President Donald J. Trump spoke today with Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia to congratulate him on his recent elevation. The President and the Crown Prince committed to close cooperation to advance our shared goals of security, stability, and prosperity across the Middle East and beyond.

The two leaders discussed the priority of cutting off all support for terrorists and extremists, as well as how to resolve the ongoing dispute with Qatar. They discussed efforts to achieve a lasting peace between the Israelis and the Palestinians. And they discussed ways to further deepen economic cooperation between the United States and Saudi Arabia. British officials in London on Saturday said 58 people missing since the horrific Grenfell Tower fire on Wednesday are presumed to be dead.

According to the BBC Police Commander Stuart Cundy said the number may still rise, and it will likely take several weeks for authorities to identify all the victims.

These comment come after authorities announced Friday the death toll climbed to 30. Local residents have put the number of those missing higher, at about 70. Rescue workers have now reached the 24th floor of the high-rise, after search and rescue efforts were earlier halted over safety concerns.

In the face of anger and desperation over the fire and resulting in several protests, Commander Cundy reassured residents on Saturday that rescue workers were doing all they could to find all the victims. “As soon as we can, we will locate and recover loved ones,” he was cited as saying by the BBC.

According to at least one report the coalition of EU nations who no longer wish to accept virtually unlimited economic migration imposed by the collective EU is growing.

EU TIMES – The Czech Republic has joined its Central European neighbors in officially announcing a withdrawal from the European Union’s 2015 migrant resettlement program.

After much criticism of the scheme, which seeks to resettle an initial 160,000 migrants from Italy and Greece across EU member states, the Czechs have finally withdrawn citing concerns over security and the ‘’dysfunctionality’’ of what has been criticized as a shambolic program.

Prague had accepted only 12 of the 1,600 migrants required by Brussels before leaving the program, which imposes quotas on all 28 member states under threat of sanction.

The resettlement scheme was the EU’s initial response to the near Biblical wave of migrants which arrived in autumn 2015 following Angela Merkel’s decision to open Germany’s borders.

During a segment on Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan questioned Islamopologist London Mayor Sadiq Khan about the current location of 400 known London Jihadists that traveled to Syria for terrorist training.

Notice the very end of the video snippet:

…. the most recent terrorists “had not come from overseas; they were, for all intents and purposes, integrated into our way of life“…

Really?

That’s an interesting way of looking at it. The most recent London terrorists who ran people over and chopped people up were “integrated into our way of life“.

Stop the presses, Piers Morgan actually does a reasonable job pushing back against the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who has called for an official state ban against President Donald Trump.

Well, there’s a gobsmacking amount of irony in this story.

After several Islamic Terrorist Attacks in the U.K. brought about by official policies of the U.K government, the most recent attack in London (again); the Mayor of the city of London Sadiq Khan (a Muslim) is now calling for an open border policy for all Muslim immigrants and a ban against any visit from U.S. President Donald Trump.

Let that sink in for a minute.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan is calling on the British government to cancel a state visit from President Trump after Trump criticized his response to this weekend’s terror attacks in London.

“I don’t think we should roll out the red carpet to the president of the USA in the circumstances where his policies go against everything we stand for,” Khan said in an interview with Britain’s Channel 4 News. (link)

British law enforcement named two of the three men involved in the latest London terrorist attack and appealed for the public’s help to learn more about their movements in the days leading up to the deadly jihad that killed seven people with dozens wounded.

Khuram Shazad Butt (pictured furthest left) was a 27-year-old Pakistani-born Briton known to authorities, according to a statement issued by London police.

Rachid Redouane, (pictured on right) who had claimed to be Moroccan and Libyan, variously given his age as 30 or 25 and also used Elkhdar as a surname, was unknown until the night the two were shot dead along with a third attacker who has not been identified, police said.

Ten others who were arrested in the east London neighborhood of Barking where the two named suspects had lived remained in custody.

There’s a history needed for context here.  But first, here’s the latest developments in order of their occurrence.

♦ 6:00am Bahrain’s Foreign Affairs Ministry issued a statement early Monday saying it would withdraw its diplomatic mission from the Qatari capital of Doha within 48 hours and that all Qatari diplomats should leave Bahrain within the same period.

The ministry’s statement said Qatari citizens needed to leave Bahrain within two weeks and that air and sea traffic between the two countries would be halted. It wasn’t immediately clear how that would affect Qatar Airways, one of the region’s major long-haul carriers.

Bahrain blamed Qatar’s “media incitement, support for armed terrorist activities and funding linked to Iranian groups to carry out sabotage and spreading chaos in Bahrain” for its decision.
