Robert Mueller Did Interview President Trump Regarding Obstruction Case…

With a larger portion of the U.S. electorate now beginning to realize there never was a Trump Russia-Collusion-Conspiracy case to begin with; and with people now realizing almost all of Mueller investigative time was spent gathering evidence for an ‘obstruction case’; and with new revelations from Andrew McCabe, John Dowd and Mueller officials overlayed on the previous Strzok/Page texts; we can now clearly reconcile a previous issue:

..The May 16, 2017, Mueller meeting with President Trump in the Oval Office.

There has been a great deal of flawed interpretation of the May 16th meeting between President Trump, Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and Robert Mueller.  Some people even mistakenly used that meeting as a cornerstone for a claim that Mueller and Rosenstein were working to the benefit of President Trump.  However, if you overlay the new information, there is considerable evidence that interview was for the purpose of Mueller determining if he could achieve an ‘obstruction’ goal.  Here’s how…
FBI Director James Comey was fired on Tuesday May 9th, 2017.
According to his own admissions (NBC and CBS), Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe immediately began a criminal ‘obstruction’ investigation the next day, Wednesday May 10th; and he immediately enlisted Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
These McCabe statements line up with with text message conversations between FBI lawyer Lisa Page and FBI agent Peter Strzok – (same dates 5/9 and 5/10):

It now appears that important redaction is “POTUS” or “TRUMP”.  [Yes, this is evidence that some unknown DOJ officials redacted information from these texts that would have pointed directly to the intents of the DOJ and FBI. WARNING: Don’t get hung on it.]

Representative Doug Collins Releases Testimonial Transcript of Bill Priestap…

Today House Judiciary Committee ranking member Doug Collins releases the transcript of testimony (full pdf below) from former FBI Director of Counterintelligence Bill Priestap. Director Priestap was the immediate supervisor of FBI Agent Peter Strzok. According to earlier reporting of this testimony Mr. Priestap noted how agent Strzok often worked around him in direct communication with FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
Additionally, Strzok had a working relationship with former CIA Director John Brennan that also worked around Priestap. Brennan used Strzok as an author for the December 29, 2016 Joint Analysis Report on Russian measures; and the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. Both reports were written to enhance the Russian election interference story-line; a critical component needed by a corrupt DOJ and FBI group to build a false narrative that could shield their 2016 election year political surveillance operations.
Here’s the transcript:

Carter Page Had a More Important Use Beyond a FISA Warrant….

It has never made sense that U.S. Person Carter Page was an FBI witness from 2013 through to March/May 2016 and yet in October 2016, to achieve a FISA warrant, the FBI called him an agent of a foreign government.  [FISA APPLICATION]

It just never made any sense; perhaps, until today.
Put yourself in the mindset within the highly political small group at the DOJ and FBI who have a plan to help Hillary Clinton win the presidency.
From October 2015 through early March 2016 Fusion GPS was assembling opposition research on all the GOP candidates.  However, mid-March it became obvious Donald Trump was going to win, so all other efforts were side-lined and Trump becomes the Fusion-GPS focus.  Billionaire Paul Singer, a Rubio backer, drops funding for Fusion-GPS Trump research; the DNC and Clinton campaign take over the payments.

Was There Approved FISA Surveillance on General Michael Flynn?…

The official account of how the intelligence community gained the transcript of incoming National Security Adviser Michael Flynn talking to Ambassador Sergey Kisliyak on December 29th, 2016, surrounds “incidental collection” as a result of contact with an agent of a foreign power.  Meaning the Flynn call was picked up as the U.S. intelligence apparatus was conducting surveillance on Russian Ambassador Kisliyak.
If this version of events is accurate, it falls under FISA-702 collection: the lawful monitoring of a foreign agent who has contact with a U.S. person.  In order to review the identity of the U.S. person, a process called ‘unmasking’, a 702 submission must be made.  That submission, the unmasking, leaves a paper/electronic trail.
In a 2017 congressional hearing, Senator Lindsey Graham asks Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and former DNI James Clapper about this process. [Watch first 3 minutes]

.
In the two years that have followed this testimony, despite the simplicity of the the process to discover the answer, we can identify no action taken (nor reports of action taken) that would deliver the answer as to: who unmasked General Michael Flynn?

Devin Nunes Discusses Mueller Report Release – And More…

Join Me in The Rabbit Hole After The Video

HPSCI ranking member Devin Nunes appears on Fox News today to discuss the pending release of the Mueller report and the likely content therein.  Additionally, Nunes discusses his approach at sending AG William Barr criminal referrals.

.
FYI, I’m currently going back through some documentary evidence around the 2016 origination of the “EC” (electronic communication) memo from CIA Director John Brennan to FBI Director James Comey, and overlaying that information to review a possibility (strong suspicion) there were actually three potential FISA applications that accompanied the EC; which originated the counterintelligence operation called “Crossfire Hurricane” on July 31st, 2016.

President Trump Questions How The "Fraudulent Investigation of the Trump Campaign Began"…

Remember how President Trump publicly navigated the cunning duplicity of Xi Jinping’s control over Kim Jong-un; without directly confronting Xi?  I have a hunch we are going to see the same dynamic in how President Trump publicly confronts President Obama’s seditious conspiracy scheme.

President Trump is smartly avoiding the ‘outrage trap‘ by focusing attention toward the beginning of the operation against the Trump campaign.

Sunday Talks: Mick Mulvaney -vs- Jake Tapper…

Acting chief-of-staff Mick Mulvaney appears on CNN for an interview with furrowed brow Jake Tapper.  In this segment the issue is border security, an ongoing crisis at the border, and President Trump’s intent to close the U.S-Mexico border.
Furrowed admits there is a crisis at the border and then makes the claim that “investing” in Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador “is working” to reduce the outflow of illegal aliens.  Wait, “Working”? Apparently not, Mulvaney, notes: “if it’s working so well, then why are the people still coming?”…  Furrowed is left staring at the response like a cow just licked him on the forehead.

Lordy, I’d love to debate these knuckleheads.

Trey Gowdy Discusses Adam Schiff, the Collusion Delusion and Mueller Report…

There’s an interesting takeaway in here that’s not actually connected to the direct topic Gowdy is responding to.  Listen to how Roosterhead describes some of his former colleagues, in what he calls the “Crazy Caucus”?  Interesting to note…. I digress.
The interview continues as Ms. Bartiromo presents an interesting video snippet between Gowdy and former CIA Director John Brennan.  Additionally, Gowdy does a good job explaining the issues with the full Mueller report release.

Sunday Talks: Kellyanne Conway -vs- Chris Wallace….

White House senior adviser Kellyanne Conway appears on Fox News with the insufferable swamp gatekeeper Chris Wallace to discuss the Mueller report.  Wallace begins his interview with a predictable set-up scenario to Ms. Conway, hoping to bait her with a discussion of Joe Biden.  It goes downhill from there.

Beware of Obama's Outrage Trap – Susan Rice's "By The Book" Memo…

With the Mueller probe coming to a close, there is increased focus on congress (Lindsey Graham and/or Devin Nunes), along with President Trump, beginning a process toward accountability for those who constructed the Russia collusion/conspiracy hoax. However, amid the increased calls for sunlight and accountability, there are well-intended voices walking perilously close to an outrage trap.

The issue(s) surround President Obama and high-ranking Obama intelligence officials, notably: Comey, Clapper, Brennan and Yates, intentionally lying and/or misrepresenting issues to president-elect Donald Trump and the transition team in/around the transition period and shortly after the January 20, 2017, inauguration.
Some of the misinformation stems from intelligence officials telling direct lies (ex. telling President-elect, and President Trump he was not under investigation).  Other aspects were lies of omission surrounding the Steele Dossier during the January 6th, 2017, intelligence briefing session with the President-elect in Trump Tower.
In essence, there were many misleading and false statements, with varying scales of severity, during the period from November 9th, 2016, through mid-May 2017 when President Trump fired FBI Director James Comey.
The FBI, DOJ, ODNI, CIA and intelligence officials were intentionally not being direct and honest with President Trump and key members of his new administration.  Obviously their lack of honesty was a serious issue, and in some cases had serious ramifications.
