This is mostly a repost by request.  CTH accurately predicted ten months ago that through Biden the control agents would use OSHA to force vaccination requirements.  It’s not prescience, it’s just a matter of knowing who is operating this and why.   As requested – here is the “who”, “what, “where” and “why” they are attempting this….

[December 2020] Why is COVID-19 being disproportionately hyped as such a dangerous threat, when the reality of the statistical danger is much less than the intense level of hype?… That is the key question.

The answer is… social changes under the guise of COVID-19 mitigation, are the entry point for the goals and aspirations of the political left on a national and global scale. COVID-19 is a virus, but also a very important political weapon, and we are discovering what the purpose of the hype is all about. What follows below will help understand; and when you encounter the fear it will help to reconcile/explain what people cannot figure out.

Joe Biden is an avatar; a political pawn; a cognitively declining guy who has no idea what is happening around him. The people behind Biden, those in real control of what this is about, have not hidden their goals and aspirations. These are not stupid people. They are scheming, conniving, ever-planning, ever-manipulating & Machiavellian types within the political system; lusting for power, influence and affluence.

What they are planning to doing is weaponizing COVID-19 to attain ideological objectives. This is why they hyped the fear within it for almost a year. Nothing within their plan requires the approval or consent of any representative body in Washington DC.

COVID is the tool to “fundamentally change” the way the United States exists.  Biden is disposable.

Governor Ron DeSantis, the information highlighted in the example below is provided as affirmation to what you likely already know; however, I provide the enhanced granular background to contemplate as you look toward the horizon.  This information is provided publicly because there is a purposeful reason to continue pulling back the curtain for a larger electoral awakening.

As a former congressman you know the duplicity of the bureaucratic federal system that you left behind.  The traditional framework of three co-equal branches of government has been usurped by a larger and deeper network now represented by terminology describing the intelligence community.  The example below highlights just one way the system is self-protecting.

On October 19, 2020, former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr appointed John Durham as special prosecutor under authorities provided by DOJ regulations [28 cfr 600].  However, AG Bill Barr did not tell the public at the time of the appointment.  Within the original appointment AG Barr notes the reason for doing this quietly [Page 2, Paragraph (e)]:

“Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(b), I have determined that the notification requirement … should be tolled until at least after the November 3, 2020 election because legitimate and investigative privacy concerns warrant confidentiality.“

In essence, AG Bill Barr stated he did not want to impact the 2020 presidential election with a notification to congress or the public of this appointment.  While the justification for this approach is clearly within the unspoken rules of the DOJ not wanting to give the impression of interference in political elections, we must also accept these unspoken DOJ rules only flow in one direction – when Democrat party politicians need to be protected.

However, beyond the justification for not informing the public that U.S. Attorney John Durham was now empowered with special prosecutor authorities before the 2020 presidential election, there are much bigger issues that surface; and this must be accepted and discussed in its purposeful totality.

♦ Notification of the special prosecutor appointment did not surface until December 1, 2020, when AP journalist Michael Balsamo first wrote about it (SEE HERE).  Based on a recent widely-viewed article published in the Atlantic, we now know Balsamo was summoned by AG Barr to Main Justice for an informal lunch were several issues were discussed: “Barr’s betrayal came on December 1, over lunch in the attorney general’s private dining room with Michael Balsamo, a Justice Department beat reporter at the Associated Press.” (link)

Last night CTH highlighted the flaw in the Tucker Carlson (Fox News) and Darren Beattie (Revolver News) advocacy for a Senate investigation into the FBI involvement with the January 6th DC protest/insurrection {Go Deep}.  Bottom Line: legislative oversight has consistently been participating in the corruption carried out by intelligence agencies and FBI.

Tonight I want to warn everyone of the trap that exists if this advocacy for a legislative approach continues.  Republicans are right now walking into a trap.  Read this next line carefully:  The January 6th Commission is to MAGA voters what the Mueller investigation was to President Trump.

The Senate vote to support Nancy Pelosi’s January 6th Commission only failed by five votes. The final cloture vote was 54-35.  Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Susan Collins of Maine, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Ben Sasse of Nebraska, Mitt Romney of Utah and Rob Portman of Ohio all supported the commission. Pat Toomey (PA) would have supported, but he was absent for the vote.  Senators Blackburn (R-TN), Blunt (R-MO), Braun (R-IN), Burr (R-NC), Inhofe (R-OK), Murray (D-WA), Risch (R-ID), Rounds (R-SD), Shelby (R-AL), Sinema (D-AZ) and Toomey (R-PA) did not vote.

If republicans keep demanding a senate investigation into the FBI involvement on January 6th events, it will only take a few moves before Schumer and Pelosi twist that demand to say “then why didn’t you support the January 6th commission?”… and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer would love nothing more than to bring that vote to approve the commission back to the floor.  I would even suggest that due to new demands by republicans in media, Mitch McConnell would support it.

Let me be clear, that January 6th Commission will be entirely run by democrats and their Lawfare operatives within staff.  The purpose of that commission would carry the same intents as the Mueller investigation in 2017 through 2019: to frame a narrative against their political opposition.    The difference this time would be that President Trump would not be the intended sole target; the Pelosi January 6th commission would be targeting Trump voters.

Investigations are only done by DC to serve their own interests.  Sometimes those interests are in throwing a bag over DC corruption: Fast n Furious, Benghazi Committee, IRS scandal and the VA scandal for recent reference points.  However, sometimes those DC interests are best protected by targeting opposition to DC itself, just like the Weissmann/Mueller special counsel.

If one was conspiracy minded….  A major gasoline pipeline is shutdown due to an unknown computer hack.  Two days later, the Mississippi River (I-40) is closed to cargo barges after a major bridge fracture is discovered.  And now yesterday:

Train In Iowa Carrying Hazardous Materials Derails and Catches Fire

(Via Reuters) –  “A Union Pacific train hauling hazardous materials derailed and then caught fire in the city of Sibley, Iowa, authorities said on Sunday, leading to the evacuation of dozens of people although there were no reports of injuries or fatalities.

The derailment, involving 47 rail cars, took place in the afternoon in Sibley, Union Pacific said, adding the cause of the incident was under investigation.

Lt Col. Matthew Lohmeier, commander of 11th Space Warning Squadron at Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado, was relieved from his post Friday by Lt. Gen. Stephen Whiting, the head of Space Operations Command, over a loss of confidence in his ability to lead, Military.com has exclusively learned.

[…] Earlier this month, Lohmeier, a former instructor and fighter pilot who transferred into the Space Force, self-published a book titled “Irresistible Revolution: Marxism’s Goal of Conquest & the Unmaking of the American Military.”

It is interesting to compare and contrast the military reaction to Lt. Col. Matthew Lohmeier: “Lt. Gen. Whiting has initiated a Command Directed Investigation on whether these comments constituted prohibited partisan political activity,” against the lack of military reaction to Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman (Trump impeachment instigator) who was clearly undertaking “partisan political activity.”

There were four stories that broke in the past week; “broke“as in: were revealed, but not necessarily by media. Yet it doesn’t seem like anyone is putting them into their connected context.  I am outlining below (w/ citations) and hopefully everyone can see the connection:

♦(1)  The 2020 FISA review and opinion by presiding Judge James Boasberg was declassified.  The review is for year 2019 (written October 2020, declassified April 2021).  Notice the FISC review is for FBI conduct in 2019.

Within the outline Boasberg notes ongoing abuses by FBI officers of the NSA database.  Boasberg specifically called attention to the FBI use of that database for warrantless searches of public and private officials. {LINK}

♦(2) Judge Boasberg hires former DOJ National Security Head Mary McCord as an Amicus Curiae for the court.  McCord is a known corrupt actor within the DOJ with political motives and intentions.  Including her work and efforts with the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG Atkinson) during the first impeachment effort against President Trump.  Notice, Boasberg hired McCord for the role at the same time the 2020 opinion is declassified. {LINK}

♦(3) The FBI raids the home of Rudy Giuliani with a search warrant for his electronic devices.  Notice the reports of the search warrant highlight the FBI must have something of substance -or at least the appearance of something of substance- in order to get a judge to sign-off on a search warrant. {LINK}

♦(4) Rudy Giuliani reveals during an interview that the search warrant included a reference to supportive evidence obtained by the FBI in 2019.  Giuliani then explains that when his lawyer questioned the FBI they said they searched his iCloud account in 2019 WITHOUT a warrant. {LINK}

Let me be clear…. I fully expect to see the standing U.S. military deployed against any state who stands up against unconstitutional federal demands. I have made this assertion since the jaw-dropping revelations about the Pentagon during the first impeachment effort in August 2019 and the lack of leadership from the military in removing Lt. Col Alexander Vindman from his compromised position.

♦ WHAT: As I look forward the likely origination point for military deployment will be federal COVID mandates, though it could also be state election issues.  ♦ HOW: The hardline leftists are weaponizing the military for political benefit.  ♦ WHEN: As a result of severe federal government intrusion it is only a matter of time before states start to rebel against federal COVID demands. That, in my opinion, will be the inflection point and posse comitatus will be suspended.

The majority of the U.S. military rank and file are patriots; America-first nationalists with a patriotic outlook toward the United States as a constitutional republic.  The majority of the military also come from red states.  This is an identified risk to the Obama objective of fundamental change.  Additionally, thanks in large part to a purge during the Obama era, the majority of the flag officers are not in alignment with the rank and file.   This sets the stage for a problem….

WASHINGTON — Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Friday ordered new steps to tackle the threat posed by extremism in the ranks of the military, including updated screening questionnaires for recruits, a review of the department’s definition of extremism and efforts to prevent veterans from being drawn into violent movements.

The move follows a 60-day stand-down across the armed services that Austin ordered to allow commanders and troops in every unit to discuss how to confront the problem of white supremacist or other extremist ideology within the military. The Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol by supporters of former President Donald Trump thrust the issue into the spotlight, as some of the mob were former or current members of the military with links to ultra-rightwing groups.

There are numerous reports of the U.S. military engaging in recent political activity that has raised some eyebrows.  Many are wondering what is going on…. and there’s likely an alarming reason.  Considering the specific examples over the past few years, I would argue the Democrats are positioning for use of the military in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act -or- by an expressed act of congress.

Following the evidence to its logical conclusion is simple.  The political apparatus of the DC state has framed a fraudulent narrative that “insurrection” against the federal government is an ongoing possibility.

Toward that end the U.S. military national guard troops have been sent to Washington DC indefinitely (current deployment extended through May).

If we consider there is a reasonable argument now surfacing about states choosing to nullify federal laws, it is not a stretch to see the insurrection narrative as a proactive assertion to support the deployment of active military against any state who would be non-compliant.

Would this violate the Posse Comitatus Act? Quite possibly, yes; it would depend on whether congress passed an expressed act authorizing military troops against specific state action.

When we consider that most of the constitutional checks and balances have been deconstructed or usurped by hardline leftist action; including the weaponization of the intelligence community, and specifically the FBI as a federal law enforcement agency; we are left to recognize that any Posse Comitatus violation would likely be supported by a leftist and aligned media arguing that the military is needed in order to stop a rebellion of states.

Everything was essentially a process of systemic contingencies; ‘if this, then that’. If this happens then we react with that. If this is likely to come out, then we proactively respond with this – that allows control. That is the nature of a cover-up operation….

By mid-2018 there was a concern amid the deepest part of the deep state.  Congress was asking President Trump for declassification of key documents, the Weissmann/Mueller special counsel held control authority over those documents, and -during the prior five months- Weissmann and team had been working through a careful process to diffuse a dangerous sunlight situation…. the communication amid the players was critical.

At the same time President Trump was frustrated. Openly and publicly frustrated. The OIG, Michael Horowitz had released a report saying the FBI did nothing wrong in the Clinton investigation (no bias).  President Trump was railing against the ineffectual AG Jeff Sessions and contrasting ever increasing research by those outsiders starting to put the puzzle together.  On June 5th 2018 President Trump tweeted:

In the background, and unbeknownst to the public, Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein was working to facilitate the needs of Robert Mueller, quietly expand the scope of authorities to assist Mueller’s attack-dog Andrew Weissmann, and secretly was in direct communication with a man named Bill Barr to work the control angle against the office of the President, Donald J Trump…..

In mid 2018 it was apparent and predictable -as more information surfaced- the president would move to remove his ineffectual Attorney General, Jeff Sessions.  It wasn’t a matter of ‘if’ Sessions would be removed, it was a matter of ‘when’ Trump would pull the trigger.  Sessions recusal was a key element to the activity of the DC operation against Trump; if Sessions was removed, all of those in charge of constructing the cover-up operation would be at risk.  Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein and now Bill Barr were developing a plan of action.

To make matters worse, by June 2018 there was an explosive DOJ issue; an issue that would expose part of the plot against President Trump; an issue that needed to be carefully managed; an issue the special counsel had been defusing since February; an issue that couldn’t be controlled any longer, and was just about to reach the surface.  Mueller, Weissmann and Rosenstein needed to prepare the groundwork…. They needed Barr.
