Nothing will come of it, but it is still interesting to point out that for the first time EVER former CIA Director Leon Panetta will give testimony to congress about Libya.

It is important to note that Panetta and Hillary Clinton worked together on Operation Zero Footprint, the covert weapons running and regime change operation which began in March 2011 as a result of President Obama authorizing via presidential “finding memo“.

After Panetta left the CIA, General Petraeus took over and was ‘technically‘ in charge of the CIA on the night of the Benghazi attack 9/11/12.   However, Petraeus was removed from testifying before congress by the affair with Paula Broadwell which led to his resignation.  Mike Morell took over as interim CIA chief two days before the testimony.  (more…)

President Obama pressured/threatened all Democrats and UniParty membership Republicans to support his Iranian Nuclear Deal, they did.  Now Iran violates the deal, sanctions should be applied, but the White House says – meh, violations… no biggie.

(Via Washington Free Beacon) A last minute delay last week in the implementation of new Iran sanctions has some prominent congressional backers of the nuclear deal accusing the Obama administration of capitulating to Iranian demands, according to sources both on and off Capitol Hill.

Senior Obama administration officials at the White House’s National Security Council told Congress Wednesday morning that new sanctions were coming as a result of Iran’s repeated ballistic missile tests, which violate current United Nations Security Council Resolutions prohibiting such activity. As we review the current media report for President Obama’s intentions, regarding executive office restrictions on firearms, we must remember the second term distinction between “executive orders” and “executive action“.

♦ Executive orders are those dictatorial fiats from the White House that contain an origin, at least as regarded by the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), founded in law.

♦ “Executive actions” are the term-two preferences of President Obama and constitute dictatorial fiats that are not constitutionally based, not legal, not supported by the OLC, and will not eventually hold up under legal challenge.  The key word is “eventually”.

The Obama “executive actions” are political decisions intentionally constructed and designed to advance an ideology while creating legal conflict.  They successfully advance ‘change’ until they are overruled by state and federal courts.

An example of an “executive action” was the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans, or DAPA, amnesty program Obama rolled out in November of 2014.   DAPA was an Executive Action, not an Executive Order.

Executive Actions open barn doors.  They are never designed/intended to pass legal challenge.  They create mostly irreversible consequences.

To the best of our knowledge the entire MSM and professional punditry have yet to recognize the strategic and intentional use of executive action – and explain it to everyone. (more…)

People who are wondering why Donald Trump might be referencing some historical Clinton issues, might do well to refresh their memory on how vengeful Clinton staffers trashed the White House when Vice-President Al Gore lost to George W Bush in 2000.

When considering how the office of the presidency is regarded by the Clintons, a new generation of voters may not know about Team Clinton: writing vulgar messages on the White House office walls, destroying furniture, slicing chair cushions, ripping phones out of walls, removing the historical door knobs, stealing items, switching around the fax machines, gluing desk drawers closed, carving into desk tops, removing the “w” key from all the computer keyboards, and much worse.

The unwritten aspect to this story (NPR delivery below) is that the Army Forces Command is overriding the White House who didn’t want Bergdahl charged due to political issues, ie. embarrassment.

Numerous previous outlines have evidenced pressure from inside the political apparatus to dismiss charges against the deserter who was praised in the Rose Garden by President Obama – Today the Army said, nope, the guy is going to face the charges.

(Via NPR) […]  Overriding the recommended punishment by an Army officer, head of Army Forces Command Gen. Robert B. Abrams ordered that Bergdahl, now the subject of the Serial podcast, face a court-martial for desertion.

President Obama and DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson at the heart of the issue.

( WASHINGTON DC )  A secret U.S. policy that prohibits immigration officials from reviewing the social media messages of foreign citizens applying for U.S. visas was reportedly kept in place over fears of a civil liberties backlash and “bad public relations.”

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson refused in early 2014 to end the policy, even though several other officials in the organization pressed for such a policy change, ABC News reported Monday. (more…)

A few interesting updates today in the San Bernadino terrorist attack that killed 14 people.  Buried deep inside an ABC article we find out the ‘friend’ of Syed Farook, the man who purchased the long-guns, actually converted to Islam:

Investigators with the FBI today questioned Enrique Marquez Jr., the man who originally purchased the two “assault-style” rifles used in last week’s San Bernardino shooting in which 14 people were killed, according to law enforcement officials briefed on the probe.

[…]  An individual associated with a local mosque, who asked not to be named, said Marquez started coming there three or four years ago, after he had converted to Islam. The person said Marquez was shy and polite, but did not seem that bright. Two members of Farook’s family, but not Syed Farook, attended the same mosque, the person said.

Marquez previously worked at a Wal-Mart, and before that was employed by the California Department of Food and Agriculture, federal officials told ABC News.  (read more)

The FBI said earlier Monday it believes both suspects in last week’s attack in San Bernardino, were radicalized before carrying out the mass shooting. “We have learned and believe that both subjects were radicalized and have been for quite some time,” said David Bowdich, assistant director of the FBI’s field office in Los Angeles:

In addition, information has surfaced about a significant amount of money being deposited into their bank account:

A $28,500 DEPOSIT was made to Syed Farook’s bank account from WebBank.com on or about Nov.18, some two weeks before he and his wife Tashfeen Malik carried out the San Bernardino massacre, a source close to the investigation tells Fox News.

[…] On or about Nov.20, Fox News is told Farook converted $10,000 to cash, and withdrew the money at a Union Bank branch in San Bernardino. Afterwards, in the days before the shooting, there were at least three transfers of $5,000 that appear to be to Farook’s mother.

The loan and large cash withdrawal were described to Fox News by the source as “significant evidence of pre-meditation,” and further undercut the premise that an argument at the Christmas party on Dec. 2 led to the shooting (read more)
