Enrique Marquez was previously charged (complaint filing below), now the grand jury has also returned an indictment.

RIVERSIDE, Calif. –  A friend of one of the shooters in the San Bernardino massacre that killed 14 people was indicted Wednesday on charges that include conspiring in a pair of previous planned attacks and making false statements when he bought the guns used in this month’s shootings, authorities said.

The indictment by a federal grand jury avoids the need for a probable cause hearing before a judge to determine whether 24-year-old Enrique Marquez Jr. should stand trial on the five counts.

The charges include conspiring with shooter Syed Farook to carry out attacks in 2011 and 2012. (more…)

The wife of one of the Bataclan Theater terrorists is 18-years-old and apparently lives in Iraq.  From the article below she knew the Paris attack was going to take place and rejoiced via email in the success.  Interestingly, it appears Mrs. Samy Amimour points to police as identified targets for the ongoing terror attacks…

(Via TheLocalFr) Investigators have uncovered shocking messages sent by the wife of one of the Paris shooters, in which she boasts of her “great life” in Iraq and says she is “proud” of her husband.

The wife of one of the Bataclan terrorists said she was “proud” and “happy” of his involvement in the November 13th bombings, emails published in French daily Le Parisien reveal.

Samy Amimour, aged 28, was one of the three shooters who killed 90 people at the Bataclan. Three days after the massacre, his wife, named as Kahina, emailed an old friend in France saying: “Did the attacks shock you? LOL,” before boasting that her husband had been one of the assailants. (more…)

(Via New York Post ) The cleric acting as spokesman for the San Bernardino mosque where terrorist Syed Rizwan Farook worshipped claims he barely knew Farook and didn’t know his terrorist wife at all. But phone records and other evidence uncovered by federal investigators cast suspicion on his story.

The FBI has questioned the cleric, Roshan Zamir Abbassi, about his phone communications with Farook — including a flurry of at least 38 messages over a two-week span in June, coinciding with the deadly Muslim terrorist attack on two military sites in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Abbassi, a Pakistani, insists he had nothing to do with the shooting at a San Bernardino County government building five miles from the mosque. While he confirms the text messages with Farook, he claims they were merely discussing food donations for his Dar-al-Uloom al-Islamiya of America mosque. (more…)

By now many people are familiar with the outrage from the Muslim Grievance Industry and Euro-weanie leftists who are aghast, shocked, that an Islamist “family” would be denied flight permission to enter the U.S. and visit Disney World.

According to the perpetually aggrieved version: the Muslim “family” has spent $9,000 for a joyful “family” Christmas vacation, before they encountered the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Islamaphobia at the airport.

Cue spontaneous acts of media outrage.  How dare the U.S. deny them their right to visit Mickey Mouse?

However, what they don’t tell you is the “family” was actually two brothers.  Two middle-aged brothers, last name Mahmood, traveling with their nine kids aged 8 to 19.  No moms, no wives, just the two brothers.

There’s something sketchy about the entire series of events as to how San Bernardino terrorist Tashfeen Malik was able to garner a fiancee visa and enter the U.S.   Nothing about this passes the proverbial “sniff test”.

Having read, and heard numerous testimonials,  about how extensive the process is for mainly European immigrants to enter the U.S. under similar circumstances – it just appears this specific application was provided some kind of assistance to move it along so quickly with so many obvious holes in the information as provided.

Now, thanks to a congressional inquiry, we are able see the actual documents themselves; and within the information there’s even more questions, troubling questions.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, Republican-Virginia, who alleged over the past weekend that immigration officials “did not thoroughly vet” Malik’s application, publicly released their file on Tuesday.  It is provided below in pdf format for your review.

(Via NBC News) A driver screaming “Allahu Akbar!” (Arabic for “God is great”) appeared to deliberately mow down about a dozen pedestrians in the French city of Dijon before being arrested on Sunday, officials said.

The driver, who was in his forties, hit groups of pedestrians in five parts of the eastern city before being arrested, a spokesman for the Ministry of the Interior said on French television. Eleven people in all were injured, two of them seriously, officials said. (more…)

Well, this is concerning….  According to a new report, part of the Iranian Nuclear deal was a promise to keep our doors open to international Islamic terrorism. 

(Via Washington Free Beacon) Senior Obama administration officials are expressing concern that congressional attempts to tighten laws preventing terrorists from entering the United States could violate the Iran nuclear agreement and prompt Tehran to walk away from the agreement.

Congress is considering measures that would tighten the Visa Waiver Program to make it harder for potential terrorists to legally enter the United States by increasing restrictions on individuals who have travelled to countries with prominent terrorist organizations from bypassing security checks upon entering the United States.
