Judge Timothy J Thomason has ruled the Maricopa, Arizona, board of elections must turn over 2.1 million ballots to the republican state senate so they can be reviewed for any election issues. [direct pdf of ruling here]

ARIZONA – The five-member Board of Supervisors argued that the ballots were secret, that the Legislature had no right to access them and that the subpoenas issued by Senate President Karen Fann were for an illegitimate purpose, among other arguments.

The Senate’s lawyers contended that the constitution gives the Legislature the role of maintaining the purity of elections and make sure voter integrity is protected, that the subpoenas were legal and a proper use of legislative power.

In his ruling, Thomason agreed with the Senate on all those arguments, saying the subpoenas “are legal and enforceable.”

Donald Trump Jr used his speech to call-out the radical policies of the left-wing agenda represented by the JoeBama administration.  The indefatigable Trump also took aim at a few of the republican adversaries to the MAGA ‘America First’ agenda.

An announcement today from the U.S. District of Connecticut John Durham is a little perplexing.  According to the announcement USAO John Durham is resigning from office effective February 28.   However, there is no information about his prior appointment as special counsel to review the DOJ and FBI conduct in the Trump investigation.

Mitch McConnell is doing what Mitch McConnell does.  DeceptiCons are famous for intentionally loading the cannons of the opposite wing of the UniParty so the Democrats can blast the base of the Republican movement.

Once they have provided the ammunition and watched the attack unfold, the DeceptiCons enter from the side of the collateral damage and talk sympathetically about the destruction they now observe.  The DeceptiCon team, represented by leader Mitch McConnell, has been doing this for years.  Just like his attacks against the Tea Party, ‘We The People‘ are his favorite victims.  This is the baseline for battered conservative syndrome.

In true form, after providing the progressive and hate-filled left wing of the UniParty with ammunition against President Trump, Mitch McConnell says today that he would support the former president in 2024 if Donald Trump was the nominee.

John Solomon at Just The News has obtained the FBI memos and 302 reports from their interviews and interactions with their enlisted spygate operative Stefan Halper.

The FBI documents outline how Stefan Halper was enlisted by the FBI for their operation to target the campaign of Donald Trump in 2016. Halper agreed to become a confidential human source (CHS) or spy for the FBI, and record contacts with several members of the Trump campaign in order to frame the Russian collusion narrative.

Despite secret recordings showing Carter Page clearly had no idea about any Russian connections to the campaign, or people within it; and despite Page clearly rebuking any effort to draw those inferences; the FBI still went forward with a Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant against Page and never informed the court of the exculpatory recordings.

SOLOMON – […] The memos show that the FBI instructed Halper in August 2016 not to focus on Papadopoulos first, but rather on Page, whom the FBI described as an “opportune target.” Papadopoulos was given the code name Crossfire Typhoon (CT), while Page was given the codename Crossfire Dragon (CD) in the memos.

Adam Kinzinger is an Illinois Republican who plants his flag as the primary DeceptiCon in the House. Kinzinger is the first person the CNN narrative engineers call when they want an anti-MAGA voice to manipulate the audience. In essence, Kinzinger is the worst kind of DeceptiCon because his efforts are intentional – he is working for the leftist movement.

In a recent CNN interview, Kinzinger once again went on the attack against President Trump and the MAGA community of supporters.

(The Hill) – Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) is amping up his calls for the party to split with former President Trump, arguing Republicans won’t take back the majority if they continue to embrace his brand.

“I don’t know what that looks like, all I know is I can rest with real peace knowing that I’m going to fight as hard as I can to get a normal functioning Republican Party,” he told CNN’s Chris Cuomo on Monday night. (read more)

Kinzinger represents one of the problems with attempting to reform the Republican party from the inside.  The state party club members (UniParty affiliates) know the best way to keep the donor class supported; and retain the approved political members who advance club goals; is to structure the party rules to support people like Kinzinger.

The state RNC chapters support Kinzinger types by pushing astroturf candidates as challengers.  They are effective using the splitter strategy as a weapon.  Kinzinger will likely face numerous primary challengers; however, each primary challenger only helps to split the anti-Kinzinger vote and thereby assist his re-election.  This is a strategy deployed by the club apparatus.  It is challenging to defeat this insurance strategy.

During a press question and answer period the dividing line inside the republican party became publicly clear again today.  When responding to a question about whether President Trump should speak to the CPAC audience Kevin McCarthy said “yes he should.”  However, Liz Cheney -who is the #3 leadership position- said: “I don’t believe he should be playing a role in the party going forward.”  WATCH

Thus the ridiculous position of the Republican party is on display.  Keep in mind the party caucus recently agreed to keep Liz Cheney in her leadership role after she voted to impeach President Trump.  Her remarks today were intentionally antagonistic and intentionally public.  She is sneering in the face of 80,000,000 voters and laughing while she does it.  Ms. Cheney could have chosen to say nothing… but she made a choice.

The DeceptiCon wing of the party feels emboldened by the lack of the MAGA contingent to push back forcefully against them.   There are times when it becomes necessary to separate from bad people and unfortunately the Republican party does not seem capable of getting rid of the conniving corrupt internal elements.  It will be up to the voters of Wyoming to remove Cheney from politics.  Let us hope a strong primary candidate will do the job.

According to Atlanta media former Georgia Senator David Perdue had a phone call with President Trump that did not go well and led to Perdue changing his mind on a run for office after previously filing paperwork to do so.  Hopefully this report is accurate, and President Trump is starting to lay the groundwork for MAGA-minded challengers to enter the political world and challenge the establishment republican candidates.

GEORGIA – Former Sen. David Perdue announced Tuesday he will not challenge Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) for his seat in the 2022 midterms, reversing course after filing paperwork declaring his candidacy.

In a statement first sent by email to supporters, Perdue (R-Ga.) said that he and his wife, Bonnie, had decided against him re-entering the political arena.

“This is a personal decision, not a political one. I am confident that whoever wins the Republican Primary next year will defeat the Democrat candidate in the General election for this seat and I will do everything I can to make that happen,” the former senator wrote, saying he had come to this decision “after much prayer and reflection.” (read more)

You might remember when David Perdue attempted to speak at a MAGA rally in Georgia and the crowd drowned him immediately with chants of “fight for Trump“.  Senator Perdue ran from the stage.
