Yesterday, the New York Times reported on U.S. intelligence and diplomatic officials from the State Dept sharing intelligence with Chinese officials in the three months leading up to the Russian invasion.  {Go Deep on Analysis} The narrative from the article tells the story of the U.S. trying to convince China in December, January and February to intervene and persuade Russia not to cross the border into Ukraine.

Many people have looked at this story from the perspective of incompetence, i.e. why would the Biden team think China would not share the intel, etc.

However, when it comes to these types of issues, never ascribe to incompetence that which can be explained by intent.

There’s every reason to believe what the Biden intelligence community and state department were sharing with China, was done with the intention of Beijing giving it to Moscow.

From that perspective, the question around intent becomes, what did they push and why did they push it?

Now we get to the story, quote and critical Reuters article from December of 2021. What was being said by Joe Biden to Ukraine President Vladimir Zelenskyy?

Reuters, December 9, 2021 – “U.S. President Joe Biden assured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that Kyiv’s bid to join the NATO military alliance was in its own hands, Zelenskiy’s chief of staff said after the two leaders spoke on Thursday.

Biden and Zelenskiy had a call two days after Biden held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin to try to defuse a crisis over Russian troop movements near Ukraine’s borders. (read more)

In mid-December of 2021, Joe Biden was telling President Zelenskyy the entry of Ukraine into NATO was up to Ukraine.  If they want in, they’re in.

This is a red line for Russia, Joe Biden knew it.  Vladimir Putin had been very clear about his opposition, and everyone knew it.  Russia would never concede allowing Ukraine to enter NATO.

Let us not forget the history of Egypt 2011, Libya 2012 and the original U.S. State Department Ukraine operations in 2014.

Everything we are seeing in U.S. media surrounding U.S. interests in Ukraine is a massive propaganda operation with the headquarters in the U.S. State Department and U.S. intelligence community.  The sense of sympathy you are feeling is part of an intentionally manipulative operation from within this DC matrix.

The images, pictures, videos, speeches, soundbites and the cinematography broadcast by U.S. corporate media are all purposefully intended to create a very specific outlook within the American people toward the issues in Ukraine.  The leftist United Nations, and the leftist U.S State Dept, will work together on this just like they have done in the prior examples (Ukraine 1.0, Libya, Egypt, etc.)

If you question any of their constructs, if you point out the puppet strings, if you notice the collective distribution of specifically repeated patterns, you are a labeled a Russian apologist.  However, it is critical to retain our reference points to recognize when we are being misled by this effort.

This is not to say that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a good actor in this scenario, he’s not.  This is also not to say that Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a willful participant in this geopolitical scheme, he’s not.  Zelenskyy is stuck in a scenario that is not in his control. He is doing the best he can to avoid the worst outcome, which means he is aligning with the U.S. State Dept, because it is the least bad of the two current options.

In the bigger picture, the Canadian banking and financial system was hit hard by the deployment of the Emergency Act which highlighted the ability of the government to arbitrarily freeze and seize money, assets and financial investment capital without any due process.

There are also strong rumors in the financial sector, that in addition to Canadians removing money from the banking system, previous investment funds from Hong Kong had been moved – and, making matters even worse, digital currency exchanges were no longer offering secure services in Canada.

Simultaneous to the mounting domestic and international backlash against the financial system, the Canadian Senate was likely to rebuke the government of Justin Trudeau and not support the invocation of the Emergency War Measures Act against Canadian citizens.

As a result of multiple issues of backlash with severe consequence, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his cabinet are trying to save face, and yet walk away from the Emergency War Measures Act by revoking it before they faced the humiliation of a public defeat in the Canadian Senate. After his prepared remarks about his reversal in position, Trudeau was softly questioned about internal documents discovered by the Canadian Senate that point toward Trudeau’s cabinet discussing the political benefits they would gain by invoking the Emergency Act.  The prime minister dodged the question twice, instead saying a parliamentary investigation will review why the Emergency Act was needed.

Keep an eye on the story of this Senate discovery.  From all indications, even the liberal allies of Trudeau in the Senate were unable to support the Emergency Act after they reviewed the non-public documents.  There’s something very damaging in those documents, likely internal emails between Trudeau and his various ministers.

Has there been a massive exodus of capital out of the Canadian financial system?

A few obscure but interesting data-points seem to indicate Justin Trudeau’s unprecedented use of the federal government and intelligence apparatus to target the bank accounts of Canadian citizens has just created a serious problem for their financial institutions.

If I was a betting person, I would bet half my stake that something very serious is happening in the background of the Canadian financial system, and it appears the leaders inside government, as well as leaders in the international financial community, are reacting and trying to keep things quiet.  Stick with me on this and stay elevated…

BACKGROUND – When Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced he was invoking the Emergency War Measures Act to seize bank accounts and block access to the financial system for people who were arbitrarily deemed as terrorists to the interest of the Canadian government, i.e. the Freedom Protest group writ large, many people immediately thought about the consequences of a government taking such action.

Indeed, the first response to many who witnessed the gleeful declarations of the Canadian government as they expressed their intent to utilize their emergency power, was that this was seriously going to undermine faith and confidence in the Canadian financial systems. The RCMP is the Canadian equivalent of the FBI.

If the government can work with the RCMP to target people based on an arbitrary political decree, and then control your bank account while simultaneously giving financial institutions liability protection for their participation, the confidence in the banking system is immediately undermined.

What might seem like a great tool for political punishment has long term consequences, especially if people start withdrawing their money and/or shifting the placement of their investments to more secure locations away from the reach of the Canadian government.  Considering the rules of fractional banking and deposits, it doesn’t take many withdrawals before the banks have serious issues.

And so it begins… An Ottawa Judge has denied bail for convoy organizer Tamara Lich citing the severe threat she poses to the Canadian government and the destabilization of democracy in Canada.

From the 30,000-ft level, the timed delay of the judicial determination appears connected to last night’s parliamentary approval of the Emergency War Measures Act. The Crown stalled the judicial appearance until Parliament affirmed authorization of the EA.  The Act provides increased legal measures for the Crown to keep Lich in the bowels of the dungeon as punishment for her high crimes and heinous mischief.

Despite the government and judicial framing of her actions, Mrs. Lich remains only charged with “counseling to create mischief,” interpreted by the communists in the Canadian judiciary as a grievous offense so serious in nature that her incarceration status must remain higher than all former terrorists encountered by the Canadian state.

“You have had plenty of opportunity to remove yourself and even others from this criminal activity but obstinately chose not to, and persistently counselled others not to either,” the judge said, adding that “this community has already been impacted enough.” (link)

Worth watching this entire diatribe from start to finish.  In his public statements today, Trudeau’s Public Safety Minister, Marco Mendicino, definitively says the people charged by federal RCMP officials are tied to far-right extremist groups who are funded by international terrorist organizations with an intent to overthrow the government.

According to the statements, the Canadian government is under attack from thousands of highly organized terrorists within the country.  Their goal is to overthrow the government and install an entirely new form of national assembly.  This is what he is claiming.

Specifically, Mendicino claims the protestors, charged with firearms offenses in Coutts, are the first wave of a well known domestic terrorist group directly connected to the trucker protest group in Ottawa.  However, when challenged to give the name of the terrorist organization he is speaking about, Mendocino completely walks back the claim to an unrecognizable point.

In related news, seven masked midgets were captured running amok in an Ottawa supermarket.  No one was hurt during their apprehension, but several bruises were noted on the knees of the special military operators after their tactic operations were concluded.

When the terms “freedom and liberty” are allowed to be defined as extremist sentiment, what you end up with are Canadian federal police beating people in the streets and arresting citizens who petition their government for freedom.  Meanwhile, the ever fearful and politically correct conservatives in Parliament grasp their pearls while simultaneously cowering to avoid labels.

Somewhere there is a radical called Saul Alinsky, the trainer of modern revolutionary communists and political leftists – who dedicated his training manual to Lucifer, smiling as he watches the results of his teachings.  Unfortunately, we have not yet seen the worst of what is to come from this.

Allow me to highlight the point with two easily referenced examples from Canadian media (infiltrated with ideological stenographers) and contemplate the larger message against government saying we must “defend our democracy” while removing political protest.  Notice the evolution of the collective narrative in just a few days.

The word “freedom” is extremist (Feb 13) … Conservatives are “extremist” (Feb 18)

When “freedom and liberty” are defined as extremism, conservatives become defined as extremists. See how that works?  Yes, linguistic judo and ideological training provided by Saul Alinsky, in his rules for radicals.

In essence, Alinsky taught the budding communists to define the opposition, isolate them, ridicule them and marginalize them.  Now, if you find yourself having a mental reference to a race of persons as defined during World War II, before Alinsky’s book was even written, your reference point is solid.

Whenever we allow any entity, group, or collective echo-chamber to change the terminology, we are making a big mistake.  Orwell wrote about the outcome in his book 1984, where The Ministry of Peace is established to create war; the Ministry of Truth is established to create lies and propaganda; the Ministry of Love established to justify torture and beatings; and the Ministry of Plenty to control food production leading to starvation.

These are not simply contradictions in words and terms, these are an earlier version of what David Mamet later described as necessary tools for modern leftists.  In order to advance severe ideological positions, they must pretend not to know things.  Ignoring contradictions is a feature of modern leftism, not a flaw.

Denial of truth allows easier trespass.

Developing Story.  Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau cancelled parliamentary debate today as federal police began arresting protesting truckers and confiscating vehicles.  Trudeau did not want to face government while the operation to break the back of the freedom protestors begins.

Early this morning, federal police assembled a convoy of heavy tow trucks to begin the operation.  The identities of the tow truck companies were masked by painting over the logos to avoid retaliation.  RCMP and Ottawa police then brought in Armored Personnel Carriers (MRAP’s and APC’s) to support the operation.

Media were told to leave the enforcement zone to help hide the optics of heavily armed RCMP tactical units, and they began breaking the windows of the trucks and forcibly removing the truck drivers.  For the same reason, popular social media YouTuber’s, who had been broadcasting livestreams, were arrested as the operation began.

The police are slowly moving down the road arresting people, removing the truckers, and then letting tow operations begin.

Canadian state media have been embedded with the Jackboots in order to show an officially approved video presentation to Canadian citizens.  The media are being directed and choreographed from the executive suites of Trudeau and the corporations.  There are a few citizen livestreams below:

CANADA – Police are clashing with protesters and making several arrests as officers move along Rideau Street toward Parliament Hill in downtown Ottawa as part of the operation to end the three-week occupation. Ottawa police were seen moving along Rideau just before noon ET, arresting several protesters and towing vehicles.

GBNews Host Mark Steyn outlines the current state of political affairs in Canada with one of the few conservative leaders in the country, Maxime Bernier.

Bernier leads the People’s Party of Canada and says he doesn’t recognize the country right now, as it is being run by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his hardline communist party sympathizers.  The Emergency Act is being used to target Trudeau’s political opposition, and the truckers along with their supporters are framed as the enemy of the government.

NOTE: before getting to the heart of the biggest headline, I just want to note that when Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland speaks in French, she says things she never repeats in English.  The French language Canadian audience hear a much stronger declaration in the framework of government action, including language that says, “The Canadian government, and the heart of Canadian democracy is directly being attacked by foreign groups.”  Freeland does not say this in English, only in her French delivery.

During her prepared remarks today, a very happy Canadian Finance Minister declared that federal law enforcement (RCMP) has begun working with financial institutions to de-bank Canadian citizens, cancel insurance policies, remove access to credit cards, cancel mortgages and freeze the assets of Canadian citizens.  When you watch the segment highlighted below, keep in mind the RCMP is the Canadian equivalent of the FBI.

When asked specifically about Canadian citizens who donated to crowdfunding platforms GiveSendGo and GoFundMe, and whether those people will be targeted under the Emergency Act, Minister Freeland giddily affirmed those people are the actual targets, and the de-banking of those individuals is underway.  This includes the seizure of digital currency and crypto-wallets.

In the earlier part of her remarks, Freeland noted that social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) are being used as evidence against the targeted names identified within the donor lists.  Tech platforms have provided people to work with Canadian federal officials, as they identify and cross-reference the donor files to their social media identities.  WATCH:

Again, not a word about the coronavirus, covid mandates, or government action related to the pandemic.  The totality of the Trudeau administration effort is in weaponizing a narrative of protests against the government to achieve a raw and brutal power grab.   The Emergency Act is being used as a tool for political power.

Quite remarkable how openly they admit what they are doing.
