Here’s the full interview. It is essentially self congratulatory explanatory:

Why Donald Trump, and American Workers, Need Andrew Puzder as Secretary of Labor…

In order to tackle the U.S. Illegal Immigration issues, even broadly, a person must first change their paradigm and understand the root issue which creates the crisis. The problem was created by the UniParty, and the problem continues specifically because the UniParty desire it to continue.
Before you can reasonably present a solution to the illegal immigration problem, you must first understand the economic problem. Understanding how illegal aliens work in the U.S. is step one toward understanding what proposed solutions would/could work, and which are mere political talking points.
Here’s the stuff the professional political class don’t necessarily want you to know.
trump-puzder-3
You can clearly see, from many of the various pearl-clutching articles about Labor Secretary Nominee Andrew Puzder, how entrenched, erroneous and naive many peoples’ beliefs are on the specific issue of illegal aliens within the employment system.
It is difficult to accept -perhaps for the first time- what you previously believed is not based on any substantive reality.   Blaming U.S. businesses for hiring illegal aliens makes for a good avoidance technique; heck, the UniParty relies upon an electorate doing just that. However, that blame-casting actually keeps people from recognizing and confronting the underlying ‘real world’ issues faced by U.S. employers.
This is where the value of a successful businessman, Corporate CEO, large employer, and specifically a man who has faced down the weaponized EEOC, Andrew Puzder, becomes infinitely more valuable as Secretary of Labor.

President-Elect Trump Anticipated to Nominate Andrew Puzder as Labor Secretary…

It is being widely reported that President-elect Donald Trump is intending to nominate Andrew Puzder as Labor Secretary. The move will likely fire up the SEIU and affiliated labor activists in opposition. Similarly there will be those amid the more conservative ranks that see Puzder as less than their desired nominee.
trump-puzder-1
However, CTH has an alternate perspective on the nomination essentially hopeful that Donald Trump is intending to finally bring closure to a labor issue with over twenty years of economic crisis, and hundreds of millions spent on litigation as the backdrop.
Most people are oblivious to a reality that began within the U.S. Department of Labor under the administration of George W Bush. The issue encapsulates thusly:

  • Under federal statue it is unlawful to hire an illegal alien who is not eligible to work in the U.S.
  • However, under existing EEOC legal interpretations (Disparate Impact Rulings), it is unlawful NOT to hire an illegal alien who is not eligible to work in the U.S.

Within that strange and very specific dichotomy you find the problem with the modern interpretations of “disparate impact” as they apply to employment screening and employment eligibility.
The problem began under President Bush’s tenure (and EEOC policy), and exploded under President Obama’s Labor Department. (more…)

President-Elect Trump Announces: Governor Terry Branstad and Linda McMahon…

President-elect Donald Trump continues to frustrate the legacy media by making his announcements around the traditional media enterprises; this time via Facebook.
A secondary source of media antagonism is the lack of institutional academics amid all of the various appointees and nominees.  The professional left are apoplectic about Donald Trump continuing to select successful private sector captains of industry and action-oriented military leaders.  The absence of institutionally academic wonks is making the media very unhappy.
Then again, the old axiom is self-evident:

Those that can, do. Those that can’t, opine about those that can…

linda-mcmahon-1(New York, NY) – President-elect Donald J. Trump today announced his intent to nominate Linda McMahon to serve as the Administrator of the Small Business Administration, a cabinet-level position.
“My America First agenda is going to bring back our jobs and roll back the burdensome regulations that are hurting our middle class workers and small businesses. To help push our agenda forward, I am pleased to nominate Linda McMahon as the head of the Small Business Administration,” said President-elect Trump.

Report: Kris Kobach and General Kelly Likely DHS Nominees…

For those who have followed the construct of the transition nominees this report does seem to highlight the most likely outcome for the Department of Homeland Security.

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is the subject matter expert on how to implement and strengthen the legal enforcement of current immigration laws.  General Kelly would balance the department with a more external focus on threat assessment/prevention.
Regardless of the appointees, the Trump security policy itself will face rabid opposition from the immigration usurpers within the DC UniParty.  In addition to all Democrats, Decepticon leadership, ie. those paid by Tom Donohue’s expansive lobbying, including: Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Jeff Flake, Mitch McConnell, Orin Hatch and John Cornyn within the Senate; along with Paul Ryan, Kevin McCarthy, Mick Mulvaney etc. within the House.

Likely Trump Rally In Louisiana To Support John Kennedy Senate Bid…

It’s not yet on the Trump Schedule, however additional people are reporting a likelihood of a return visit by President-elect Donald Trump to Louisiana.
The last trip by Donald Trump and Mike Pence was during the severe flooding earlier in the year, where both candidates wanted to show their support for the community and relief efforts.   Hillary Clinton also promised to visit, but never did.
There is an ongoing Senate race in Louisiana where the republican state treasurer John Kennedy is favored to win the election.  A visit by Donald Trump would surely boost their supporters.

BATON ROUGE – President-elect Donald Trump is expected in Baton Rouge Friday afternoon, multiple sources told WBRZ Tuesday.
Sources spoke on condition of anonymity as the event is still being planned.  Two sources with knowledge of a planned visit said staff were trying to find a venue.  Before the election, Trump’s schedule was regularly updated with seemingly spur-of-the-moment rallies that were heavily attended.  Events are known to attract thousands of people.

Perfect – Pelosi Says No Dem Change In Direction Needed, Rather Invest in Larger Reeducation Camps…

Oh, the winning… odd how it just seems to self-create now.
Recently reelected Democrat House Leader Nancy Pelosi (moonbat via San Francisco California) claims, in the face of another historic election loss, the Democrats don’t need a change in direction they just need a better vehicle to communicate their ideology.

Perfect!  Add in a few more of Hollywoods’ famous actor videos supporting Keith Ellison for DNC head, and we’ll have a self-perpetuating political Christmas Present:

The State Department and The Secretary of State…

I have been reluctant to engage in speculation over potential Secretary of State candidates because the discussion therein is fraught with far too many nuances to outline succinctly without walking ourselves through a mine-field almost too complex to digest.
Suffice to say, anyone who has followed politics for any substantive amount of time knows the inherent issue with an operational entity, The U.S. State Department, whose entire mission has been at the epicenter of ctrl-left globalist advocacy.
patriotrudy-g-1
One small example would be the Rivkin Project. Imagine how challenging it would be to take an organizational model, built over decades, and appoint a leader whose diplomatic mission would be to implement/construct policy entirely antithetical to the objectives of the participants within the organization?
Think about it.

Decision Italy – Italians Vote Tomorrow In Nationalism Referendum…

The Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi is attempting to push back against increasing nationalistic sentiments by establishing a referendum tomorrow to fundamentally adjust the political powers of central governance.
renzi-1
In essence, tomorrow Italians will vote “YES” to approve of Renzi’s referendum, or “NO” to oppose his referendum.  The referendum itself is a wide ranging construct intended to realign and centralize political power away from Italy’s current regional influences.
An analogy for Americans might be to think of Italy’s referendum as the elimination of the U.S. constitution’s 10th Amendment.  [Which essentially says all powers not directly given to the federal government are necessarily retained by the states.]   Italy’s vote tomorrow is to determine if their regions (states) are willing to cede power to Renzi’s centralized (federal) government. Leverage Maneuver – Trump Talks Openly With Taiwan's President…

Ok, this one strategic maneuver has just pegged my too-much-winning needle on max overdrive. Donald Trump took a congratulatory phone call from the President of Taiwan, and now the Chinese will be apoplectic.
Those of you who have been with us for a while, will note our arguments against China’s MFN (Most Favored Nation) trade status have continually fallen on deaf ears within DC.  Why?  Because they are political ears paid to remain necessarily deaf, while various Chinese national interests have taken influence over our legislative priorities on trade and commerce.
taiwan-3
In short, we’ve been ripped off.  Bigly.  For decades.
Rule #1 in any trade deal is to fully understand who is the customer within the equation.  The U.S. market is the biggest trade customer on this entire beautiful blue planet.  We hold all the leverage.  Access, or denial of access, to this market is the leverage(more…)
