Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn appears on Newsmax television to give his opinion about what options are available to President Trump in the face of evidence the 2020 election was manipulated by regional officials in some key states.

Some of the options outlined by Flynn are very aggressive and most are very deliberate.  It remains to be seen what path President Trump may consider, but Flynn outlines some possibilities.  An interesting interview:

Lawyer Sidney Powell tweets out today that the Supreme Court has rejected two cases of election fraud against Wisconsin and Arizona; and has accepted two cases against Michigan and Georgia.  The high court has given GA/MI until January 14, 2021, to file their responses.

I have spent a great deal of time thinking about declassification since the media began their insufferable onslaught and “president-elect Biden” narrative.

The time has long past for President Trump to strongly demand his executive cabinet members declassify the evidence outlining intrusive government surveillance upon not only himself, but all Americans.

CTH has a rather unique perspective on the declassification angle. This conversation has traveled with me for over two years as I have talked to people inside and outside the DC machinery. Ultimately the discussion ends around something like this:

Is the DC political surveillance state, and all of the ramifications within that reality, so fundamentally corrupt and against our nation’s interests, that no entity dare expose the scope and depth of it? And ultimately… is it the preservation of institutions, despite their transparent corruption, that’s causing so many disconnected outcomes from evidence intentionally downplayed?

If we assume the scale of unconstitutional conduct has become systemic, that likely answers the questions. Personally, I believe this is the most likely scenario.

“Likely” meaning the entire apparatus, DOJ, FBI, Legislative Oversight and the Intelligence Community (IC), is now so enmeshed within this corrupt out-of-control state that no-one, even the good guys, is willing to expose it because the institutional collapse would be devastating.

This is what I would call the Biggest of the Big Ugly.

It started with the Treasury Department notification of “a sophisticated hacking group backed by a foreign government stole information from the U.S. Treasury Department and a U.S. agency responsible for deciding policy around the internet & telecommunications.”

Within hours the origin of that massive data breach was identified by the federal Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Security Agency (CISA) as a significant risk to government databases and private sector businesses.  The breach was attributed to computer intrusion through SolarWinds Orion:

WASHINGTON – The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) tonight issued Emergency Directive 21-01, in response to a known compromise involving SolarWinds Orion products that are currently being exploited by malicious actors. This Emergency Directive calls on all federal civilian agencies to review their networks for indicators of compromise and disconnect or power down SolarWinds Orion products immediately.

President Trump announced via Twitter that following a meeting to discuss the current state of 2020 election fraud with Attorney General Bill Barr, the U.S. AG will be departing his position before Christmas:

“Just had a very nice meeting with Attorney General Bill Barr at the White House. Our relationship has been a very good one, he has done an outstanding job! As per letter, Bill will be leaving just before Christmas to spend the holidays with his family…”

Michael Flynn’s defense counsel, Sidney Powell, sits down for an extensive interview with Jan Jekielek to discuss the presidential pardon of her client and so much more.

Ms. Powell has been leading election lawsuits in multiple states. On Friday, she filed emergency requests to the Supreme Court, asking the justices to order officials in Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona to de-certify their 2020 election results. In this interview Powell discusses the current status of the legal challenges and her thoughts on the Supreme Court’s recent rejection of the Texas lawsuit.

Appearing with Maria Bartiromo, former national security advisor, Lt General Michael Flynn, states: “we have conclusive evidence of foreign interference in our election.”  Mr. Flynn goes on to say his attorney, Sidney Powell, has four cases en route to the United States Supreme Court to highlight the “overwhelming evidence” of election fraud.

Additionally, General Flynn states it would serve the best interests of the United States if President Trump would trigger his 2018 executive order on foreign election interference to appoint a federal special counsel – to look into all of the background claims of fraud on behalf of the executive branch of government.  A very interesting interview.  WATCH:

A report within the Wall Street Journal does not necessarily come as a surprise; however, it also does little to provide solace for the lack of action by Attorney General Bill “Bondo” Barr.   According to the article AG Barr has known about at least two investigations related to the Biden family since early spring 2020, and he worked to keep them quiet.

WASHINGTON DC – Attorney General William Barr has known about a disparate set of investigations involving Hunter Biden’s business and financial dealings since at least this spring, a person familiar with the matter said, and worked to avoid their public disclosure during the heated election campaign.

[…] One investigation became public this week after federal investigators served a subpoena on Hunter Biden. The subpoena sought detailed financial information in connection with a criminal tax investigation by the U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware, according to people familiar with the matter.
