The DOJ has announced [SEE HERE] a national center to monitor and assist states with Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO), otherwise known as “Red Flag” laws and procedures to monitor gun owners and confiscate firearms from sketchy owners.

According to the announcement, the intent is to help states remove dangerous firearms from people who are identified as “at risk” to perpetrate violence.

“The launch of the National Extreme Risk Protection Order Resource Center will provide our partners across the country with valuable resources to keep firearms out of the hands of individuals who pose a threat to themselves or others,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland.

“ERPO laws, which are modeled off domestic violence protection orders, create a civil process allowing law enforcement, family members (in most states), and medical professionals or other groups (in some states) to petition a court to temporarily prohibit someone at risk of harming themselves or others from purchasing and possessing firearms for the duration of the order.”

[…] Through the Center and its newly launched website, states, local governments, law enforcement, prosecutors, attorneys, judges, clinicians, victim service providers, and behavioral health and other social service providers will have direct access to critical information that will enhance their ability to reduce firearm homicides and suicides. Unfortunately, as expected the death toll in the Crocus City Hall theater attack has doubled.  Russian authorities now put the death toll at 140, with hundreds more injured. The death toll is still expected to continue climbing as rescue workers continue working to find bodies amid the rubble.

This story is a matrix of horror and terrorism.  The originators and the motive behind the attack presents as a network of extremely sketchy actors.  Do not rush to judgement.  Allow the data to surface.  Expanded discussion after the facts as presented.

The four terrorist gunmen responsible for the attack were tracked as they fled Moscow and captured in the Bryansk Region of Russia.  They were traveling by car southeast away from Moscow toward the border with Ukraine.  According to interrogation video {LINK} two of the suspects claimed to be from Tajikistan and were recruited by an unidentified entity in Turkey to carry out the attack.

The claim is they were living in a hostel near north Moscow and were paid $5,000 each (500,000 rubles) to carry out the attack.  They were provided the weapons in the Moscow suburb, with instructions to drive southeast to Ukraine for safe harbor after the attack.  If accurate and/or truthful, each of these elements creates a datapoint for the Russian intelligence apparatus to identify the source.

The fact that they were captured alive, indicates the people/entity who organized and directed their terror mission wanted them to be captured alive.   The fact they were instructed to head to Ukraine, indicates the people/entity who organized their terror mission wanted them to be intercepted en route to Ukraine.

Shareholders of Digital World Acquisition Corporation (DWAC) approved a merger with Donald Trump’s media company Truth Social on Friday, setting the stage of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the social media network.

With the approved merger, President Donald Trump’s social media platform Truth Social is now preparing to go public on the stock market at a current valuation of $6 billion. President Trump owns about 60% of Truth Social, ultimately the IPO could net him a possible $3.5 billion gain in net worth – at least on paper.

The New York Times reported that the deal will put $300 million into Trump’s media company, giving a cash infusion to keep Truth Social running. The merger also means that the stock market price for Trump’s media company will reportedly be $5 billion, giving Trump a personal stake of $3 billion. That wealth on paper may not help the former president in covering the bond though.

Kate Middleton announced earlier today that she is undergoing treatment for cancer following “major abdominal surgery.”

(Via Daily Mail) – The Princess of Wales has announced tonight that she has been diagnosed with cancer aged 42 and is undergoing ‘preventative’ chemotherapy.

In a deeply personal, unprecedented and emotional video message, filmed at Windsor on Wednesday, Catherine revealed the news had come as a ‘huge shock’ and that she and William ‘have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family’.

It came days after she was seen smiling with Prince William as they left their favourite farm shop close to their Windsor home, and she said her husband had been ‘a great source of comfort and reassurance’ during her cancer fight. (more)

UPDATE: Death toll rises to 62.  Daily Mail has more – SEE HERE

Approximately 4 to 5 heavily armed men, with long rifles and explosive devices, opened fire earlier today in a Moscow theater.  The initial casualty estimations put the number of dead around 40 60 with hundreds more wounded.  However, based on footage of the events captured by terrified victims, we can expect that number to increase significantly.

According to witnesses, between three to five gunmen dressed in camouflage stormed into Moscow’s Crocus City Hall on Friday night and opened fire on concertgoers.

Horrifying footage shared to social media showed hundreds of people ducking for cover as multiple gunshots echoed through the 7,300 capacity venue.

According to the Federal Security Service (FSB), 40 concertgoers are dead and more than 100 others have been injured in the attacks. It is feared that number will rise.

Russia’s top investigative agency, the Investigative Committee, said they are probing the events as a “terrorist attack”, according to the Associate Press. (more)

McDaniel is expected to contribute to both NBC and MSNBC. Her first appearance will be on Sunday on “Meet the Press,” where she will give her first interview since stepping down from the RNC.

The Eighth Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishments, but also mentions “excessive fines” and bail. The “excessive fines” clause surfaces (among other places) in cases of civil and criminal forfeiture. [TEXT and SOURCE]

In New York state, Attorney General Letitia James, in coordination with New York Judge Arthur Engoron, are seeking to continue the targeting of President Donald Trump with a series of financial judgements, penalties and control mechanisms intended to isolate the leading 2024 Republican presidential candidate from his wealth.

As if something akin to the John Galt character in Atlas Shrugged was coming to life, no American individual has ever faced this level of intentional weaponization of power. If the state appellate court does not intervene, I predict a federal judge will have to get involved.  The reason is simple; the State of New York is clearly violating the 8th Amendment, and despite the compromised judiciary, the scale of overreach is even beyond the ability of the pretending judicial system to overlook it.

Perhaps, oddly, despite my intense anger toward these creatures of corruption, I fear not for the final outcome. I fully accept that a righteous and loving God has favor upon Mr. Trump, and there is a protection around him. It is a feeling, a sense about things, that is difficult to explain beyond, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper.”

NEW YORK – The New York attorney general’s office has filed judgments in Westchester County, the first indication that the state is preparing to try to seize Donald Trump’s golf course and private estate north of Manhattan, known as Seven Springs.

State lawyers entered the judgments with the clerk’s office in Westchester County on March 6, just one week after Judge Arthur Engoron made official his $464 million decision against Trump, his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, and the Trump Organization.
