In a letter released last night from a former boyfriend of Christine Blasey-Ford, there was a name curiously not redacted. The name of Monica L McLean was revealed as a life-long friend who Ms. Ford helped with polygraph preparation.
The media has begun to focus on the letter as outlining a lie told by Ms. Ford during recent congressional testimony… But the backstory to Ms. Monica Lee McLean is an even bigger story.
First the letter from the boyfriend:

In addition to boyfriend noting Ms. Monica L McLean in the current letter, Ms. Monica Lee McLean was also one of the signatories of another letter from the Holton-Arms class of 1984 bolstering the credibility of Ms. Blasey-Ford.

President Trump delivers remarks to the media while departing the White House en route to Philadelphia for a speech to National Electrical Contractors.
Interestingly, within these specific impromptu remarks, this is one of those times when President Trump openly shows his political instincts.  President Trump is asked about his conversation with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein – and the president outlines that he doesn’t want to make any moves on the Rosenstein issues until after the full Kavanaugh story has run its course.
President Trump also makes brief reference to the remarks last night by Senator Lindsey Graham about running on the Kavanaugh nomination during the mid-term election.

Senator Lindsey Graham discusses the current status of the Kavanaugh nomination with Fox News host Sean Hannity. Senator Graham says he feels confident that Judge Kavanaugh will be confirmed. Senator Mitch McConnell is confident there will be a vote by the end of the week.
However, Mr. Hannity ponders what happens if two of the GOPe votes withdraw. If 49 yea votes are forecast, Graham does the infamous triple-lindsey…
Senator Graham outlines his advice to President Trump if two-of-three Senators (Jeff Flake, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins) do not support the nomination at the end of the week. Graham would advise President Trump to pull the nomination and campaign in the 2018 mid-term election with Kavanaugh as the primary issue. Oddly enough, that’s the same goal held by the Democrat wing of the UniParty.

Whenever there is deep contention -actual risk of political exposure- the UniParty always maneuvers back into the shadows and away from actually taking a vote.
If the GOPe pull the vote, republican voters will be angry/disappointed. If the GOPe vote and cannot confirm the nominee, republican voters will be angry/disappointed. The highly predictable strategy by Democrats, far-left activists and compliant ideological media to smear/destroy Judge Brett Kavanaugh is solidly in phase three:

• √ Phase 1 – Activate last minute delay chaos (prior “Me Too” investment).
• √ Phase 2 – Use sex assault claims to demand investigation, further delay. Use republicans, not democrats, to establish/frame the delay.
• √ Phase 3 – Use investigation to frame validity narrative; further delay.  Use republican fear (leverage Jeff Flake) not democrats, to continue the delay. Manipulate FBI. Shift investigation goalposts.   <=WE ARE HERE
• Phase 4 – Use “deeply flawed investigation” narrative (witnesses ignored); to isolate Murkowski/Collins and keep Flake in position.  Drum mid-term “Let the voters decide”.
• Phase 5 – The mid-term election.

So far, the DC UniParty is executing this flawlessly.  The shift to Phase 4 should be anticipated for Thursday’s media-cycle.   On/Around October 15th the mid-term gravitational field will take over. (more…)

Mr. Jeffrey Catalan accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh of assaulting a woman on a boat in Rhode Island. Mr. Catalan first sent the accusation to Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, one of the primary Democrat operatives who was helping to construct the attacks against Judge Kavanaugh. Senator Whitehouse simultaneously informed the media and the Judicary Committee of the allegations. Mr. Catalan later recanted his story, saying he made it all up.
Today, Senator Chuck Grassley requested a criminal investigation of Mr. Catalan for making false accusations.
The investigation may also include Senator Sheldon Whitehouse for assisting and promoting the false accusation:
WASHINGTON – The Senate Judiciary Committee today referred for criminal investigation apparent false statements made to committee investigators alleging misconduct by Judge Brett Kavanaugh. In a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Chris Wray, Chairman Chuck Grassley sought a criminal review of the actions by a named individual who provided Congress with the information, diverting Committee resources from an ongoing investigation.
Committee investigators have actively pursued a number of tips the committee has received regarding the nomination of Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, though the committee has not been able to substantiate any allegations of wrongdoing by Judge Kavanaugh. One tip was referred to the committee by staff for Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I).

Fusion GPS is a political research firm and network of political operatives who sell their mercenary services to anyone willing to pay.  Fusion has resources inside and outside government and the capability to exploit FBI and NSA databases containing information about U.S. citizens.  Fusion then uses a secondary network of media outlets who they pay to write articles shaped for their purposes. Fusion GPS is operated by Glenn Simpson.
In April 2016 Hillary Clinton hired Fusion GPS to target her presidential campaign opponent, Donald Trump.
Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson then assigned Russian expert and CIA research analyst Nellie Ohr to the Trump project.  At the time Nellie Ohr’s husband, Bruce Ohr, was the #4 ranking official inside the DOJ National Security Division.  Simultaneous to Nellie Ohr’s assignment, Fusion GPS also sub-contracted with Christopher Steele for additional material and internal collaboration with Mrs. Ohr.

Glenn Simpson, Nellie and Bruce Ohr then worked with Christopher Steele on the “Steele Dossier” and the promotion of the content therein to media and FBI allies.  The FBI then closed the loop by exploiting the information within “the Dossier” to gain a Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant on the Trump campaign.  All of this activity is now a matter of public record; none of it is disputed.
This network of activity has gained a great deal of sunlight over the past nine months as witnesses have given testimony to congress, and documents have been released showing how it all came together.
