Former House Intelligence Committee Chairman, and current chair of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, Devin Nunes, appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the upcoming court appearance of former FBI Director James Comey.

Within the interview, Mr. Nunes outlines both how James Comey could be indicted for additional issues related to an ongoing conspiracy case, and also the reason why Comey will never be indicted for additional conspiracy charges.

The core of the disconnect, within the above paragraph, revolves around the central corrupt issue that James Comey conducted – the use of his office to conduct political surveillance.

In August 2016, the Obama administration, specifically the FBI, were concerned about the potential for discovery of their spying operation.  In August 2022, the same FBI conducted a raid on Mar-a-Lago to ensure President Trump did not possess evidence of their spying operation.  However, this motive must be avoided by those who are deciding what documentary trail they should be searching; so, they are not looking for it.  WATCH: 

The PIAB is looking at the Obama, Brennan and Comey motive through the wrong prism.  The PIAB cannot look toward the correct prism, because the PIAB supports the national security justification for the process that permits FBI spying operations.  The PIAB supports NSA metadata collection, as does the entire DC system.

Affirming a decision that was made in May 2025, and subsequently blocked by an ideological lower court ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court has again affirmed Secretary Kristi Noem can remove the Temporary Protect Status (TPS) from Venezuelan migrants and deport them back to their home country [RULING HERE].

FBI Director Kash Patel once again rises to defend the integrity of the institution he leads.

While Tweeting a link to a Fox News story quoting him, the FBI director says, “274 FBI agents were thrown into crowd control on Jan 6 against FBI standards. That failure was on corrupt leadership. Thanks to agents stepping up, the truth is coming out. Transparency. Justice. Accountability.”

Which begs the questions: 274 FBI plainclothes agents were going to do what, exactly?… How did the FBI know to have 274 agents “on hand” prepared to intervene?  And where exactly is “on hand” located?

(VIA FOX NEWS) – The FBI responded on Saturday to a report that 274 plainclothes agents were at the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, clarifying the role of bureau personnel while still blasting former Director Christopher Wray.

While the agents were on hand, they were sent in after the riot had begun to try to control the unruly crowd, officials told Fox News Digital. That is not the proper role of FBI agents, and Wray was not forthcoming about what happened when he testified numerous times on Capitol Hill, Director Kash Patel said.

President Donald Trump has announced via Truth Social, his intent to designate Antifa as a major terrorist organization, operating within the United States.

It will be interesting to watch how the Dept of Homeland Security, FBI, Dept of Justice and U.S. State Department respond to this intended designation.

For many years we have watched the various assemblies of Revolutionary Communists (RevCom), Occupy Wall Street (OWS), Black Lives Matter (BLM) and personnel related to these organizations, evolve and align into the organization of radical leftists now known as Antifa.

Previously, despite their funding, organized and coordinated activities, the FBI had called them a “movement and ideology” and not an organization.  However, their organizational model should not be hard to unravel.  There is a funding mechanism for these activities which should be easy for government officials to research.

George Zinn is the guy who was in the crowd during the Charlie Kirk murder and who initially told people he did it.  In the frenzy and chaos, he was held down by security and arrested by local police.

Zinn intentionally misled the police into thinking he shot Charlie Kirk, as he admitted to role-playing in an attempt to give the real shooter time to escape.  He was arrested that night and remains in custody for his action.  Now this:

(Via TMZ) – The man accused of obstructing the Charlie Kirk murder probe is in even more hot water … he’s now been charged with possessing child porn.

George Zinn — who falsely told police he shot Kirk moments after the attack — was charged with obstruction of justice following the September 10 shooting death of the conservative activist at Utah Valley University in Orem, UT.

Now, Zinn has been charged with 4 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after FBI agents examined his phone and found images of underage girls dressed only in their underwear, according to court documents filed Tuesday by Utah prosecutors. The docs say Zinn admitted to the feds he gets “sexually aroused” by children. (more)

During questioning today, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley questioned FBI Director Kash Patel about additional information gathered by Grassley’s staff about FBI operation “Arctic Frost.”

Arctic Frost should not be a surprise to Treehouse readers as we previously outlined the operation in March of this year. Arctic Frost was an investigation of President Trump and ALL supporters of Donald Trump in the aftermath of the fraudulent 2020 election. [SEE HERE]

Operation Arctic Frost was the highly political FBI investigation that issued search warrants including to the Twitter platform for the records of all followers and users of the platform who were associated with the account of President Trump.

As previously outlined, Elon Musk complied with the DOJ/FBI subpoena releasing the identity of all user accounts who liked, followed, retweeted or engaged the Twitter account of President Donald J Trump.  All of the banking records for Trump supporter groups were also subpoenaed including Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA [SEE HERE]

It’s a little odd for FBI Director Kash Patel to sit in front of Grassley who is outlining an example of the institutional corruption within the agency, while Democrats on the senate committee are questioning Kash Patel about adverse impacts to the corrupt institutional participants.

We see things for what they are, not what media try to have us believe.

Unlike the first term playbook, the Lawfare operation against President Trump is facing a more affirmed attack posture. Instead of Trump (T1) being on constant defense, Trump (T2) is strategically willing to be more confrontational and direct against the use of Lawfare and corrupt courts against Trump’s intended policy changes.

T2 Main Justice is still not going to the mattresses as many of us would like, and factually the DOJ and FBI operations are still a weakness in the overall war against the radical left; however, they do appear to recognize that direct aggressive confrontation is needed – despite the shortcomings in their capabilities.

In the fight between the executive authority and Federal Reserve board member Lisa Cook, the embattled fed governor is being represented by Norm Eisen. Eisen, together with Mary McCord and other ideological travelers represent Lisa Cook and are using the issue as a point of attack against executive power.

In the latest development, in a 2-1 decision [SOURCE HERE], a federal appeals court has rejected President Donald Trump’s bid to quickly fire Federal Reserve board member Lisa Cook. The two justices who decided to block Trump were appointed by Joe Biden. The justice who sided with the executive authority was appointed by President Trump.

Ultimately, this issue is going to the Supreme Court where hopefully the highest court will rule that President Trump can remove Lisa Cook for cause, because Cook falsified federal mortgage loan documents. But in the bigger picture, the issue around Cook is not as much about her unlawful conduct, as it is the value of what Cook represents in the fight against President Trump.

WASHINGTON DC – […] Judges J, Michelle Childs and Bradley Garcia, both Biden appointees, voted to leave Cook in her post, while Judge Gregory Katsas, a Trump appointee, dissented. The Department of Justice declined comment.

As President Trump is known to say, “don’t make it complicated.”  Just look at things as they are, as they present themselves to be, and ask the most obvious questions.

How can a group within America openly threaten police, use violence against police, throw Molotov cocktails, bricks and explosive fireworks at police.  Use batons, shields, bats and physical violence against police and federal law enforcement; destroy vehicles, set cars on fire, destroy property, trash and block the streets and create chaos…. Completely without being stopped?

It doesn’t matter where it is happening, that’s irrelevant.  Think plainly and simply.

How does any individual or group get to do this without being arrested?

SSCI Vice Chairman Mark Warner is not happy the Trump administration is subverting the oversight authorities of the SSCI and Gang-of-Eight.  If you know the background of the SSCI and Warner, his frustration is a positive indication.

I’ll have much more to say about the ramifications of his anxiety and the background therein, but here’s the raw interview as broadcast for context of what will follow.

Senate Intelligence Committee Vice Chairman, Democratic Sen. Mark Warner of Virginia, told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that the committee was not briefed ahead of President Trump’s deadly Venezuelan boat strike that was allegedly carrying drugs.
