Twitter Downsizing Data Center in Atlanta GA (Near GA Tech), and Shutting Down Data Center in Sacramento

Curious news about Jack’s Magic Coffee Shop, aka ‘The Twitter’, surfaces as the social media company announces that to save money, they will shut down the Sacramento data center and substantially downsize the Atlanta data center.

Oddly enough, the Atlanta data center is in the same regional complex as Georgia Tech University, which is the same university under U.S. government contract (think Rodney Joffe and the Trump-Russia Alfa Bank hoax) for cybersecurity research efforts.

[NOTE: Shortly after Twitter expanded its data center in Atlanta, on Nov 29, 2016, Georgia Tech received a $17.3 million contract from the U.S. Dept of Defense for “cybersecurity” research.  Three days later, Georgia Tech announced new collaboration with China’s Tianjin U, which hosts the APT hacker groups and is a partner of China Telecom and Huawei. Funny that, and you already know my suspicions, so I digress.]

(Data Center Dynamics) – Twitter is shutting down its data center in Sacramento, and will downsize its facility in Atlanta, Platformer’s Zoë Schiffer reports. The decision was previously rumored in November.

The company operates three main facilities in the US, with its remaining site in Portland, Oregon, expected to take the increased load. It is not clear if Twitter has done an analysis of the migration and whether the remaining servers can handle the load – when the Sacramento data center collapsed in September it caused a system outage. The move is expected to happen as soon as early January.

John Kerry Pontificates About the Extraordinary Ability of a “Select Group of Humans” at the World Economic Forum, Who Will Save The Planet for the Eaters and Serfs

During a sidebar conversation with those rare elites who wax philosophically about their magnanimous ability to protect the vulgarian eaters, former Secretary of State and current Climate Czar John Kerry, praises the audience for their unique traits and gifted high-mindedness that will protect all humanity.

While the lizard tongue darts, the grand pontifications are espoused.  The audience oohs and ahhs, at the nature of their entitled superiority. They are so good, so magnanimous, so altruistic in their disposition, according to Kerry they are literally “extraterrestrial,” which is to say out of this world.  WATCH:

Cautiously Optimistic – The House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government

Communication, discussion and step-by-step outlining is a very time-consuming enterprise.  If you are wondering about the light CTH posting recently, refer to the prior sentence.  I cannot say much; except to say no one is more cynical than I, and yet there is reason to be cautiously optimistic.

As previously noted, the 118th Congress is expected to authorize a “Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.”   The subcommittee will fall under the jurisdiction of the House Judiciary Committee led by Chairman Jim Jordan.   Additionally, Thomas Massie (R-KY) is being reported as a representative under consideration for the chairmanship the House subcommittee.

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan and potential House subcommittee Chair Thomas Massie should have a grasp of the scale and scope of the opposition they are about to face.  Assuming they have a fully prepared staff to support them – willing to take on a very consequential investigation; then we begin by first anticipating who will oppose their effort to investigate the “weaponization of government“.   Which is to say everyone!

The defensive apparatus of the DC political system will likely do everything in their power, individually and with collective assistance, to ensure this committee fails.  The stakes are quite high.  As readers here can well attest, DC politics is an institutional system of purposefully created compartmentalized silos.

The compartmented information silos permit plausible deniability, and this collection of weaponized institutions contains career bureaucrats who view their opposition as the American people.

Interesting Discussion – David Sacks Provides Context on Using the Twitter Files as Gateway for New House Subcommittee

I generally hit and miss most podcasts, often stumbling across content as an outcome of other people sharing and asking for review, analysis and opinion.  You could spend all day listening/watching various podcasts, and quite frankly who has that much time.  That said, this discussion has some great content as outlined by David Sacks.

Mr. Sacks is connected to some of the Twitter aspects and has a good perspective on processes being revealed in the Twitter Files.  Essentially the internal filtration team is applying keystroke inquiries into the Twitter electronic archives, based on terms given by the journalists.  Similar to FOIA but in a public company.  Something akin to how the discovery process would work if being done by lawyers.  {Direct Rumble Link}

Sacks has a very pragmatic outlook on the bigger picture but shares his overall perspective on what he views as the most disturbing revelations about the entire Deep State connection to efforts at controlling public speech.   Forward the interview to around the 00:07:50 point, for a great several minutes of analysis.  WATCH:

Devin Nunes Discusses Twitter File Drop #14 – Congress Demanding Twitter Censor Information About the Nunes Memo

Former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes appears on Fox News to discuss the release of Twitter File #14 which was centered around the legislative branch attempting to censor his “Nunes Memo.” {Direct Rumble Link Here}

The essence of Twitter File #14 was how the Senate Intelligence Committee, senators Feinstein (D-CA) and Warner (D-VA) along with House Intel Committee Adam Schiff (D-CA) pressured Twitter to remove content that supported the assertions of HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes.  WATCH:

History Rhyming – Twitter Files Supplemental: House Intelligence Committee Instructing Twitter on Content to Control & Remove

Comrades, history rhymes…

In his latest review of the Twitter Files, a supplemental to drive home the importance of what is visible – and what was kept hidden, Matt Taibbi focuses attention on the activity of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), and how they monitored public comments on Twitter and gave instructions to the platform on what content should be removed and/or controlled.

Pause for a moment and think about that.

[SEE TWITTER SUPPLEMENTAL HERE]

The House Intelligence Committee, that’s the government of the United States folks, assigning staff to monitor Twitter conversation and remove or control public commentary. Using the justification of “national security interests”, Adam Schiff was telling a social media platform what content should be permitted to exist and what content should be removed.

The ‘Stasi’ used to monitor phone calls and conduct targeting operations based on intercepted communication.   In the modern era, the Twitter Files clearly demonstrate, with an unequivocal amount of evidence, that the United States Government was/is monitoring social media content and then dispatching FBI officers based on intercepted public communication.

This is the House Intelligence Committee doing this.  This is our taxpayer money funding this.

Interesting Angle – New York Times, Which Means FBI and DOJ, Worried the New House Subcommittee on Fed Weaponization May Review Special Counsel Activity

The Washington Post speaks for the CIA, IC and DNI.  The New York Times and Politico speak for the FBI, DOJ-NSD and DHS concerns, while CNN is the representative voice of the U.S. State Dept.   These are the constants in the ever-changing world of narrative engineering.  Never forget them.

As a direct result of the concerns expressed within a New York Times article, it’s abundantly clear the FBI and DOJ-NSD are worried about the new House Subcommittee on Federal Weaponization of Government.  Specifically, the concern of the DOJ/FBI is the potential for the committee to start looking behind the curtain at the activity and intents of the special counsel operation.

(New York Times) – […] The resolution appears to give him authority to subpoena the Justice Department for information about the special counsel inquiry into Mr. Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election and his handling of classified documents, along with other politically charged matters like an open tax investigation into President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

The text of the resolution would also grant Mr. Jordan’s panel the power to receive the same highly classified information that intelligence agencies make available to their oversight committee, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

2010 DHS Contract to General Dynamics Information Systems for Domestic “Media Monitoring and Social Media Networking”

During my trip to DC in the summer of 2020 there were a myriad of disconcerting datapoints assembled; revelations that made sense of the madness and disappointments found everywhere. However, one of the key notations for future reference was to watch the political evolution of Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) and spot the jump where the ideological outlook turns into specific government action.

With that in mind, this recent discovery of a 2010 to 2015 DHS contract to a very well-known USG defense contractor, General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems Inc., surfaces.

As many are now becoming aware, DHS is the lead agency behind all of the engagements with Twitter and other social media.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), specifically created as an outcome of the post-911 Patriot Act, is the pivot point on the surveillance radar sweep.

Prior to the DNI the general Intelligence Community (IC) surveillance faced offshore and swept foreign adversaries. If any threat was picked up that included the potential for domestic terrorism, the identified contact transferred from the CIA, NSA, DoD into the DOJ and FBI.  The DOJ then used the FISA Court to request transfer of targeting from foreign to domestic.

However, after 911 it was determined the national security surveillance radar needed to sweep a full 360° to include domestic surveillance.  The ODNI was the office created to manage the pivot point.  As a specific outcome of the Patriot Act, American citizens were now under the same surveillance as foreign adversaries.  The new definition of American citizens being threats to the national security state is ultimately what led to our taking off shoes at TSA checkpoints in airports.   TSA is a subsidiary agency of DHS.

Very Interesting Joe Rogan Interview on Cobalt Mineral Mining in Congo with Siddharth Kara

Cobalt is a mined mineral needed for all rechargeable batteries including phones, pads, laptops and Electric Vehicles (EV’s). According to Siddharth Kara, an author and expert on modern-day slavery, human trafficking and child labor, approximately 72% of all the cobalt mined globally comes from the Congo.

Within his new book “Cobalt Red: How the Blood of the Congo Powers Our Lives,” Kara outlines how slave labor and child labor work these cobalt mines. Kara appeared on the Joe Rogan podcast {Direct Rumble Link to segment} to discuss his research and findings after visiting these Congolese mines.  Contrasting the “Green Movement” claims that their efforts are to “save the planet” by switching everyone to EV’s, the issues Kara outlines are remarkable.  WATCH:

Interesting on Many Levels, Mom Blocked from Taking Daughter to Radio City Music Hall Event as Result of Facial Recognition and Blacklist

Obviously, New York City contains one of the most widespread surveillance networks as a result of DHS funding and security ‘threats’.  However, the use of facial recognition software as a security feature is not as well known in the U.S. as it has been described in China.

A mom was taking her daughter to a show at Radio City Music Hall when she was pulled aside by security and told she would not be permitted admission.  The lady works for a law firm currently in litigation with the venue’s parent company, Madison Square Garden Entertainment.  All employees of the law firm are blacklisted.

Comrade citizens, what I find interesting about the story is the use of facial recognition to identify the woman and block her entry.  It doesn’t take a deep thinker to see where this type of targeting mechanism can be deployed along ideological lines.

NEW YORK – A recent incident at Radio City Music Hall involving the mother of a Girl Scout is shedding light on the growing controversy of facial recognition, as critics claim it is being used to target perceived enemies — by one of the most famous companies in the country.

Kelly Conlon and her daughter came to New York City the weekend after Thanksgiving as part of a Girl Scout field trip to Radio City Music Hall to see the Christmas Spectacular show. But while her daughter, other members of the Girl Scout troop and their mothers got to go enjoy the show, Conlon wasn’t allowed to do so.

That’s because to Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Conlon isn’t just any mom. They had identified and zeroed in on her, as security guards approached her right as he got into the lobby. (read more)
