In May of 2022 Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis assembled what is called a “special grand jury” to review claims that President Donald Trump attempted to coerce Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to find votes and assist him in winning the November 2020 election.

The “special grand jury” exists outside the traditional justice system and as an outcome cannot produce indictments.  It was assembled, for all intents and purposes, as a quasi-grand jury with the intent on creating a continual political effort through a process best described as lawfare.

Essentially, the “special grand jury” is a panel of 26 selected Fulton County, GA, citizens to give an opinion as to whether District Attorney Willis should move toward holding Trump era officials accountable for unlawful election interference. The ‘special grand jury‘ provided the media with feeder material to maintain a narrative; they also heard testimony from 75 witnesses.  However, President Trump was never subpoenaed by this ‘special grand jury.’

Because the ‘special grand jury‘ is not necessarily subject to the same rules that apply to normal grand jury proceedings, which strictly forbid any traditional grand jury activity from public release (4th and 5th U.S. Amendment issue), Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney said parts of the narrative from the ‘special grand jury‘ assembly could be released to the public.

The excerpt of the ‘special grand jury‘ that was released did not assert any legal issue with the baseline for their formation, meaning no substantive finding of election interference. However, as you are likely aware, ‘lawfare’ focuses on the process side – and the strategy is to find unlawful activity within the process of a target defending himself/herself from the targeting itself.

To that end, the ‘special grand jury’ suspects that some of the witnesses who testified afore them may have lacked candor in their testimony.  The potential for perjury in front of the ‘special grand jury‘ now becomes the issue of focus.

Everything about this statement from Project Veritas is an exhibition in trying to cover their ass.

Two weeks later…. they release a statement, essentially saying there was never an issue between the board of directors, employees of Project Veritas and James O’Keefe.  If there never was an issue, why wait for two weeks to deny it?   Yeah, the problems start with the central falsity and go downhill from there.

Obviously, Project Veritas realized the scale of the backlash against them, and they are now trying to backtrack.

Without James O’Keefe there is no Project Veritas. It looks like the team at the organization realized this truth.

The part about not having any political preferences with a candidate running for office is particularly interesting and false, considering the signatories of the statement.

In a little covered lawsuit by the group New Yorkers For Religious Liberty, Inc. et al -VS- The City Of New York, something very odd has surfaced.

After imposing the vaccine mandate in 2021, New York City fired the unvaccinated workers then sent the FBI the names and fingerprints of the non-compliant city employees to register within the justice files of the federal government.

New York City has recently abandoned the vaccine requirement {SEE HERE}, but the lawyers for the plaintiffs are continuing the lawsuit against the city because employment in the private sector is now impacted because the names of the unvaccinated are flagged in justice files within state and federal criminal justice records.

Pre-employment background checks now “flag with problem codes,” tagging the applicant as a potential criminal risk simply for being unvaccinated.

The stunning revelation about the FBI holding fingerprint files of the unvaccinated surfaced in court arguments from this lawsuit.   It seems like something out of a dystopian novel, but the reality is very serious.  I have not found any media reporting on the issue; however, CTH will highlight the raw source information so you can see for yourself.

It is remarkable to realize the scope of how the various government systems were so committed to the vaccine requirement, they were willing to register the names and fingerprints of unvaccinated Americans for future targeting.  Few things leave me speechless…  This does.

Canada’s politically and culturally correct Defense Minister Anita Anand held a press conference in Ottawa after a US warplane shot down an unidentified object flying over northern Canada on the orders of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

While reminding Canadians of the vital importance of working to protect the indigenous people of North America, and reminding the nation that all measures will be taken to ensure their safety as the recovery efforts continue, Defense Minister Anand emphasized the importance of the moment stating (06:55), “we detected this object together” with NORAD, and “we defeated this object together.”

A rather odd choice of carefully selected words, inferring “the object” was fighting back.  WATCH:

Given the recent events at GBNews, I was very interested to see and hear the Neil Oliver monologue this week, to see if the issues of censorship, control and weaponized cultural Marxism would be part of his focus.

In his unique way, Oliver does approach the subject, by targeting the larger social Marxist effort to control speech and language.  Oliver talks about how accurate words are diminished by those who overplay them in order to achieve political gains.  Additionally, how the politically correct (culturally Marxist) intents of the progressive movement, intentionally downplay very real and dangerous outcomes by ignoring events that should be described by the words they overuse.

Oliver also applies the process to the attacks against his own speech.  As Oliver notes, he is now labeled as a “far right-wing racist and antisemite”.  Stay with this and you can see how the overarching dynamic of the past several weeks in U.K. politics is being deconstructed by Oliver’s application of common sense. Racist, sexist, misogynist, transphobe, anti-Semite – the list of tags is long. But just as the ceaseless printing of money has utterly devalued our currencies, so the machine-gun spraying of labels, powerful labels once reserved for specific behaviours, deliberate crimes with malice aforethought, has rendered once lethally effective words all but meaningless.

CTH has never pretended or played the game of pretending, but several people have discussed the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing today on the Twitter censorship issue… and thus, some reminders and clarifications of inside DC politics are needed.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, hereafter called the House Oversight Committee or HOC, has a very specific function in DC circles that apparently too few understand.  Once again, let us be clear while trying to explain decades of false information founded upon arcane legislative outlooks.

This article is specific only to the House Oversight Committee.

Within Washington DC, the HOC has a very specific and unique function.  What Fox News is to corporate conservative punditry, so too is the HOC to the same DC system of pretending.  The House Oversight Committee is the “Chaff and Countermeasures” committee.  The HOC operates for both parties with the same mission.

The House Oversight Committee was/is created by the House legislative leadership to make money for the party in control of the Chair.  When the House Speaker is notified of a DC corruption issue, inside his/her office they will often be heard saying, “give it to oversight.”  The intent of that instruction is to give the issue to the HOC, so they can hold hearings, create soundbites and fundraise from the issue.

Making money for the party in control of the Chair is the primary function of the House Oversight Committee.  The HOC does not exist to create accountability or oversight; the HOC exists to exploit the issue for fundraising and satiate the base voters of the party in control of the Chair.  The HOC presents the illusion of accountability by constructing soundbites and member performances which are then broadcast on television for appearances to the voting audience.  It is essentially theater.

Early in the morning of September 23, 2022, pro-life activist Mark Houck was awakened by the nightmare of 25 armed FBI agents banging on his door.  They gained entry, held his family at gunpoint and took him into federal custody on charges he violated the “Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.

The issue stemmed from an incident in October of the prior year (2021) when an abortion activist confronted Mr. Houck and his son while peacefully protesting.

Bruce Love, a 72-year-old volunteer at a Philadelphia Planned Parenthood began shouting at Houck and his son, aggressively in his face.

Mr. Houck shoved Mr. Love out of the way, and the abortion industry used the shove to claim Houck committed violence and federal law enforcement got involved.

Today, Mark Houck was found not guilty of the federal charges, by a jury in Pennsylvania.

(Fox News) – […] Houck was arrested in his home by multiple FBI agents in September 2022.  U.S. Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, celebrated the news of Houck’s acquittal with a tweet. “Good. Begs question of the $48 billion we give to DOJ…,” he wrote. 

Shortly after Houck’s arrest last fall, his attorney Peter Breen told Fox News Digital that his client’s arrest was an “outrageous abuse of power” from the Department of Justice that was intended to intimidate pro-life Americans.

There are few things that leave me speechless, consider this one of them.

This is a jaw-dropping story breaking today.  According to an email sent by Mount Pleasant High School in Rhode Island, it looks like the school administration is seeking contributions from faculty and staff to pay a Mexican “coyote” who trafficked a student into the country.   [SOURCE]

Everything associated with this request for teachers, administrators and staff of the school to participate in gathering funds to pay for an illegal human trafficking operation, is itself illegal.  It is just, well, unfathomable that Asst. Principal Stefani Harvey would openly make such a request.  Local, state and federal law enforcement should immediately be contacted to investigate.

Intellectually honest observers have long realized that Antifa, as an organized domestic violence movement in the United States, could not exist if it was not supported directly or with willful blindness by the FBI. Sometimes you just have to accept things as they are, and not as you would wish them to be.

If the FBI did not support Antifa, it would be simple to target their financial mechanisms, fundraising platforms and social media networks that showcase their communications. If the FBI didn’t support Antifa, they would simply target the networks and arrest the participants for domestic terror related activity. It is not that difficult to see the FBI doesn’t do this because the FBI/DOJ support the violence.

During his opening monologue Monday night, Fox News host Tucker Carlson outlines exactly this issue. WATCH:
