Tripwire Alert – North Carolina 2016 Republican Primary Ballot Example…

We shared last week due to the increasingly urgent calendar numerous political Tripwires would be triggered rapidly.   An example comes today as North Carolina releases advanced notification of their 2016 Presidential Primary ballot.

jeb foxHowever, before getting to the ballot, it must be emphasized that the GOPe will NEVER give up on Jeb Bush. Jeb is “their guy”, period.

♦ An example of how severely they are willing to protect him was evident on January 8th when Fox News released their polls which saved Jeb from the embarrassment of being kicked off the main debate stage.

Without that individual poll Jeb did not, and would not, qualify. ♦ Another example was evident during the debate, when South Carolina party officials stacked the audience with party loyalists. ♦ Another example came the following day (yesterday) when South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham endorsed Jeb.

bush affluenzaRemember, the entire construct of the GOPe road-map to nominate Jeb consists of multiple candidates splitting or “gathering up” small segments of each state’s voting base for deposit into Jeb’s delegate count later on.

The Washington Times has another conformational analysis, with the same outcome, identified here.

Some people still refuse to accept the structural concept of primary voters being tricked into the GOPe plan.

Fortunately, since we began describing it in 2014 more people are eyes-wide-open. To those who don’t or won’t accept the severity of the GOPe scheme – we can only say Remember Mississippi 2014.

In North Carolina we have already shared the shenanigans that were being carried out last year.  The trickery included rule changes for delegate distribution and the last minute change of the date for their primary election.  HERE and HERE  These changes were all the result of Donald Trump remaining at the top of all polls and disrupting the party.

The leadership inside the professional Republican party apparatus will never accept Donald Trump as the nominee. Period.

The North Carolina GOP Primary Ballot is yet another indication.  North Carolina Republican Party gives voters the option of “NO PREFERENCE“.  (see below):

North Carolina Ballot

♦  Why provide “no preference” option?  If a voter truly had no preference they could just leave the ballot blank for that section, no?

Where do the “no preference” votes/delegates go?  To the party leadership of course.  What will they do with them?  Give to the party candidate.

♦  Also note the position of Donald Trump in relationship to Jeb Bush on the ballot.

Remember, these are “optical scan” sheets, tabulated by scanning the ballot in a pre-programmed machine set up to identify the bubble location.  Optical Scans.

Optical scans use pre-programmed “Scan Parameters”.  Those scan parameters can be adjusted or modified based on the person controlling the data reading.  Here’s an example of what scan parameters can look like:

North Carolina Ballot - scan parameters

But the Republican Party of North Carolina would never do something like that right?

We learned lessons in just how far the Mississippi Republican party would go in the primary races of 2014.  Paying for racist attack ads;  Paying Democrats to vote in the primary runoff;  etc….

GOP primary 2

Just a Reminder, this is an insurgency. – The modern enemy of Wall Street is Main Street vulgarians. The enemy of the RNC/GOPe is not Democrats, it’s Grassroots Conservatives, more vulgarians.

The Republican Party, and the Republican media apparatus, view us as their enemy. We are the enemy they need to protect themselves from:

In 2014, the RNC approved selection rules that govern how each state’s delegates are portioned out from the primaries. Under one of the changes, states holding their primaries between March 1 and March 14 will have their delegates doled out proportionately with election results, a change that will likely stymie a movement candidate.

States that have primaries on or after March 15 will be winner-take-all states.

That’s important because another RNC rule change requires that a candidate must win a majority of delegates in eight or more states before his or her name may be presented for nomination at the 2016 Republican National Convention.

With 18 GOP presidential candidates, for now, it will be that much harder for any candidate to win a majority in any state, let alone eight. (Article July 2015)

GOP-versus-Tea-PartyNow, ask yourself, why would the RNC want to “stymie a movement candidate“? Who exactly does that benefit? Obviously, the “non-movement” candidate, ie “the turtle“.

Isn’t the entire reason for campaigning in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina etc. to make a movement/momentum?

In addition Rule #40 changed in 2014 from previously five needed state wins, to a newer threshold of eight (8):

Officially, it’s Rule 40 in the RNC handbook and it states that any candidate for president “shall demonstrate the support of a majority of the delegates from each of eight (8) or more states” before their name is presented for nomination at the national convention. (article March 2014)

Again, ask yourself who does this benefit? A candidate can win seven states outright, and still not have their name presented for nomination?

These rules were made/affirmed in 2014 – Who or what exactly was the GOP concerned about blocking in 2016 that would necessitate such rules? When combined with other rule changes you can clearly identify a consolidation of power within the RNC apparatus intentionally constructed to stop the candidate of the GRASSROOTS from achieving victory.

It’s all part of their GOPe Roadmap.

A third way to scam the election tally would be to eliminate the space between “PARTISAN OFFICES” and “Presidential Preference” on batches of printed ballots — perhaps one box in 2. None of the polling station volunteers, who simply reach into these boxes for a blank ballot and slip them into sleeves, would need to be in on the scam.

Since completed ballots are carried to the optical scanner in these sleeves — supposedly to protect voter secrecy — election volunteers at the scanning machines would not detect the fraud of differently printed ballots.

All things considered, producing batches of different ballots might be the simplest way to game the election against Trump.

I KNOW it can all be done and I know why it ISN’T!

Keep in mind that the GOPe’s plan only will work if the voters are ignorant of that plan and don’t think before they vote.

This has always been the flaw with voting; the ignorant and stupid vote too.

Hopefully, enough people see what’s happening and what they’re trying to do and do not let themselves be used.

Frankly, I believe the GOPe will manage to to whatever it takes to keep Trump from the nomination. However it will make their machinations so obvious that they will be destroyed as a party and that’s an outcome that will in the long run be for the benefit of the country.

Unfortunately it will mean that we will face at least 2 hard years and maybe longer.

Make them come out of the shadows to do their unconstitutional deed. Show to all what evil and untrustworthy people they are.

Trump MUST BE THE NOMINEE AT ALL COSTS. If people like you and me do not have success, we will need to start an overwhelming write in, or Trump will need to start a third party run. Expensive and risky. That’s why the primary must be a landslide in each state.

The problem with “No Preference” is that “No Preference” can win votes and have delegates assigned to it, and I think we’re all pretty sure that none of them will go to Trump. But do the voters understand this? Do the voters know that a vote for “No Preference” means their vote will be assigned by someone else to one of the candidates?

      • WSB says:

Even worse. If a voter is so angry or so fed up that he or she selects no preference, they certainly would not want their ‘non-vote’ to be corruptly turned into a vote for the very party who is screwing them! Remember, the no preference vote will go to Jeb Bush.

This conveniently allows the ‘party’ to help themselves to their own spoonful of delegates directly, rather than begging for delegate transfer from losing candidates In a proportional state. Remember, every delegate helps. This way, if their 1st choice is not winning, they can automatically apply those to ‘their chosen’ runner up. If Bush is toast, Rubio has a second helping of delegates just waiting in the ballots.

7dnr – all of this is “legal.”

the “vote” being discussed is merely a matter of the Republican Party figuring out exactly how the Republican Party wants to conduct the nomination of its own candidate.

This is NOT a United States citizen vote for an elected representative. The process LOOKS exactly like that – you go to the same “polling place,” you use the same machines, but this is TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

The Republican Party can decide THEIR/YOUR candidate however THEY/YOU want!!!

They can have you mark your preference by doodle poll, in crayon, or in secret code. However.

Once YOUR party decides, by whatever process they want, they go ahead and inform each state, and the state puts your nominee on the PUBLIC ballot for electing the actual elected official.

Is this legal? You Republicans can conduct your process however you want.

Thank the rest of us for allowing you to utilize public resources – ballot boxes, polling sites, etc., for your party to carry out its internal affairs.

    • zephyrbreeze says:

Shining the sunlight on the political bacteria. Sunlight is the best disinfectant. Remember the hysteria in Florida when people claimed they made a mistake due to the ballot design. And human error.

‘One common type of disqualified ballot, called a double bubble, showed a double vote for president in that a voter marked the oval next to the candidate’s name and then also marked the oval next to “write in” and wrote in the same candidate’s name. A Washington Post review (2001) found that Gore would have had a net gain of 662 votes, enough to win, if there had been a hand recount of “over-votes,” mostly from double bubbles.”

  19. zephyrbreeze says:

“The infamous butterfly ballot has punch holes running down the center and the list of candidates on pages to the left and right of these holes. Butterfly ballots are the most prone to voter confusion as it is not clear which hole goes with which candidate. Palm Beach County, the one county in Florida that used this system, is a predominantly Democratic-leaning county yet extreme conservative candidate Pat Buchanan had a phenomenal showing there. On the left side of the Palm Beach County ballot George Bush was listed first and Al Gore second. However, the second punch hole in the center of the ballot was for Pat Buchanan, the first candidate listed on the right.”

  20. zephyrbreeze says:

This factoid portends good news for Donald Trump, who seems to have an unusual affinity for attracting black voters.

“Democrats for Bush, Democrats for nobody”

“Twelve percent of Florida Democrats (over 200,000) voted for Republican George Bush”
-San Francisco Chronicle, Nov. 9, 2000

Even if none of the factors mentioned above (ballot problems) had happened, the votes of Florida voters themselves show that Ralph Nader was not responsible for George W. Bush’s presidency. .If one percent of these Democrats had stuck with their own candidate, Al Gore would easily have won Florida and become president. In addition, half of all registered Democrats did not even bother going to the polls and voting.

  21. progpoker says:

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet. Too many comments to go through…It is general practice in some states to place candidates names in random order on the ballot, dictated by the SOS. The order also changes on different ballot styles, which are tied to different precincts. Don’t know how NC does it but I’d check ballots from different precincts to see if the order is consistent.

This is underhanded voter fraud of low information voters. It could be considered racist. Law suit to remove it. Of course, the courts will say it is too late for this primary.

    • WSB says:

So, down the thread, my slow brain has realized that this is the back up vote-laundering scheme to the splitter strategy. This is tidier than the splitter strategy. Party elders just demand that every ewok vote ‘no preference’, and….’voilà!’ the ‘almost-winner’ of your choice becomes the Winner!

Some time ago, I remember reading about a conversation with a GOPe rep, who just announced to the fellow sitting next to him that no matter who one voted for, he already knew the outcome would be the party-endorsed nominee. Now I know why. And now it sinks in that Trump must be able to come in higher than others and ‘no preference’ combined.

Can there be any demands that the ‘no preference vote’ only go to the candidate with the highest percentage of preferred votes? Hmmm.

    • WSB says:

The beauty of the ‘no preference’ is that the party can shuffle the delegates to whomever they want. So, if Bush is down at 5%, Trump is at 40% and Rubio is at 30%, should the low Fo voters or GOPe operatives ‘no preference’ vote count amount to 20%, the Party gives those to Rubio, and he wins the state at 50%. It’s a scam.

Delegates could be awarded to that candidate. Would they be bound as directed by the party leadership? I’m trying to get more details on the scan parameters and how those are set and verified.

  30. Ann Woodward says:

Lots of information! I will have to re-read to absorb it all. Question: Will votes be sent, immediately, to Spain for counting as they were in 2012? I remember that vote boxes were locked at the precinct immediately at the close of voting (no chance for any challenge). They were then picked up and shipped out of the country immediately for counting at a Soros owned company in Spain. As I recall the story was that there would be less opportunity for tampering with the ballots that way. The whole operation was like Big Brother on steroids – so bizarre that I don’t recall anyone questioning it, just sort of “that’s the way it will be done” attitude. Stranger than fiction this system is!
