A New Special Interest Coalition for ’26 and ’28, Datacenters

**Bumped by Request**

A few weeks ago, I was having a politics conversation with a tech insider. The issue of datacenters became a focus of the conversation. The first response from him was “this is the issue that might decide 2026 and will certainly decide 2028.”

The tech side of the issue is essentially: As 5G wifi was to mobile connectivity, so too are the datacenters the cornerstone of nationwide AI rollout.  Eventually, all of the datacenters will interconnect and become part of a massive information system that houses all knowledge, a great digital brain.  From that point, engagement with Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems will become like a public utility.

The datacenters themselves can be a hot button issue as their proximity to people creates friction.  Battles against datacenters are taking place in rural and non-rural areas alike. With deep pockets and strong national security arguments involving the “AI race,” the technocrats are currently winning the argument. However, as with all special interest issues, the opportunity for political benefit now determines DC advocacy.  WATCH:

What are your thoughts on this issue?

Is opposition to datacenters strong enough to tilt the outcome of the 2026 midterms?  And do you believe 2028 will be determined with this issue at the forefront?

President Trump Reminds Texas to Vote for Ken Paxton in Tomorrow Senate Republican Primary

Delivering a reminder from his Truth Social Account, President Trump reminds Texas voters of the disappointment that John Cornyn represents and the endorsement for Ken Paxton to replace him tomorrow.

[Truth Social] – “TEXAS, REMEMBER! Ken Paxton was a GREAT Attorney General, probably the best in the Country. He was also very loyal to your favorite President, ME, as the Dumocrats played their ultimate game of Weaponization, and failed, BADLY! I LOVE Texas, and WON it all three times, getting, by far, the highest (A Record!) Vote in the History of that Great & Beautiful State. Ken’s opponent was VERY disloyal to me, as President, and didn’t fight hard enough for the desperately needed SAVE AMERICA ACT – VOTER I.D., PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP, NO MAIL-IN BALLOTS (with exceptions for Military, Illness, Disability, or Travel!). What more needs to be said??? Vote for Ken Paxton on Tuesday, HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!!! ~ President DONALD J. TRUMP

Sunday Talks – Defeated Thomas Massie Promises to Keep Shouting at Trees Until MAGA is Defeated

Appearing on NBC’s Meet the Press to promote his character and principled superiority to all other congressional representatives, the professional political narcissist, Thomas Massie, pledges to create as much turmoil as possible in his final seven months. Video and Transcript Below:

{TRANSCRIPT} – KRISTEN WELKER: And joining me now is Republican Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky. Congressman Massie, welcome back to Meet the Press.

REP. THOMAS MASSIE: Thanks, Kristen.

KRISTEN WELKER: Thank you so much for being here. I do wanna get to your race in just a moment, but I have to start with that developing news on Iran, President Trump posting on Saturday that an agreement with Iran has, quote, “largely been negotiated.” It’s unclear what exactly has been agreed to, whether any deal would directly address the issue of the nuclear program, which of course is at the center of the war with Iran. So far no final deal has been announced, but, Congressman, would you support a short-term deal with Iran?

REP. THOMAS MASSIE: Well, I was the author of the first War Powers Resolution to get us out of Iran. My constituents are hurting. Gas is almost $5 a gallon. Diesel’s almost $6 a gallon. And the farmers here in Kentucky can’t afford the fertilizer to put on their fields, so heck yes, I would support it. We don’t know what the terms of it are, but if Lindsay Graham and Ted Cruz are crashing out last night, I’d say it’s probably a pretty good deal.

President Trump Holds an Impromptu Tarmac Presser – Discussing Election Results, Elimination of Massie, Iran, Cuba and More

President Trump paused to answer media questions before boarding Airforce One as he departs Joint Base Andrews.  President Trump was asked about last night’s election results where all of the Trump supported nominees won victories and many other current events.

President Trump was also asked about his endorsement of Ken Paxton in the Texas senate race, to wit Trump noted Ken Paxton will win the primary and easily defeat the Democrat in the race.

President Trump also warned Fox News correspondent Jacqui Heinrich’s that her fiancé, Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), was at risk for attention from Trump after voting against Trump policy in Congress. Trump warned Ms. Heinrich that typically “doesn’t work out well” for conservative lawmakers.

Fitzpatrick voted against Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” last year, making him one of only two GOP lawmakers to do so, along with Rep.Thomas Massie (R-KY). That’s who Trump seemed to be referencing on Wednesday morning when he said it doesn’t go “well” for Republicans who oppose him.

Toward the end of the presser, President Trump was asked about James Comey recent comments that corrupt embeds remain inside the DOJ and FBI.  Trump noted Todd Blanche is doing a great job, and all of the resistance operators are being identified and removed.  WATCH:

UPDATE: Massie Loses His Seat – Kentucky Vote Results, Ed Gallrein vs Thomas Massie, Open Discussion Thread

UPDATE: Massie Loses His Seat – Ed Gallrein Wins Primary!

In one of the most watched primary races of the season, Kentucky House race for congressional district 04 is a challenge of President Trump endorsed Ed Gallrein versus the incumbent Trump antagonist Thomas Massie.

Most of the pontificating high-horse alligator emojis from the DeSantis tribe are supporting Thomas Massie along with significant elements of the GOPe and Bush clan who just want President Trump to get a loss.  The anti-Trump republicans have all coalesced behind Massie.  Meanwhile, the MAGA group of pro-Trump supporters are aligned to support Massie’s challenger, the Trump-endorsed Ed Gallrein.

Representative Thomas Massie is facing the most difficult re-election battle of his career. Massie has been the most outspoken Republican antagonist of President Trump, who has strongly backed his challenger, Ed Gallrein, a former Navy SEAL.  The race has turned into the most expensive congressional primary race on record, with several groups furious over Mr. Massie’s general disposition to be in opposition to anything until Trump is removed.

President Trump Endorses Ken Paxton

Earlier today President Trump noted he would be giving an endorsement in the highly contested Texas Republican primary race. President Trump has endorsed Ken Paxton.

(Via Truth Social) – The Highly Respected Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, an America First Patriot, and someone who has always been extremely loyal to me and our AMAZING MAGA MOVEMENT, is running for the United States Senate, to represent a place I love and WON, BIG, three times, with 6.4 Million Votes in 2024 (The Most Votes in the History of the State, BY FAR)!

I know Ken well, have seen him tested at the highest and most difficult levels, and he is a WINNER! Ken is a Strong Supporter of TERMINATING THE FILIBUSTER and, very importantly, THE SAVE AMERICA ACT, something which polls at 87%, including Dumocrats, and yet can’t seem to get approved. Perhaps Ken can help move these important elements of Government forward because with the Filibuster, as an example, the Democrats will terminate it on their First Day in Office, giving us two extra States, D.C. and Puerto Rico, and a greatly enlarged Supreme Court of the United States, probably going with their Dream Number of 21 Justices from the 9 that we currently have — And these new Justices will be Radical Left Lunatics! Two years ago, our Country was DEAD — Now we have the “HOTTEST” Country anywhere in the World — And I want to keep it that way. Ken Paxton will help me do that, MAKING AMERICA BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!

Ken is a true MAGA Warrior who has ALWAYS delivered for Texas, and will continue to do so in the United States Senate. He will tirelessly fight to continue the Great Growth of our Economy, Cut Taxes and Regulations (I just delivered the Largest Tax and Regulation Cuts in American History!), and Advance MADE IN THE U.S.A., Unleash American Energy DOMINANCE, Champion Texas Oil & Gas, Advocate for our Amazing Farmers and Ranchers, Promote School Choice, Keep our Border SECURE, Stop Migrant Crime, Support our Incredible Military/Veterans, Safeguard our Elections, and Protect our always under siege Second Amendment.

Barbara Boyd Recaps Trump China Trip, Canada/EU Conflict and 2026 Midterm Positioning

Barbara Boyd from Promethean Action PAC gives her take on the current situation.

“Barbara Boyd argues the key outcome of Trump’s China visit was the personal trust between Trump and Xi, symbolized by Xi’s “secret garden” tour previously reserved for Putin, and framed as establishing guardrails for U.S.–China strategic and tech competition amid the Iran war and energy geopolitics. She says London and Democrats are “screaming” because Trump is reshaping global economic relationships while Treasury Secretary Bessent lifts U.S. sanctions on Russian exports. The episode targets Mark Carney and Keir Starmer as City of London figures who tried to capture China finance, advance BRICS as a dollar alternative, promote a synthetic reserve currency via CBDCs, and steer $130T through green finance—efforts Boyd says have failed as Trump reverses “Green New Deal” policies. She highlights DOJ election-rigging probes, renewed scrutiny of “Russiagate,” anti-fraud prosecutions, voter backlash, and insurgent politics in Los Angeles and London.”

Sunday Talks – Sanctimonious James Comey Sends Message to His Corrupt Allies in FBI, “I’m urging them, hang on”

Incapable of retaining a stiff upper lip since birth, the sanctimonious James Comey instead pontificates in his customary political fashion about how non-political he is; all the while remaining mounted on his high-horse.  If there’s one corrupt official who deserves to spend time behind cold bars, it’s this creature.

James Comey appears on NBC news to send a message to his remaining corrupt allies within the FBI and DOJ to hang on and retain their position within the Lawfare resistance. As a spineless and immoral creature, and in an absolute case study about how a narcissist projects his mindset, Comey shifts the blame for his current status to his wife and then blame-casts his former conduct to AG Loretta Lynch.   Video and Transcript Below:

[Transcript] – KRISTEN WELKER: Welcome back. And joining me now is former FBI Director James Comey, author of the new novel Red Verdict. Director Comey, welcome back to Meet the Press.

JAMES COMEY: Great to be with you.

KRISTEN WELKER: Great to have you here. Congratulations on your novel. We’ll talk about it in just a moment. I do want to start with this extraordinary moment in which you find yourself. You’re facing a second indictment by the Trump administration, trial in just a few weeks potentially. I know you’re not going to comment on the specifics of the case, but I want to ask you a big-picture question. The charges against you stem from this Instagram post of seashells that spelled out “86 47.” You see it right there. The indictment says it was, quote, “a serious expression of an intent to do harm to the president of the United States.” Has being under this microscope changed the way you live your life, Director Comey?
