The Early 2016 “Intelligence Laundry System” is The Risk Peter Strzok is Attempting to Conflate…

Back in March 2018, we initially outlined a strong likelihood about the origin of the material used in the FISA application; and how it appeared to emanate from “contractors” with access to the NSA/FBI database, Fusion GPS, Nellie Ohr, Christopher Steele and ultimately to Nellie’s husband Bruce Ohr and back into the FBI.   Later CTH described that as an “intelligence laundry operation“.

Today, while necessarily needing to hold on to an official position that the FBI only began investigating candidate Trump on July 31st, 2016, FBI agent Peter Strzok inadvertently confirmed every aspect of our previous suspicions.

Here’s the full backstory:  Senator Chuck Grassley letter to Rod Rosenstein (Page 5, footnote #5) outlines the FBI interviews of twice demoted DOJ Deputy Bruce Ohr:

Ohr FD-302 12/19/16 (interview date 11/22/16);
Ohr FD-302 12/19/16 (interview date 12/05/16);
Ohr FD-302 12/19/16 (interview date 12/12/16);
Ohr FD-302 12/27/16 (interview date 12/20/16);
Ohr FD-302 01/27/17 (interview date 01/27/17);
Ohr FD-302 01/31/17 (interview date 01/23/17);
Ohr FD-302 01/27/17 (interview date 01/25/17);
Ohr FD-302 02/08/17 (interview date 02/06/17);
Ohr FD-302 02/15/17 (interview date 02/14/17);
Ohr FD-302 05/10/17 (interview date 05/08/17);
Ohr FD-302 05/12/17 (interview date 05/12/17);
Ohr FD-302 05/16/17 (interview date 05/15/17).

Notice: DOJ Deputy Bruce Ohr was interviewed after the election four times [November 22nd, December: 5th, 12th, 20th, 2016] by the Obama FBI.

During those four 2016 interviews: President Obama, James Comey (FBI), Andrew McCabe (FBI), Loretta Lynch (DOJ), Sally Yates (DOJ), James Baker (FBI), Peter Strzok (FBI), Lisa Page (FBI), Jim Rybicki (FBI), Mary McCord (DOJ), Mike Kortan (FBI), Bill Priestap (FBI) and David Laufman (DOJ) were all still in place. The Inspector General investigation had not yet begun.

Why was the FBI interviewing Bruce Ohr in 2016?

Who was interviewing Bruce Ohr in 2016?

Possibility/Theory: After candidate Donald Trump won the election the “small group” knew Bruce and Nellie Ohr were both big risks, and weak links.

If our prior research assumptions are correct, Bruce Ohr and Nellie Ohr were the two key participants at the heart of the raw FBI/NSA database intelligence surveillance ‘gathering‘, and intelligence ‘laundering‘ operation.

When Admiral Mike Rogers shut down contractor access to the NSA/FBI database (April 18th, 2016) the outside group needed a workaround. That’s where DOJ official Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie Ohr come into play. {Go Deep} The DOJ side of the operation was conducted within the National Security Division (John P Carlin head). {Go Deep} The DOJ-NSD via Bruce Ohr, could use the NSA/FBI database and pass information to, and receive information from, Nellie Ohr.

Nellie was hired by Fusion-GPS immediately after Admiral Rogers shut down the FBI ‘contractor’ use of the system. Nellie would be the go-between. Nellie, working for Fusion GPS, took the raw intel (search results) from Bruce, DOJ-NSD/FBI and passed it along to Christopher Steele.

Steele washed the unlawful Ohr-NSD-FBI raw intelligence by putting it into this “dossier”, and feeding it back into the FBI via Nellie, Bruce delivery to FBI.  The DOJ/FBI then used the laundered intelligence to enhance their FISA Title-1 Surveillance warrant against Carter Page to gain access to the monitor the Trump campaign, legally.

Christopher Steele would never have found anything about Carter Page on his own. Page was a nothing-burger; however, the FBI had previously used Page in a Russian operation.

Part of the raw intelligence the FBI fed to Chris Steele through Nellie Ohr was their intel on Page. When Steele returned the dossier to the FBI the DOJ/FBI could present Steele’s construct of Carter Page to the FISA court as ‘collaborating evidence’.

The goal of all this activity was always the surveillance on Trump. They obtained the FISA-Title1 warrant on October 21st, 2016. All retroactive surveillance was immediately lawful.

Bruce Ohr and Nellie Ohr connect the activity from the DOJ (national security division) and FBI (counterintelligence division) together with Fusion GPS (Nellie’s 2016 employer, Glenn Simpson) and Christopher Steele (the recipient of the unwashed intelligence product).

Remember, the Clinton-Steele Dossier was the primary intelligence product used to get the FISA-Title-1 (near unlimited scope) Surveillance Warrant, on October 21st, 2016.

Now look:

(Nunes Memo)

Now Look:

(ODNI Media Release January 11th, 2017)

  • October 2016 “corroboration was in its infancy.” ~ Bill Priestap (FBI)
  • January 2017 “the IC has not made any judgment that the information in this document is reliable” ~ James Clapper

…Yet somehow on October 21st, 2016 the dossier was valid enough for a FISA warrant? Doesn’t add up. I digress.

Four Corners of the demonstrable justice dept. conspiracy:

  1. Exonerate Clinton
  2. Investigate/execute, IC surveillance of Trump.
  3. Collect and redistribute opposition research of Trump.
  4. The Insurance Policy.

Following the exoneration of Hillary Clinton, the next phase, the “Trump Operation”, was the need for the DOJ/FBI “small group” to have access to surveillance of Hillary Clinton’s political opposition, Donald Trump. This was the U.S. government conducting political opposition research through a weaponized intelligence apparatus (DOJ and FBI).

Within the context of #2 and #3 you’ll note the entry and exit timeline of people connected to the same task is identical. Christopher Steele, hired by Fusion-GPS, enters the timeline at the same time Nellie Ohr is hired by Fusion-GPS (May 2016). Both Christopher Steele and Nellie Ohr exit the activity timeline at the same time as the FBI gets FISA Court “Title 1” surveillance authority over Carter Page, October 21st, 2016.

Everything after October 21st, 2016, when the FBI has “Title 1” surveillance authority over Carter Page and the Trump Campaign, is part of the “insurance policy”. The Title 1 surveillance authority gave the “small group” the tools needed to execute #4, which included the 2017 “Russian Narrative” and the appointment of SC Robert Mueller.

That’s the rough outline. Within the rough outline there are sub-chapters of how it all took place. How it all came together: The ‘dossier’ is a sub-chapter. The FISA warrant is a sub-chapter. Establishing Special Counsel Robert Mueller was a sub-chapter. Etc.

♦Nellie Ohr was needed because she was a go-between from Team Clinton (Fusion GPS) to her husband Bruce Ohr inside the DOJ. Nellie Ohr relayed information into the DOJ and she extracted information from the DOJ that was passed back to Fusion-GPS and by extension Christopher Steele.

Nellie Ohr was a communication transfer hub.

♦Christopher Steele was needed because:

A) the Clinton Team (Fusion GPS) needed to wash their opposition research and have it come out as “Intelligence Product”; and B) the DOJ and FBI needed to present intelligence product to further their insurance policy goal.

The Clinton ‘opposition research,’ turned ‘intelligence product’. was carried by Nellie Ohr to Christopher Steele who then recycled it back to the FBI and DOJ and it was leaked to the media, as needed, to script the Russian narrative. Brennan (CIA) and Clapper (ODNI) could enhance the IC product as needed [See: ‘Russian Election’ – Joint Analysis Report].

The Clinton-Steele Dossier was a collaboration. The FBI and DOJ used the Clinton-Steele Dossier, and leaks from those assembling the Clinton-Steele Dossier, as validation for an October 21st TitleI FISA surveillance warrant on Carter Page.

Three corners of the conspiracy construct relied upon the FISA “Title I” surveillance:

#2) Investigate, execute, IC surveillance of Trump; #3) Collect and redistribute opposition research of Trump; and #4) The Insurance Policy;

All three of those corners relied on the FISA surveillance warrant being granted.

Another example post-election use of the FISA surveillance was how the Intelligence Community positioned the story of Carter Page in April of 2017 to gain the Special Counsel appointment, ie. the Mueller investigation (another false construct.)

As Chuck Ross notes, Senator Grassley is reminding everyone of FBI interview timeline of Bruce Ohr:

Why this is important, and why Grassley is reemphasizing it?  Because the activity taking place prior to the opening of the official FBI investigation, July 31st, 2016, is currently the biggest risk to the constructed (false) story being pushed by the intelligence apparatus.

          We have this website to thank in so many ways for all the work done. I wrote that first sentence at the end of my post here but i had to lay it here so people will read the following lines also….otherwise they would all be mad and not read it…hopefully you will read it…over and over…come back to the more serious parts of it from time to time as the drama unfolds in the USA in wash dc…I feel for the men and women in the FBI more now as we get to see more of strzok and what an amazing man he is, before we lay the prejudice upon him of his actions or posted words…that all have seen….If we can try to be impartial and fair we can perceive that great men and women in the FBI and DOJ were destined to be FALLEN by wrongly assuming Trump was a moral and political disaster for the USA
          ( influenced to believe this from an evil immoral and power hungry core of clintonistas and obamaites in the news media)…
          Strzok is now one of the unfortunate tragic victims when in a different post 2016 prez election he had wanted to be one of the main valiant anti trump warriors…The nature of tragedy is the more surprising and damaging the outcome to the victims the more tragic the entire experience becomes….for those going thru the tragedy itself…And one can feel some regard and or sympathy for strzok if one is similarly “put together” like strzok but i am not trying to give him a pass….We are learning amazing things as the GOP USA Congress slogs it out with the huge slow moving bureaucracies in wash dc, the DOJ and FBI. And eventually it will likely lead to charging the green long eared bastid* obama with crimes against the state… *( you thought i was going to say spock hmm?) We have this website to thank in so many ways for all the work done to explain the process to us all, in my case since around oct 2017 i think it was that i saw this site first time…( not sure when )….

      Today’s testimony is truly frightening to me because this is a guy who was at the top in the FBI and he’s shameless about his behavior. Thomas Wictor today has tweeted that Strzok’s testimony indicates he is a sociopath because he laughs when he should not and doesn’t when he should – a sign of someone who doesn’t understand real and appropriate emotion. Clearly Strzok feels no remorse. The fact that he rose to these heights in the once vaunted FBI is indiicative of the politicalization of our most powerful institutions. They claim to hate Russia but they’re behaving a lot like the KGB.

      So once your are familiar with his updates you can skip to the parts that are recent. In this case, in regards to his testimony.

The marching orders came from Clinton to Comey to McCabe and then to their “go to” guy Styrk and he carried the water on FISA NS and FISA criminal wiretaps. He’s the main man and had his hands on all of it.

      If you see one Q&A, any by Jordan (esp. the last one which addresses the spill today) or Lt. Col., House Representative Steve Russell, around the 6:30 to 7 PM mark is quite something. In fact, Fox cut him off to go to their 7 PM programming.

      Strzok was read the riot act of the FBI Rule Book. Basically, conduct unbecoming an Officer. He made Jack look weak in ‘A Few Good Men’.

      As per Strzok’s own actions, he should not have even been at the FBI in 2016, let alone all of the courses of action as SD describes above.

      “A native Oklahoman, Steve Russell graduated from Del City High School as class president and was voted “most likely to succeed.” He earned a degree in public speaking from Ouachita Baptist University and completed the Army ROTC program. Russell was then commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant-Army Infantry, which began his 21-year career in the U. S. Army. He completed the rigorous U.S. Army Ranger School in Class 11-87, and he deployed to assignments in the Arctic, the desert, the Pacific, Europe and Continental U. S. stations. Operationally, he was deployed to Kosovo, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Iraq. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, Russell commanded the 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry and conducted combat in Tikrit, Iraq. His unit played a key role in the capture of Saddam Hussein, which is documented in his book, We Got Him! A Memoir of the Hunt and Capture of Saddam Hussein. Russell completed a master’s degree in history from the Command and General Staff College. Before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, Russell earned the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with Valor Device, and Oak Leaf Cluster. He then returned to Oklahoma with his wife, Cindy, and their five children.”

    There is strong evidence beginning to surface that simultaneously John Kerry’s Dept of State was setting up Trump and Russian in order to favor the positions HRC wanted to take with regard to Ukraine.

    Ultimately Chalupa began this process through her role in the HRC and connections with the DNC and the actions/use of Paul Manafot.

    The FBI’s pick up served to create the narrative that the Russian state is so bad we must abandon all relations with them to favor Ukraine.

      One other thing that struck me today…excuse the pun-ish opening.

      Strzok testified that Mueller NEVER talked to Strzok about his texts. Now, we all know why, but now people should be finding out why.

      We all know that Mueller only fired Strzok because Horowitz went to Mueller about these texts. Mueller would not have fired Strzok if he had known. I wish someone would have pressed Strzok why Mueller fired him. Because even if the ‘appearance’ scam is the excuse, Mueller would have mentioned the texts in his exit interview..

      Mueller and Strzok are on the same bias. Both know that Strzok became a liability when Horowitz found this underlying animous. However, on the way out, Mueller never brought up the texts.

      Now, we know. It was because Strzok got caught.

    So Ohr now seems to finally be coming to the forefront.
    He was scheduled to testify before Senate Intelligence and Nunes had him slated for HPSCI.
    The FBI interviewed him a dozen times

    With Strzok seemingly having the full FBI condom wrapped around him (to protect ongoing investigations), what are the chances Horowitz/Huber have been able to even properly interview Ohr? Would DOJ/FBI simply wrap him in the same “ongoing investigation” cover?

    Oh and throw in the testimony of Strzok that he was able to “pull a Hillary” and be the arbitrator of which emails/texts were personal and those work-related.

      • Krashman Von Stinkputin says:

        I’m sure he CAN be interviewed. (Hell, he already has by the FBI)

        Seems clear the DOJ will prevent Ohr from properly answering relevant questions to Huber/Horowitz based on the same “ongoing investigation” ( i.e. Mueller)/”national security” excuses just like the FBI has done with Strzok.

        Look how bold ,ridiculous, and obstructionist this can be:
        Strzok was prevented from telling Jordan who Corn and Simpson are even though they’re identified in his own email BY NAME and they are public figures.

        This is the reason for the Mueller investigation….it blocks the IG from getting all the answers.

        This seems to lead to 2 possible choices:
        1) Another “we could FIND no evidence” report.
        2) A Huber v. Mueller battle

        With Sessions seemingly “Gone Fishin”…..Mueller wins.

    Pardon me if my ignorance is showing….but, why would the IG Horowitz let Strokz police his own personal text messages and determine none were FBI related, personal phone or not, it is still evidence, isn’t it?! Something is fishy! 😳

    Rep. Goodlatte: Now, you and Ms. Page used personal phones and accounts to communicate. Have you turned over those communications to the Inspector General?

    Strzok: No, sir.

    Rep. Goodlatte: If not, why not?

    Strzok: Sir, they asked, and working with my attorney, the Inspector General and I arranged an agreement where I would go through my personal accounts and identify any material that was relevant to FBI business and turn it over. It was reviewed. There was none. And my understanding the inspector general was satisfied with that action.

    Rep. Goodlatte: We know from texts that you and Ms. Page would transition to iMessage and Gmail. Who determined that messages were only personal in nature and not business-related, especially since you’ve just testified at length that a number of the communications that you have made on government communications devices were personal in nature?

    Strzok: Sir, the broad, broad context of what I used personal email and phones for was personal communication. For those things that were work-related, almost universally that material was translated into FBI systems. Certainly, if it was anything that was a record or would constitute needing to be there, it was provided. But I made that decision.

    This is twice that the DemonKKKrats have failed to question witnesses but go off the deep end on wild tangents. Ok, here’s my question for those who question the shooting at Parkland—why did you not complain about the O admin Promise program that Runcie/Israel instigated that kept the shooter in the Parkland/Broward schools? They still insist on blaming the gun for a shooting. Well, I guess the guns have the ability to think and act in their minds but a 39 week old unborn child has no value. That has to be their opinion.
