Incompetent people do not sign important documents. Autopen signature AND Joe Biden’s actual signature, if Joe Biden was who this dude claimed he was, isn’t worth anything. Mentally deranged or incompetent people don’t have important jobs that require far-reaching decisions on the part of the person suffering from dementia or some other form of mental incompetence. Everything Biden signed should be considered null.

I listened to the whole almost 4 hours of Neera Tanden’s depo. Couple things.
She said she believes there was 1 autopen with possibly one backup autopen.
First she says she saw him about every six weeks, but then she says she saw him enough to know he had his full faculties about him.
Then there was the BS she testified about Biden signing a decision card and/or memo about EO’s or pardons, but that they (not her) used the autopen to sign whatever document. The question was asked why didn’t they just have him sign the pardon or EO, and she vomited BS about Biden might have been at the residence in the WH or elsewhere. 🙄🙄🙄
At the end of questioning she asserts that Biden knew what he was doing and was up to date on policies and was making good decisions; that his presidency was successful.
So with that statement by her, Biden purposefully gave us the worst inflation, let the US be infiltrated by 20+ million illegals, and sold the office of the presidency to the highest bidder.

Yeah, I wondered that also..where are all these “signed decision cards/memos.” They are to be kept as presidential records. It’s one thing that a cognizant FJB tells a staff member to create and sign a pardon with his autopen or to direct an underling to sign a document appointing a judge for him. It’s a completely different, opposite thing for a handler to create a pardon or appointing a judge, without the knowledge of a vegetative FJB, and using the autopen.
Those appointments and pardons should be null and void and the perpetrator should be arrested.
Re: “cognizant” and “vegetative”: the Robert Hur interview was October 8-9, 2023; and the Hur Report was published Februsry 5, 2024. Hur established Joe was senile.

I was of the opinion that Biden should have pardoned Trump to keep the peace like Ford did for Nixon. The indictments that guy is claiming could cause a lot of chaos – perhaps even push us towards a civil war.

That memo will be Biden’s main defense. It all hinges on whether he directed somebody else to put his signature onto a document. He will say he did. The staffers will say he gave them permission.
The Trump administration arguments hinges on text further down in the memo: “We emphasize that we are not suggesting that the President may delegate the decision to approve and sign a bill, only that, having made this decision, he may direct a subordinate to affix the President’s signature to the bill.” and “Practical reasons why the President might wish to proceed in this manner are apparent. For example, the President may be away from Washington, D.C., when Congress presents an enrolled bill
to the White House, and he may wish it to take effect immediately (for example to prevent a
government shutdown, to avoid lapses in authority, or to approve new authorities without delay).”
There is no written proof Biden authorized anybody to sign his name.
Most of the documents signed by Autopen were done while Biden was either at the White House or in Delaware just a few hours away, or for stuff that was not time-critical. So those situations stipulated in the memo did not apply.
