John Durham Releases 316 Page Report About FBI, DOJ, Intelligence Community and U.S. Govt Targeting Donald Trump

Special Counsel John Durham has released a highly anticipated 316-page report outlining corrupt U.S. activity during the targeting of presidential candidate, president elect, and subsequent President, Donald J Trump.

[FULL REPORT pdf HERE]

I have completed my first review of the report, and suffice to say the details within it are not new.  The majority of the reaction so far has been centered around how Special Counsel Durham is not prosecuting anyone for their corrupt conduct outlined within the report.  However, for the sake of this first review, I will draw attention to a few aspects you will likely not see discussed anywhere else.

Please note this detail found at the bottom of page 3 and top two lines of page #4:

[…] “The Office exercised its judgment regarding what to investigate but did not investigate every public report of an alleged violation of law in connection with the intelligence and law enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns.”

As perhaps the only person who tracked down and subsequently interviewed the investigators on the Durham team, and as a person who subsequently came away with a full understanding of how the silo operation inside this investigation was going to play out, I can reasonably assure you that notation and reference by team Durham is entirely directed to us.

That statement above tells us why none of the DC politicians who engaged in specific violations of law were criminally charged. This is part of the silo effect within government, which I will explain later.  As a good friend said, “Yeah great, but we don’t have badges.”  So, we went to the badges with the evidence, but the badges did not want to act upon the evidence, because it would have been, in their estimation, too damaging to the framework of our government.

During Trial Senior FBI Analyst Admits Agency Offered Dossier Author Chris Steele Up to One Million Dollars to Prove Authenticity of Claims

The legal case brought by prosecutor John Durham against Igor Danchenko is predicated on the notion that Christopher Steele’s source for his dossier willfully and intentionally lied to the FBI, and therefore Danchenko is guilty of purposefully misleading FBI investigators assigned to the Trump-Russia/”crossfire hurricane” investigation.

Transparently everyone knows the FBI were not duped by Danchenko and records indicate Danchenko told them the Steele dossier was full of fabricated nonsense. Additionally, to keep the revelation of the dossier as nonsense hidden, the FBI hired Danchenko as a confidential human source, technically shielding him from being questioned or exposed.  The FBI decision to hire Danchenko was to keep the fraudulent dossier useful for their Trump targeting operation.

So, what’s going on?

This is where John Durham is doing two things: (1) He is protecting the corrupt DOJ and FBI institutions by not investigating any government action; and yet, (2) Durham is exposing corrupt FBI and DOJ action through his court filings and cases.  Yesterday Durham provided more evidence of just how corrupt the FBI was in the lead-in to the 2016 election.

FBI supervisory analyst Brian Auten testified Tuesday that Hillary Clinton’s contracted opposition researcher, Christopher Steele, hired by Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Donald Trump, was offered up to $1 million by the FBI in early October 2016 if Chris Steele could prove the claims within the Trump dirt dossier he authored.

Steele was never paid the money because he could not prove the claims within the dossier, nor would he give up the name of the primary source for the information, Igor Danchenko.  However, despite the FBI knowing the dossier could not be proved, validated or verified, later that same month they used the dossier as evidence to support a Title-1 FISA warrant against former Trump campaign aide, Carter Page.

The details provided by Durham only prove the researched outline we made almost 5 years ago.

Durham Prosecutors Provide Evidence of Clinton Lawyer Michael Sussmann Lying to FBI

CTH begins every outline of the ongoing Durham investigation with the following disclaimer:  How is John Durham going to reveal everything that is possible about the deep state Trump targeting operation, and simultaneously handle the involvement of Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and the Special Counsel team who were specifically appointed to cover it up?

The short answer is, Durham can’t.  He’s not allowed to.

Durham can only outline the external participants in the corrupt activity of the U.S. government. No internal participants of government, legislative or executive, are allowed to be investigated.

In the latest court filings against Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, the prosecution drops some significant discoveries outlining how the external participants lied to willfully blind FBI officials.  Technofog has all the details:

On September 19, 2016, DNC/Clinton Campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann met with FBI General Counsel James Baker, where Baker was provided with data and “white paper” purporting to show covert communications (since proven to be bogus) between Russian Alfa Bank and the Trump Organization.

Special Counsel John Durham has just provided evidence that the night before – on September 18, 2016 – Sussmann sent Baker this text:

Latest Durham Filing Indicates DOJ Office of Inspector General Is Part of DC Coverup Operation

Look carefully at this tweet from Catherine Herridge at CBS.  Notice anything?

Emphasis mine:

“#Durham filing reveals his team learned for first time, this month, the Office of the Inspector General had TWO cellphones for former FBI General Counsel who is central witness in Sussmann case, “the Government has been working diligently to review their contents.””

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) has known about the Durham probe of Michael Sussmann for how long?  And specifically, the criminal case against Sussmann revolved around the central witness, the point of contact with former FBI General Counsel, Jim Baker.  Yet the OIG said nothing to John Durham about their possession of Baker’s phones until this month?

Think about what that tells us?

Kash Patel Names Four Government Officials He Believes Could Be Targets of John Durham’s Investigation

We begin any outline of the Durham investigation with the following disclaimer:  How is John Durham going to reveal everything that is possible about the deep state Trump targeting operation, and simultaneously handle the involvement of Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and the Special Counsel team who were specifically appointed to cover it up.

Kash Patel, former Pentagon Chief of Staff, and former Senior Staff Advisor to the House Intelligence Committee, discusses the recent public developments within the John Durham investigation, and gives his opinion on possible targets who were operating inside government.

Patel holds the opinion that Joe Biden’s current National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan is a likely target.  Patel also says he could see three former FBI officials as targets of the Durham probe: (1) former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; (2) former FBI Special Agent in the Counterintelligence Division, Peter Strzok; and (3) former DOJ legal counsel to Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page.

Patel frames his opinion that Andrew McCabe would be targeted from the perspective that McCabe likely told FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith to change the wording of an email in order to support the Carter Page FISA application renewal.  Clinesmith plead guilty and was sentenced to six months probation; however, in the court filings and affidavits, Clinesmith said under oath he acted alone – so I’m not sure why Patel is confident about Andrew McCabe being at risk from Clinesmith.  WATCH:

.

Everyone is rightly frustrated by the lack of legal accountability upon the primary government officials and politicians who participated in the political use of their agencies to target Donald Trump.    However, it is important to keep in mind the biggest network who participated in Spygate from inside government was the Robert Mueller Special Counsel team.

It is going to be very difficult, if not impossible, to have an optimistic outlook toward accountability until someone -anyone- can reconcile how John Durham can target former government officials and yet avoid the scale of the Special Counsel efforts that were deployed to cover it up.  The 2016 DOJ/FBI Crossfire Hurricane operation to the 2017 DOJ/FBI Special Counsel is one long continuum of the same exact corrupt investigation; done for the exact same corrupt intents; and carried out by the same people.

There is no way John Durham is going to touch the Special Counsel investigation of Robert Mueller; and until someone can provide a reasonable discussion of how Durham can deal with the Robert Mueller investigation and yet target former government officials -who were protected by Mueller- everything regarding future indictments of bigger fish is essentially hope porn.

The Washington Post Begins Scrubbing and Deleting Prior Articles Using the Steele Dossier to Promote Trump-Russia Narrative

John Durham is providing evidence {Go Deep} showing how the “Trump-Russia” collusion story was created by Hillary Clinton and Democrat operatives like Dan Jones, Charles Dolan, Glenn Simpson and contracted operatives within Fusion-GPS; who then laundered their fake stories to Christopher Steele and his source Igor Danchenko for distribution to the FBI; and who then leaked the information to awaiting allies in the media.  Those same media recipients are now scrubbing their participation:

(source)

It’s an issue within the Trump operation that we have highlighted for years {Go Deep}.  The media reports on media reports of media reports. Now, the collective system of the Washington Post writing about a New York Times article that is based on CNN reporting (using anonymous planted leaks from the DOJ/FBI) starts to collapse in reverse.  CNN does a stealth deletion, causing the New York Times to stealth edit, creating a need for the Washington Post to rewrite their participation.

We asked years ago: “Think about a New York Times, CNN or Washington Post journalist now having to accept that every column inch they have written in the past [four years] was built upon a foundation of lies. Do we really think such a catastrophic level of flawed ideology could ever reconstitute into  genuine reporting of fact-based information?” Of course not.

These guys are so corrupt, and they participated so completely in the willful distribution of false information, they are beyond redemption.  They don’t even attempt to apologize, admit their errors or accept responsibility.  Instead, they just start deleting the trail of their involvement.  Nothing to see here folks, move along, move along.

Over a year ago, CBS News journalist Catherine Herridge obtained a 94-page spread sheet (pdf here) showing dates of media reports, dates of Steele reports on the same material, and the FBI effort to verify or validate the circular process in their investigation.

Critical to Understanding Where Durham is Going, Ratcliffe Highlights The August 2016 White House Discussion – Team Clinton Compromising Team Obama

An interview by Maria Bartiromo this morning highlights one of the dynamics almost invisible to most voices who speak on a granular level about the background of Spygate, and where they believe John Durham is going.   In this interview, former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe outlines the moment in August of 2016 when Team Obama (he uses John Brennan) tells the president what Team Clinton is doing.

To set the correct context to understand the importance of what Ratcliffe is outlining here, it is important to remember that inside the executive branch of government, heading into the 2016 election, the two distinct camps were operating based on their perspective of their individual best interests.  Two distinct camps – Team Clinton and Team Obama.

Watch the interview while paying close attention to the dates and personalities that Ratcliffe is outlining.  I will expand on the background to explain how these issues surface in the investigation of John Durham; where he will go and where he will not go.  WATCH:

To understand the context Ratcliffe is explaining, it is important to go back to the relationship that existed between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.  It is from this relationship when things start to fall into place, as the Clinton camp was operating in the year of the 2016 election.  Grab a beverage, this is going to get weedy…

Deep political followers will remember well the 2008 Democrat primary between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.  It was a brutal battle within the Democrat Party between radical ideologues (Team Obama) and the entrenched establishment old guard (Team Clinton).

FBI Raids DC Home of Oleg Deripaska, Chris Steele’s Former Employer and Central Player in Corrupt FBI Operation Against Donald Trump

First things first.  I feel the need to apologize to Mr. Deripaska.  It is an unfortunate situation to see Oleg Deripaska receiving the Julian Assange treatment.  Yes, that is exactly what is happening today as the institutionally corrupt FBI and DOJ attempt to throw a bag over Deripaska, in order to cover up their previous operations.

That said, Oleg Deripaska is not stupid, he knows these players and knows exactly what game the corrupt U.S. officials are playing.   It was transparently obvious over the past few days that something was happening in the background.  The Fourth Branch of Government, intelligence apparatus, Dept of Justice, FBI, and media enablers -writ large- began conducting an information warfare operation.

It is not coincidental: (1) the collective media apparatus brought Chris Steele out of hiding for an ABC interview with George Stephanopoulos, and a rehabilitation of his Dossier effort; then (2) the intelligence apparatus began scrubbing the Dossier from public downloads; then (3) the FBI apparatus notifies the media in advance and shows up to raid the home of a central participant in the Dossier story line.  There are no coincidences of this connective scale.

This is a full-blown propaganda operation carried out by the DC-based Fourth Branch of Government.   These moves indicate a likelihood that John Durham is almost finished with the spray paint operation.   Remember, Lisa Monaco is Deputy AG, and John Carlin is back in the DOJ-NSD position. Both of them participated in the illegal weaponization and political surveillance operations against candidate Trump (that involved Deripaska), and both are now central to the ongoing clean-up and cover-up operation.

DC is a horrible and abusive vehicle; rusted to the core with metastatic corruption.  Bill Barr was the bondo application and John Durham is the spray paint.  The clear objective is to cover-up the corruption from public view and giving Oleg Deripaska the Julian Assange treatment is one part of that process.  The FBI is to Washington DC what the FSB represents to Moscow.

Today, FBI agents from DC’s main office as well as Washington Field Office (WFO) raided the home of Russian Billionaire Oleg Deripaska.   This move comes just 36 hours after CTH outlined the risk that Deripaska represents to all of the corrupt DC officials who participated in the Trump-Russia attack scheme. {Go Deep}

VIA NBC – FBI agents on Tuesday swarmed the home of Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska in Washington, D.C., an agency spokesperson confirmed to NBC News.

Kash Patel Predicts Six Months and John Durham Could Bring Indictments

CTH begins every review of the Durham news with the following disclaimerIf Special Counsel John Durham was going to reveal what optimistic folks proclaim as possible; how is Durham going to handle the reality that Robert Mueller’s entire existence was in place to hide it?…  Notably, Kash Patel was not asked that question.

Kash Patel appears on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the latest developments in the John Durham probe.   Patel formerly worked on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) with Chairman Devin Nunes, and was one of the key figures who authored the Nunes memo in early 2018.

Mr. Patel is optimistic in his discussion with Council on Foreign Relations member, Maria Bartiromo, and states that from his experience large conspiracy indictments can take several years to assemble.  Patel believes Special Prosecutor John Durham, now 30 months into his investigation, is working his way through the investigative material and could bring indictments against DOJ and FBI government insiders in roughly six months or more.

Patel’s perspective should make the ‘trusty planners’ very happy.   CTH does not have that same level of optimism or positive perspective for the primary reason of Robert Mueller.  However, presumably Kash Patel would know much more accurately about what took place from his central position next to Chairman Devin Nunes (2017/2018/2019), then next to Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe (2020), and then next to Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller (’20/’21).  WATCH:

I would really like to see anyone ask this question:  If John Durham is going to reveal what many folks say is possible; how is Durham going to handle the issues with Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann who were put in place to hide it?

Additionally, oddly… or not…. Maria Bartiromo never asked Mr. Patel his opinion on the recently released OIG investigation of FISA files.

New York Times Uses 4 Narrative Engineers To Spin Defensive Tale Protecting One of Their Perkins Coie Sources Michael Sussmann

The New York Times needed to put four of their top Trump-Russia narrative engineers on a defensive story about John Durham possibly indicting Perkins Coie lawyer Michael Sussmann over his involvement in pushing the Trump-Russia fraud to the FBI on behalf of Hillary Clinton.

Michael Sussmann was one of the primary story-tellers used by The New York Times as a source to write articles about the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory.  Durham might indict Sussmann for lying to the FBI, because Sussmann said he wasn’t working for Hillary Clinton, yet Sussmann billed Hillary Clinton for the hours he spent pushing the Trump-Russia story.

Yeah, that might be a problem.

The wording of The Times story is rather humorous in their collective effort to retain credibility and yet draw some distance from their ally now under scrutiny.  Keep in mind, as you read this paragraph, Sussmann hired Crowdstrike, the cyber security firm who claimed the DNC was hacked by Russians and generated the Alfa bank conspiracy theory:

(NYT) […] Donald J. Trump and his supporters have long accused Democrats and Perkins Coie — whose political law group, a division separate from Mr. Sussmann’s, represented the party and the Hillary Clinton campaign — of seeking to stoke unfair suspicions about Mr. Trump’s purported ties to Russia.

This next paragraph is even more funny:
