The Charge Of The Main Street Vulgarian Has Begun !
Much like the battle at Thermopylae Donald Trump chose the political landscape which removes the Jeb Bush numerical advantage. And today he just hit the lead general right where it hurts:
As we shared yesterday, Trump has three audiences. In this example he just nailed Jeb in his most exposed vulnerability.
[…] Donald Trump is talking to Wall Street. Like the RNC, Trump knows full well the preferred candidate for Wall Street is Jeb Bush. He needs to make their support for Bush a losing proposition; no-one on Wall Street likes to lose. In essence he is creating a self fulfilling prophecy for them. Again, he’s masterful at exposing their weakening flank, their only winning play will be to support him, reluctantly – on his terms. (link)
There has been much talk of wall building amid the punditry regarding Donald Trump, but the most effective wall candidate Trump’s building is actually between the Bush Campaign and the Wall Street financiers who are both Jeb’s treasury and armory.
Previously, while campaigning in New Hampshire, Trump sent a message to the RNC warning them he knows how, why and who the RNC/GOPe roadmap is financing within the election to attain their specific goals.
Since that warning Trump has been working diligently to plant the seeds of doubt within the GOPe finance crowd. Pressure upon the Super-PACs creates the potential for failure; in turn a pullback represents the biggest risk for the collapse of the RNC scheme.
In a similar strategic approach, so too does the Bush / Lehman connection become a risk and open vulnerability within the Bush campaign.
Team Jeb Bush has no-way to fight back, because Trump is speaking BIG TRUTH.
If Jeb attempts to counter-attack Trump on campaign financial interests, he risks sunlight from the media upon his Wall Street Financiers. The money guys will never allow themselves to be exposed like that – especially if team Jeb appears doomed toward failure. This is the aforementioned “self fulfilling prophecy“.
The handlers who are financing the Jeb Bush campaign, do not want to be connected to the losing end of a highly charged political bid.
This puts Wall Street in the position of having to concede to Trump’s ‘Main Street’ terms, and this couldn’t come at a worse moment for them. However, Wall Street won’t concede to Main Street willingly, as reflected in this Politico Article today:
[…] “If this market stuff keeps up or if general economic malaise worsens it plays into the argument that everything traditional politicians are doing isn’t working and we need something radically different,” said Jim Paulsen, chief investment strategist and economist at Wells Capital Management. “It probably helps Trump the most because he can more vehemently argue that what’s going on is Obama and the Democrats’ fault.”
Trump wasted no time grabbing onto the market chaos, which began last week with huge falls in the Chinese stock market and kept rolling on Monday with steep falls on Wall Street.
“As I have long stated, we are so tied in with China and Asia that their markets are now taking the U.S. market down. Get smart U.S.A.,” the real estate billionaire Tweeted. “Markets are crashing — all caused by poor planning and allowing China and Asia to dictate the agenda. This could get very messy! Vote Trump.” (link)
Donald Trump’s timing is brilliant, and the landscape surrounding him is fortuitous. It’s brilliant campaign strategy within a world that few ever get the experience to witness. This is great stuff.
Can you imagine what will happen when President Trump is able to apply this level of intellectual acumen and strategy with the entire U.S.A.’s best interests at heart?
Just a Reminder, this is an insurgency. – The modern enemy of Wall Street is Main Street vulgarians. The enemy of the RNC/GOPe is not Democrats, it’s Grassroots Conservatives, more vulgarians.
The Republican Party views us as their enemy. We are the enemy they need to protect themselves from:
In 2014, the RNC approved selection rules that govern how each state’s delegates are portioned out from the primaries. Under one of the changes, states holding their primaries between March 1 and March 14 will have their delegates doled out proportionately with election results, a change that will likely stymie a movement candidate.
States that have primaries on or after March 15 will be winner-take-all states.
That’s important because another RNC rule change requires that a candidate must win a majority of delegates in eight or more states before his or her name may be presented for nomination at the 2016 Republican National Convention.
With 18 GOP presidential candidates, for now, it will be that much harder for any candidate to win a majority in any state, let alone eight. (Article July 2015)
Isn’t the entire reason for campaigning in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina etc. to make a movement/momentum?
In addition Rule #40 changed in 2014 from previously five needed state wins, to a newer threshold of eight (8):
Officially, it’s Rule 40 in the RNC handbook and it states that any candidate for president “shall demonstrate the support of a majority of the delegates from each of eight (8) or more states” before their name is presented for nomination at the national convention. (article March 2014)
Again, ask yourself who does this benefit? A candidate can win seven states outright, and still not have their name presented for nomination?
These rules were made/affirmed in 2014 – Who or what exactly was the GOP concerned about blocking in 2016 that would necessitate such rules? When combined with other rule changes you can clearly identify a consolidation of power within the RNC apparatus intentionally constructed to stop the candidate of the GRASSROOTS from achieving victory.
