The election results are linked and discussed HERE, so we’re not going to go into depth and repeat the information other than to pull out some results to showcase the next phases.  Overall it was a good night for Donald Trump with seven state wins.

(Delegate Count Link) However, that’s done.  The more important aspects are: A.) what those results mean and B.) what comes next.

To grasp the meaning we must first remind and reinforce the basic structure of this election because everything is dependent on predicting the future by understanding the past; that means understanding the origin and intents of the GOPe design.

Always remember the various influencers of the next steps are the big money, Wall Street, financiers.  The Vested Interests. They direct legislative priorities, they are the ones with the real agenda which underpins the maneuvering of the GOPe, the Democrat party, and the DC power-brokers who are charged with maintaining the ultimate position of the stakeholders.

We must continually reset our paradigms away from the espoused political media and punditry narratives which are fed by those who coordinate the DC power constructs, ie. congressional and party leadership.  (more…)

There is only one political enterprise occupying our nations capitol. Many people call that enterprise “the UniParty”.   Succinct in both description and accuracy, the UniParty members live very well within a fortified and defended castle we call DC.

Within the UniParty there are factions, each with their own flag.  One flag represented by a Donkey, the other represented by an elephant.  Life inside the DC castle is very good, there are infinite indulgences – both factions enjoy it very much.

There’s not much difference between the two factions when they are inside the castle, and any visitor will attest to an impossibility in determining who’s on whose side.  However, when they travel outside the castle they must keep up appearances, and seem entirely divergent from each other.

They wear different colors when outside the walls, to make sure there’s an entirely distinct optic presented for those who don’t live in the castle.  It’s a rather unusual game to follow.

According to a Reuters report the Obama administration has begun the process of selecting a nominee for the Supreme Court.

The White House on Monday said President Barack Obama had started preliminary discussions with his team about naming a Supreme Court justice nominee and accused Republicans of “bluster” for saying they would not confirm his pick.

White House spokesman Eric Schultz told reporters that Obama would seek a nominee who understands that justice is not an abstract theory but something that affects Americans’ daily lives. Republicans say Obama should put off naming a replacement for conservative Justice Antonin Scalia, who died this weekend, and leave it to whoever is elected president in November.

Carly is the 10th candidate to drop out of the presidential race. (She is also the 7th “splitter” to exit) The media will focus on questions surrounding her projected endorsement.  She will absolutely endorse either Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio.  However, her endorsement will be contingent upon the GOPe deciding which one is more viable.

(Via Washington Examiner) Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., charged the Obama administration with quietly signing the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement in New Zealand, and said the White House tried to minimize it because it knows the public isn’t pleased with the deal.

“A trade deal is a contract, and it must be one that puts American workers’ interests first, not the interests of global elites,” Sessions said in a statement. “It is little surprise the administration is not showcasing today’s signing given its unpopularity with the American people.”

Sessions went on to bash his fellow senators for allowing the president to fast-track the deal last June, and voting for it despite not knowing what the massive agreement would include. (read more)

There’s no way these media reports are accidental or not directly connected.  And none of this looks the least bit good against the larger dynamic of the Syrian crisis and President Stompy Feet’s prior position on ISIS.

Yesterday, well, actually Friday, the release of the information was yesterday, Vice-President Joe Biden met in Turkey with President Recep Erdogan.  They met for several hours as reported in The Hill and the topic was an escalated U.S./Turkish military footprint against ISIS :

Vice President Joe Biden on Saturday said the U.S. and regional ally Turkey are prepared to seek a military solution in Syria to try to solve the nation’s five-year-long civil war.

Speaking after a meeting with Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in Istanbul, Biden stressed that a political solution to the problem would still be preferable.

“But we are prepared if that’s not possible to having a military solution to this operation and taking out Daesh,” he said, according to AFP, using another name for the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

Pay close attention to the official wording tomorrow from the White House.  Will it be an “Executive Order“, or will it be called an “Executive Action“, there is a profound difference.

♦ “Executive orders” are those dictatorial fiats from the White House that contain an origin, at least as regarded by the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), founded in law.

♦ “Executive actions” are the term-two preferences of President Obama and constitute dictatorial fiats that are not constitutionally based, not legal, not supported by the OLC, and will not eventually hold up under legal challenge.  The key word is “eventually”.

If called an executive order, that means the office of legal counsel (OLC) has affirmed to President Obama his intended activity is legally within his authority.  However, if the White House repeatedly calls it an executive action, that means it’s purely a political decision without OLC approval, regarding constitutional authority, and will likely not pass legal challenge.

The details are currently sketchy but here’s a few early reports of what to expect:

Most Americans are unaware how close the House of Representatives came to passing the Senate ‘Gang-of-Eight’ bill in 2014 which included amnesty for illegal aliens. The vote was only stopped by the last-minute primary defeat of Eric Cantor.

However, one of the benefits if the current presidential campaigns is the lifting of the veil for the hidden advocates…
