign present its evidence that fraud and illegalities plagued the state’s election, enough to reverse Joe Biden’s win and set an example for other state challenges. [LINK]

On one hand it is frustrating the judicial system is so fundamentally compromised by politics, it couldn’t drop the case against a transparently innocent man. Rudy Giuliani appears on Lou Dobbs tonight to discuss the testimony to the Pennsylvania legislature along with updates on several key state investigation of fraud. One of the top-line notes in Pennsylvania is the sum total of all “Mail-in” ballots sent to voters was 1.8 million; however, election officials are reporting that 2.5 million were returned.

The ballot anomalies in Pennsylvania took center stage today as the legislature heard about statistically implausible returns uploaded to the PA election system overnight from areas with very sketchy election activity.  During one segment of the testimony the data was explained leaving jaws agape.  The crowd responds to the ridiculous nature of what took place.  WATCH:

President Trump announces the full pardon of Lt. General Michael Flynn:

As activist Judge Emmet Sullivan attempted to continue the persecution of Michael Flynn into the next administration, President Trump steps-in today and says ‘enough’. The timing of this action represents a more forceful shift underway to confront the darkest elements of the deep state, which includes massive wide-scale voter fraud.

Investigative attorney Sidney Powell appears for an interview with Lou Dobbs to discuss the status of current findings and lawsuits.  Ms. Powell notes a legal challenge against the election results in Georgia is likely to be filed tomorrow.

Dr. Andreas Noack was reportedly under investigation by German authorities for being non-compliant with the COVID-19 lockdown laws enacted by the government. During a livestream broadcast of his views on the authoritarian COVID-19 rules, the German police broke down his door and arrested him. The arrest was made after the German Parliament passed the “Infection Protection Law”.

The balaclavas and heavily armed tactical rifles are a nice touch, WATCH:

(Media Report) – Reports from Germany indicate that a German doctor, Dr. Andreas Noack was arrested during a police raid while he was recording a live video. The reasons for the police raid and arrest of the german doctor have not been officially revealed yet. However, there are rumors that Dr. Andreas Noack provided medical assistance to hundreds of protestors during lockdown protests against the administration. (read more)

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced new COVID compliance restrictions upon citizens of the Garden State last week.  A limit of 10 people are allowed to gather indoors and a limit of 150 allowed to gather outdoors.  Masks are mandated by decree.

However, some citizens of New Jersey are ready to fight back against the arbitrary totalitarian dictates, and they are well prepared to make Murphy uncomfortable.  We can all expect to see much more of this…. We are not a nation to be ruled as sheep. WATCH:

House intelligence committee ranking member Devin Nunes discusses the danger of Big Tech controlling the public speech platforms.   “Big tech and corporate media played an outsized role in the 2020 election, says California Congressman and House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes. And based on how the Biden team is responding to evidence of election irregularities and potential fraud, former Vice President Biden does not seem confident in victory, Nunes says.

To actually get their ideas out to Americans, Nunes says conservatives should move to social media alternatives such as Parler and Rumble, ones that prioritize free speech and open discourse.”
