This is an interesting angle to elections having consequences.   Apparently, the ultra-wealthy and affluent in Beverly Hills are rushing to purchase firearms at a jaw-dropping rate as they no longer feel safe.   It’s worth reading the whole article.

[Beverly Hills] – In Beverly Hills, even the purchase of a firearm comes with certain…expectations. The city’s only gun store, Beverly Hills Guns, is a “concierge service” by appointment only, for a largely affluent clientele. And business is booming.

Since opening in July 2020, the store has seen upscale residents from Santa Monica to the Hollywood Hills increasingly in a panic following several high-profile smash-and-grab and violent home invasion robberies. The apparent siege has brought in a daily stream of anxious business owners and prominent actors, real estate moguls and film execs, says owner Russell Stuart. Most are arming themselves for the first time.

“This morning I sold six shotguns in about an hour to people that say, ‘I want a home defense shotgun,’” says Stuart, whose store is discreetly located in a Beverly Hills office building, with no sign on the doors, down the hall from a diamond dealer. “Everyone has a general sense of constant fear, which is very sad. Comrades, many American citizens stood jaw agape as they watched Australian metropolitan police departments begin cracking skulls and making arrests for violating COVID rules and restrictions. Yes, it always seemed like Australia, New Zealand and Europe were the beta testing ground to see if police would comply with jackboot arrests of their own community.

Well, now we can see those same tactics being deployed in the U.S.

New York City was the first large metropolitan area to require vaccination identification cards to enter restaurants, bars, dining establishments and various public and private venues.  Now comes the enforcement part.

Watch this video below to see the New York Police Department (NYPD) start deploying vaccination police, and making arrests of people who do not present papers to prove their status. WATCH:

When asked why they would arrest their own community members simply for being unvaccinated and wanting to eat a sandwich, the police turn a deaf ear.  This should not be a surprise.  When it comes to getting their own paychecks, or putting food on their family’s table, just about every single police officer in the U.S. will load you in the cattle car…. while saying, “It’s just my job.”

We watched this escalate in Victoria, New South Wales and various regions throughout Australia, as well as France, Germany, Austria and regions in Europe.   If things go as they did in previous examples, when/if the citizens of New York City begin to push back against this, there’s no reason to believe the NYPD will not respond with armored cars, riot teams and rubber bullets.

The apoplectic response to Joe Manchin’s rebuke of Biden’s Build Back Better deal in general, and specifically, their reaction to losing the climate change agenda within it, points toward the original intent of COVID-19 in the first place.

In this tweet, communist stenographer and narrative engineer Sam Stein (Politico/MSNBC) says the quiet part out loud:

Point One – The “Build Back Better” agenda was never about anything except radical climate change legislation.  Once you accept that, now admitted, baseline, things start to become much clearer.

Point Two – The “Build Back Better” phrase came from the World Economic Forum and was promoted by a multitude of international leaders and left-wing organizations.   That reality then brings up the most important point.  To get to “building back better”, you first need to destroy something.  That thing they needed to destroy was how the global economic dependency on carbon-based fuel supplies (oil, gas, coal, etc.).

Point Three – In order to destroy the ‘something of that scale’, the energy program for the entire world, something massive is needed to fundamentally change the entire world approach toward energy production.  Something is needed to create the crisis that provides the origin for the process to initiate.

Point Four – That triggering mechanism was/is SARS-CoV-2, or what we now call COVID-19 and all variants therein.

There you have it.  That’s the summary soup to nuts explanation of why a virus was created, and the subsequent panic pushing to create social structures that would facilitate the global acceptance of an entire new economic system that would be designed around saving the planet.

Apparently living amid a city that is fraught with crime is comfortable for a lot of people in San Francisco, at least according to one of the most leftist Mayors in the nation.  You know things are bad when the Mayor of San Francisco, who ran on a platform to remove cops from the streets, starts shouting about the “bull**it that has destroyed the city”, and proclaiming that rampant lawlessness needs to stop.

San Francisco Mayor London Breed delivered a statement yesterday that is the exact opposition of her social program message from the past few years.  Apparently, the rise in random gangs of looters destroying the city and organized retail theft has become problematic for the politicians who hold power over the city.

Quite a remarkable shift in position, however, the transparency of motive is clear.  Breed’s faux anger and conveniently new frustration over the crime surge in the city were on full display at her noon news conference where she changed the rules of the safari park.   WATCH:

Democrats are worried about how their anti-police position has brought the criminal chickens home to roost.  Politically, Democrats -writ large- are trying to distance themselves from the crime their policies have created.  National polls show voters are correctly attributing the rise in crime to Democrats.  Thus, they need to change direction quickly.

SAN FRANCISCO – After months of viral videos showing deteriorating conditions on the streets of San Francisco, including smash-and-grab robberies and open-air drug use, the city’s mayor has moved to implement a new public safety approach to curb criminal behavior. Her move could signal a recognition by the Democratic establishment that crime may prove a potent issue in upcoming elections.

At first blush, this story seemed too bizarre to be true; alas it is not.  [h/t Gateway Pundit]  As noted by Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit, a few weeks ago the Salvation Army stepped into the social justice arena and began promoting the premise of white guilt.

According to an “internal study guide” from the charitable organization intended to “foster positive conversations and grace-filled reflection among Salvationists“, the white members and donors to the Salvation Army were requested to reflect on their inherent racism.  According to the Salvation Army’s “International Social Justice Commission“, this was presumably of some charitable value.

Obviously, this request stirred up some controversy.  In an era where the toxic issues around Critical Race Theory being taught in schools has been in the headlines, there is likely not a worse time for a charitable group to join the social justice cause and push CRT toward the aggregate public.

Many people were surprised by the decision of the Salvation Army to push the divisive issue of racism in what appeared to be an effort by the organization to enter the orbit of wokeism.

Quite frankly, I cannot reference a more ridiculous organizational decision than this example in recent memory.  However, that said, while the original decision was nuts, the effort to clean up the mess they created for themselves is exponentially more nuts.  Amid the backlash, the Salvation Army released the following statement:

Verdict GUILTY

According to numerous media reports, the jury in the Jussie Smollett fake hate crime case has reached a verdict.

The jury verdict is expected around 6:00pm EDT.

(LA Times) – […] The jury deliberated about eight hours Wednesday and Thursday after a roughly one-week trial in which two brothers testified that Smollett recruited them to fake the attack near his home in downtown Chicago in January 2019. They said Smollett orchestrated the hoax, telling them to put a noose around his neck and rough him up in view of a surveillance camera, and that he said he wanted video of the hoax made public via social media. The severe leftist disposition exhibited in that video was well known to the U.S. Senate prior to her confirmation hearings.

Texas Senator Ted Cruz highlighted and warned his peers about the danger that Mrs. Rollins’ worldview as district attorney represented if she was put into a position of significant authority.  Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton also gave numerous warnings and for a time blocked the nomination.

Alas, eventually the Senate approved of Mrs. Rollins despite all the warnings.   The Senate vote was a 50/50 tie.  No Republicans voted to support Rachael Rollins, and Kamala Harris stepped in to break the tie.

I’ve never put too much thought toward imagining what Jeffrey Epstein was doing with all of the blackmail he was assembling within his sick, perverted, creepy and evil sexploitation network.  For the same reason, I do not watch gore or horror.  There’s just some stuff I choose to be careful about putting in my brain.  At the same time, I hope for justice for those victimized -in whatever form that may manifest- and I pray for God’s comfort upon them as they try to cope with a life damaged by such an evil enterprise.

That said, at a high level review of what Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were doing, there’s no doubt some of the most high-powered and influential people in their social circle are at risk of exposure for their participation in the depraved and vulgar activities.

It seems that many people in high places were a part of that evil debauchery, and as a consequence, there’s a strong motive to control any sunlight upon it.

A simple Twitter account, that was providing some of the top-level details from within the ongoing trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, has been removed without prior notice to the account holder.

The account was doing nothing more than pointing out the bullet points of what was happening inside the locked courtroom each day.  Yet, for some reason the people who need darkness didn’t like it.

There’s a lot of sunlight avoidance happening these days… and you know what that means…..
