I try not to cuss much, but I will admit when New Mexico Governor Lujan Grisham declared a “public health emergency” then issued a regional gun ban for the Albuquerque area, I was cussing quite a bit.  I was cussing because this approach was instantly predictable, as the result of Americans allowing various governors to take control over free-range citizens during COVID-19 by declaring the same “public health emergencies.”

Thankfully, there was a massive backlash from citizens, local law enforcement, state law enforcement and the New Mexico Attorney General’s office.  Now, fortunately, a federal judge has stepped in and blocked the unconstitutional gun ban.  The blood pressure lowers a bit, but we have got to be on guard for the next test; they won’t quit.

New Mexico – A federal judge on Wednesday temporarily halted a 30-day order from New Mexico’s governor suspending the open and concealed carrying of guns in the Albuquerque area that had sparked bipartisan condemnation.

Urias, an appointee of President Joe Biden who took his seat on the bench last year, indicated that the numerous Supreme Court precedents on the Second Amendment suggested that the governor’s order would cause irreparable harm to citizens seeking to exercise their gun rights. Thus, he said, he had to issue a temporary strike of the ban — a move that does not rule on its merits.

This, THIS RIGHT THE F**K HERE, is exactly what you, me, and everyone with a logical brain was talking about back in 2020 and 2021 when the various state governors were using “Public Health Emergency” declarations to rule by unilateral fiat and remove constitutional and legislatively enacted rights.

THIS STORY, happening right now in Alburquerque, is a direct and specific outcome of NOT PUSHING BACK in ’20/’21 and allowing governors to take control without legislative approvals.  The governor has just declared gun possession unlawful, under the auspices of a Public Health Emergency.”

Folks, they are testing the waters, and there needs to be an immediate lawsuit and injunction.

The Democratic governor said she is expecting legal challenges but felt compelled to act in response to gun deaths, including the fatal shooting of an 11-year-old boy outside a minor league baseball stadium this week.

Rupert Murdoch has big sad as his Wall Street Journal outlet admits their poll looks terrible for Ron DeSantis.  [WSJ HERE] Currently with only 13% support, DeSantis’s position has collapsed since April, when WSJ showed 24% backed him.

Additionally, Chris Christie and Mike Pence are the two candidates with the highest unfavorable rating by Republican voters, -73% and -63% respectively.  Respondents show their opinion worsening mostly due to Christie and Pence position against frontrunner Donald Trump.

It looks like the Wall Street and RNC Big Club donors are now eyeing Nikki “test the wind” Haley, as the best option to try and stop Godzilla Trump. This shift likely explains why DeSantis’s campaign operative Jeff Roe was begging donors for another $50 million last week, as discovered in leaked audio from meetings with them during the high-brow events in Wisconsin.

This is very interesting and the ballot auditor in the presentation is very effective.  She held my attention throughout her entire time outlining all the details of the sketchy election that took place on August 8th.

Essentially the local democrat party officials said they were going to steal the election.  When a county wide audit was requested, the scale of how they conducted their stealing operation was revealed.   This is interesting because seven “counties” essentially determined the previous 2020 election.

MISSISSIPPI – Hinds County District 2 Supervisor David Archie claimed there was a “high-tech election heist with corruption as well as fraud” surrounding the Aug. 8 primary elections.  He lost to Anthony Smith, who, according to results from Hinds County election officials, won by 63% of the vote.

The supervisor just finished a ballot box examination this week.  Archie claims that the chairperson of the Hinds County Democratic Executive Committee, Jacqueline Amos, tampered with the elections.  The supervisor provided what he called evidence of her conspiracy correspondence. (link)

Discussing the implementation of the Digital Services Act (DSA), Ireland’s Media Minister defends the decision that a government appointed entity will ultimately decide what speech is permitted by citizens.  This is the next phase in the control of opposition to the expansion of government controls.  We are all traveling at the front of one long continuum toward tyranny.

Are the people of Ireland so weak and pathetic they cannot make decisions or formulate opinions for themselves?  Of course not.  This is not what government control of information is about.  Government control of information is about CONTROL of the people. WATCH:
