Former White House Advisor Peter Navarro Convicted for Contempt of Congress for Failing to Appear Before J6 Committee

Ignore the prior precedent of Attorney General Eric Holder refusing to appear before Congress and give testimony; the rules are different for Trump Republicans.

Peter Navarro refused to testify to the J6 committee.

The committee held Navarro in contempt of Congress; they forwarded the case to the corrupt Merrick Garland Dept of Justice.

The DOJ pursued the case against Navarro, and he was convicted today of two counts of contempt of Congress by a DC jury.

WASHINGTON – Peter Navarro, a former White House adviser to Donald Trump, has been found guilty on two contempt-of-Congress charges for defying a subpoena from the House Jan. 6 select committee.

A jury returned the unanimous conviction Thursday after a four-hour deliberation, which followed a two-day trial featuring testimony from three former Jan. 6 committee staffers. Each count carries a one-year maximum sentence, and Navarro intends to appeal the verdict.

Sunday Talks – Stephanopoulos Crew Flummoxed at Strength of National Support for Donald Trump, Easily Leading Biden in Polls

The ABC panel is jaw agape at the latest Wall Street Journal polling showing that Donald Trump has not only widened his GOP primary lead, but is also polling ahead of Joe Biden with a diverse core of American voters.

Donna Brazile is very concerned, panicked even, that young Latino and black voters are now turning their back on the Democrat machine, and while they are not supporting Republicans, they are fully supporting Donald Trump.  She won’t admit it, but this is exactly the reason why the Republican and Democrat apparatus are working together to get rid of Trump.

President Donald Trump represents the first modern political opponent to the UniParty, the illusion of distinction between the RNC and DNC.  In essence, the policies and perspectives that Donald Trump represents, form a unique contrast to the almost identical Dem/Rep dynamic.  The MAGA coalition is built of Republicans, Independents and Democrats, which is always highlighted by the largest ever support network for Republican Trump amid Latinos and Blacks.

The panel struggles with the reality of Godzilla Trump destroying the professional political class, while simultaneously the panel tries to promote and defend the customary leftist narratives.  The pearl-clutching is exceeded only by the number of fainting couches provided by the ABC production crew. Murdoch Sad – WSJ Post Debate Poll Shows Support for DeSantis Collapsing, Pre-Debate 24%, Post-Debate 13%

Rupert Murdoch has big sad as his Wall Street Journal outlet admits their poll looks terrible for Ron DeSantis.  [WSJ HERE] Currently with only 13% support, DeSantis’s position has collapsed since April, when WSJ showed 24% backed him.

Additionally, Chris Christie and Mike Pence are the two candidates with the highest unfavorable rating by Republican voters, -73% and -63% respectively.  Respondents show their opinion worsening mostly due to Christie and Pence position against frontrunner Donald Trump.

It looks like the Wall Street and RNC Big Club donors are now eyeing Nikki “test the wind” Haley, as the best option to try and stop Godzilla Trump. This shift likely explains why DeSantis’s campaign operative Jeff Roe was begging donors for another $50 million last week, as discovered in leaked audio from meetings with them during the high-brow events in Wisconsin.

One DeSantis Super PAC Closes Operations, The Second DeSantis Super PAC Pulls Out of Key States

A very bad, terrible, no good news day for Ron DeSantis today.

A $50 million Super PAC scheduled to launch in support of his campaign was forced to abandon all hope after the donors backed out, essentially saying it’s futile.   Then, moments later, the Never Back Down super PAC announced they were backing down from Super Tuesday states and halting all door knocking activity in Nevada, California, North Carolina and Texas.   The burn rate on cash was too much and no resupply.

I said last year, when few would accept my predication of a DeSantis effort, to settle into an unemotional spectator position, watch DeSantis launch and implode, then watch what happens to the financed influencer campaign as the cash runs out.

All of these interests will radically shift once the cash dries up.  That’s exactly what is going on right now.   Two stories:

(Daily Mail) – A super PAC set up to back Ron DeSantis with $50 million is closing as donors backed out – while its founder said the Florida governor’s campaign was guilty of ‘rookie s**t’ mistakes and he will now back Donald Trump.

John Thomas, a Republican strategist known as the ‘Billy the Kid of Political Battles’ set up ‘Ron to the Rescue’ in November and had secured financial commitments from mega-wealthy donors.

But he said the donors began having second thoughts after the botched DeSantis campaign launch on Twitter Spaces in May. (more)

Meanwhile, the formerly $200 million funded Never Back Down Super PAC, the group that was left carrying the brunt of the DeSantis campaign costs after relaunch, has pulled all major door knocking operations from states.   This announcement was more predictable, because we could see the burn rate on NBD being ruinously high.

Old Mules

In 1946, a small town of Athens, Tennessee, became a true battleground, as a siege was laid on the town jail by crowd mostly consisted of WWII veterans who decided to take justice into their own hands, as the local politics were plagued by corruption, police brutality and electoral fraud.

The political turmoil was present prior to the Second World War, when an influential political figure in from Memphis, Edward Hull “Boss” Crump, appointed Paul Cantrell as the candidate for Sheriff in 1936. Cantrell won the election in what became known as the “vote grab of 1936”.

Around that time a system of fees was introduced in the Sheriff’s office, which meant that a fee would be paid per arrest. The system proved to be very dysfunctional ― shady arrests were made, often without substantial evidence, which also included numerous fines for “drunkenness” and “fee grabbing” from tourists and travelers on a similar pretext. In a period between 1936 and 1946, it is estimated that more than 300,000 dollars amounted to these fees.

In the meantime, Cantrell ran for State Senate, leaving his trusty deputy, Pat Mansfield, in charge. The racquet worsened, and the local population was greatly displeased. After several investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice failed to make a dent in this lucrative violation of authority, the situation reached its boiling point.

During wartime, thousands of men from the McMinn County, which includes Athens, joined the fight against fascism overseas. The shortage of able men led to low criteria in employing law-enforcement officers, which often included ex-convicts with violent criminal records.

Secretaries of Several States Begin Legal Review to Determine if They Can Disqualify President Trump from 2024 Ballot

Consider this question carefully: “What possible stakes could be so high the DC UniParty would be willing to prove, beyond any doubt, that the ability of Americans to vote their way out of any problem no longer exists?

This is the question which should underpin the stories you are hearing and reading about various secretaries of state beginning to structure election rules to disqualify President Trump from ballot access.

Why are state governments willing to prove to Americans that voting will not be the method to retain a constitutional republic?

My elevator encapsulated short answer…. This is the fundamental change, Barack Obama promised to deliver.

(Via NBC) – Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes said Tuesday that his office is figuring out how to handle potential complaints over whether former President Donald Trump should be disqualified from appearing on the 2024 ballot.

The issue centers on the 14th Amendment, which prohibits people who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” from holding public office. Former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson raised the theory at last week’s GOP presidential debate that Trump’s conduct on Jan. 6, 2021, might disqualify him on those grounds — a theory that has gained traction among some legal scholars, though others discount the possibility.

Now, the people running state elections are trying to figure out what to do if people bring legal challenges against Trump.

What Comes After Amen…

A few days ago, I wrote an allegory, “Rise Up Old Mules“, with the full intention of reviewing comments and following up the next day to see if people still held the knowledge of coded writing. [Idalia delayed my review]

An allegory is a literary work that makes extensive use of symbolism in order to communicate a broader moral or meaning. Nearly every aspect of an allegory—from characters, to objects, to dialogue, to settings, to major plot events—can typically be interpreted as having a secondary, symbolic meaning that fits into the allegory’s broader meaning.

In the writing of our forefathers, and even many writings long before and a few still today, allegories were/are used to convey messages publicly that are interpreted with a silent understanding. They were/are essentially coded messages from rebels, insurgent dissidents, in various societies who were working within the boundaries of government review.

You may have vague reference points from similar formats of communication that took place in various prisoner of war camps.

How do POWs communicate when their captors are constantly monitoring their activity?  The never spoken language of POW’s in a prison camp has a similar allegorical communication style.

The best allegories communicate from a factual reference point about subject matter, but then weave the current context or power conflict within it so as not to attract the understanding of censors, monitors or those in power who seek to stop any form of communication that is against the interests of the oppressive regime.

It is a communication style lost over time as successive generations no longer taught or had need for the skillset to understand the implied message.  However, in this modern era where six corporations control all media; where there is direct collaboration between the government censors and social media platforms over content; where arbiters of acceptable speech under the auspices of “disinformation review panels” are now deployed using both human review and automated intelligence; it is worthwhile revisiting the old ways to understand a method of discussing rebellion in public.

There is one big benefit to the deployment of AI search spiders crawling all over the internet to analyze and identify subversive speech.  AI cannot detect allegorical writing patterns, it never will.  Current AI sweeps, crawls and searches are based on human inputs to create the pattern context the AI is launched to discover.

Y’all know, I test weird stuff in the tech communication space just to probe how effective the new mechanics are, and create strategies around their constructs.  Allegorical writing was designed to communicate subversive information in the sunlight of public presentation.  Historically, human censors could not see the implied meaning in allegorical communication, and the content itself – if correctly structured – carries an inherent deniability.

Trump Mugshot Generates $7.1 Million in Small Donor Support for Campaign in Two Days

Information from the Trump campaign provided to Politico, points out how much support average American donors are providing as we rally to the defense of the politically accused.

(Politico) – […] The former president has raised $7.1 million since he was booked at an Atlanta jail Thursday evening, according to figures provided first to POLITICO by his campaign. On Friday alone, Trump raised $4.18 million, making it the single-highest 24-hour period of his campaign to date, according to a person familiar with the totals.

[…] Trump’s campaign says it has raised nearly $20 million in the last three weeks, during which time Trump was indicted on charges related to his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and for trying to overturn the Georgia vote count in the 2020 election. (read more)

As noted by President Trump, “The Left wants to intimidate YOU out of voting for a political outsider who puts the American people FIRST. But I walked into the lion’s den with one simple message on behalf of our entire movement: I WILL NEVER SURRENDER OUR MISSION TO SAVE AMERICA. (Visit Website Here)

The only way liars can retain a ruse is to remove truth and bury it under a fog of irrelevant material.

This is also the point where you must remember history, remember Solidarity, remind yourselves how the objective use of fear is utilized as a weapon – reference “operation fear” during the last days of Brexit.

The battle is for your mind; the battle is to stop you from recognizing reality and bury logic with emotion.

The agents who control the rigged systems are beyond “gaslighting” now; they have entered a phase where constructing and/or maintaining the false premise no longer works because contradictory empirical reality is visible.

Within this phase all truth-tellers must have their voices blocked. Be aware of this. Present company included.

This inflection threshold requires every voting American to understand in the near future we are going to be engaged in an insurgency.

At a particular point -when the levers of opposition unite- it becomes more difficult, perhaps impossible, to communicate.  However, with an insurgency you already know what to do. Further discussion is not needed.  Stay tuned….

Steve Bannon Outlines National American Destiny as Attached to Trump Destiny

Steve Bannon did an excellent monologue today outlining how President Donald Trump is one of only three people who have the destiny of the nation attached to their own destiny. {Direct Rumble Link}

Together with President Abraham Lincoln and President George Washington, the destiny of our constitutional Republic as intrinsically tied to President Donald Trump.

Brenden Dilly has an excellent encapsulation also:

“The streets have never had a President. They’ve never had someone they could relate to, at least on some level, about a particular struggle or unjust circumstance…

Until last night. Last night, the streets were given a champion. They were given someone who they could see being set up, railroaded, arrested, and humiliated, just the way they have for decades.

Real recognizes real, and last night, the establishment uniparty made what will go down as the biggest mistake in modern history.

They martyred Trump and gave the streets a reason to love him.

Perfect – Everything in the First Loser Fox News Debate Summarized in One Singular Moment – Clowns to the Left, Jokers to the Right

There’s no reason to chase down soundbites of Adderall Ron taking Casey’s meds again and nodding wide-eyed like a bobblehead going over a railroad track, or Chris Christie taking coordinated payments from the corporations to hit Trump, or wind-testing Nikki looking to formulate her positions based on audience cheers and jeers, or Mike Pence waxing philosophically about distractions to his swamp defense, or any of the other myriad of transparently obvious motives and intentions of the corporate consulting class.

A person really only needs to watch this one segment to see all of the machinations from Fox News in alignment with the actors on stage.

Starting with the ever-insufferable Martha MacCallum teeing up the pretense with the oft familiar Bret Baier raise your hand question.  There is so much in this segment, you guys -super smart and full of intellectual honesty- just write about it in the comment section, and I will enjoy a non-pretending review.

Full credit to Ramaswamy for his non pretense, and the brilliant stare at Adderall Ron as he awaits the poll testing followers.  Ramaswamy leads, then the South Carolina coalition join, then Bergum goes limp up, then Ron looks over and realizes he better join, which triggers Pence and finally Krispy.   It’s all perfect.  All of it. Perfect in the way it encapsulates the entire field of followers. Just perfect.

Additionally, I cannot stop laughing at the human cabbage patch doll, Bret Baier, needing to turn around to the audience to protect Krispy from the jeers.  Too much funny – all of it.  WATCH:

Vivek Ramaswamy singing:

…”clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right – here I am, stuck in the middle with snooze”…
