Emerald Robinson has detailed a court filing in Colorado against Dominion Election Services. [Full Article Here] Within the filing there are some very interesting details worth reviewing:

…”[Dominion] has not waged its Lawfare campaign as only a corporate citizen, but also as a state–actor, i.e., the government. OVS is a state–actor because States across the United States have outsourced their constitutional obligation to run elections by deferring to [Dominion’s] professional experience and contracting out the administration, collection, counting, recording, and auditing of ballot results through voting technology, software, and thousands of hours of technical and election services.

For example, Georgia paid [Dominion] roughly $90,000,000 for a complete, end–to–end election solution in their Master Solution contract. In the Master Solution, Georgia specifically stated “[t]he unique abilities, knowledge, and skills of [Dominion] constitute a material inducement for State entering into this Agreement.” Such reliance and partnership between [Dominion] and States, according to which [Dominion] itself takes the place of the government, makes [Dominion’s] conduct of elections and all its related activities a state-action. The administration, collection, counting, recording, and auditing of ballot results in elections are inherently a traditional, exclusive public function. So not only have these Americans received Letters from a corporate citizen with tens of millions in annual revenue and private equity support, but they have also been threatened by, in effect, the government itself.”  (read more)

When the Australian government began beating their citizens in the street for leaving their houses and protesting against severe lockdown rules, I said –somewhat tongue in cheek at the time– to watch Vladimir Putin (Russia) and Xi Jinping (China) trigger U.N. security council sanctions against the Australian government for human rights abuses.

The point I was making earlier was to highlight a danger.  If Western governments continued to devolve into totalitarian regimes, global autocratic leaders will take the opportunity to exploit vulnerabilities created by such open undemocratic hostility toward the principles of freedom.

Putin, Xi and the Mullahs in Iran can easily enlarge their global influence if citizens in formerly free democratic nations react to western COVID mandates by rightly and appropriately rebuking their national and regional leadership.

CONSIDER– What population inside a western democracy is going to want to fight Russian or Chinese geopolitical aggression when they view their own national leaders through the same totalitarian prism?

Think about it carefully, because we are at this inflection point.

♦Ex. If China takes military action against Taiwan, and the leaders of France, Germany, the U.K, Australia and the United States want to do something about it, their internal credibility accounts are overdrawn.  Western populations writ large will not support those requests, because the citizens no longer view those leaders through the prism of freedom, liberty and democracy.   This is the current situation.  This is the danger western leaders ignored when they jumped into their totalitarian COVID mindset.

Earlier today White House Press Secretary Jennifer Psaki falsely claimed a United States President can do nothing about gasoline prices.  This is an oft familiar claim by the political left, it is also one of the more transparently false assertions in their arsenal of deceit.  First, WATCH:

So what can a U.S. President and administration specifically do?

We have abundant U.S. energy resources.  Quite literally the strongest in the entire world.

• Permit the use of preexisting approved leases in ANWAR (Alaska) to put more volume into the Alaskan oil pipeline that is severely underutilized.
• Finish the Dakota access pipeline.
• Re-approve the preexisting energy leases in New Mexico, Arizona, NE Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico.
• Retract the stoppage of the Keystone pipeline to permit efficient oil transport shipments from Canada.
• Stop blocking the expansion of coastal oil refineries in Texas, Louisiana and Alabama (regulatory issue), as well as Northwest, Northeast and Southeast Seaboard.
• Continue to develop natural gas as a clean burning fuel.
• Drive Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) as an export.

None of this requires any approval from OPEC.  Strategically the all of the above approach enhances U.S. national security and diminishes the influence of Russia, China and Iran.  Within six months of the above, gasoline will plummet.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released the third quarter review of average weekly wages [Main Data Here].  The results of the year-over-year comparison should alarm everyone.  This is a very serious data point that likely means we are in a recession, it just has not been quantified yet.

By now, everyone knows the term “stagflation”, which means a stagnant economy and large inflation (price increases), the easiest comparison is Jimmy Carter economic program in the 1970’s.  However, let me assure you what this latest BLS release foretells is not that.  This is far more serious than stagflation.  I am not an alarmist, but I am encouraging everyone to take this economic data seriously.

In this graphic I have modified the spread sheet to focus attention on the part that really matters. [Original Data Table 2 Here]  What you are seeing here is a comparison of weekly wages for the third quarter (July, Aug, Sept) of this year, compared to the weekly average wages in 2020:

Weekly wages went up a sum total of seven bucks [$7/1,000 = 0.7%] year over year.  THAT is ridiculously low.  However, worse yet look at all the categories of workers who saw an actual decline in wages.   This is not a decline in wage value, this is an actual decline in net wages earned.  WAGES HAVE DROPPED !

This is not only saying wages are failing to keep up with inflation, that part is beyond obvious, the data shows actual declines in wages for full time workers.  This is far more concerning, check that…. this is four alarm fire – running around the neighborhood naked and panicked level concerning… when you take actual declines in wages and factor in the September inflation numbers [Main Data Here].

President Trump announces a merger to initiate Trump Media and Technology Group as a public offering to generate startup funding for a new social media network called TruthSocial.Com {Website Registration and Download Here}.  Within the announcement {Source Here} the intent is to create a start-up media network to compete with current social media platforms which largely censor and remove users based on political opinion.

According to the press release, a beta test will take place in November and a full rollout in the first quarter of 2022.  Advanced registration is available at the site Truth.Social.com and Apple users can pre-order at the App store {LINK}.

As just about everything falls apart due to intended outcomes from Biden policy, it is increasingly obvious the water carriers for the regime are struggling to find new ways to defend the White House.  However, a recent approach seems to have gained traction and was noted by Tucker Carlson tonight.

Instead of the media and White House defending the high gas prices, massive food price increases, fuel costs, home heating costs, energy costs, and empty shelves as a result of regulatory strangleholds and poor policy, the narrative engineers are now telling everyone to “lower their expectations” for what things should be.   That way if you walk into a supermarket and there is an apple for sale, you will be surprised at the apple and avoid noticing hundreds of feet of empty shelves.

In an unusual twist to the strength of the multinationals, many large corporations are worried they will lose critical employees to smaller organizations with less than 100 employees who do not have to enforce the national worker vaccine mandate.

By itself the 100 worker rule, in combination with the exemptions being provided by the federal government for some politically connected union organizations, would seem to undercut the premise of the “national health emergency.”  If the COVID pandemic is such a national threat, why would any groups be excluded from the mandate?  However, until the Dept of Labor rule is officially registered, court cases to hear such arguments are not possible.

A recent survey by The Society for Human Resource Management, as shared by The Hill, indicates that 9 out of 10 large employers are concerned about losing significant amounts of workers due to the federal mandate:

The Hill – […] The survey reveals uneasiness among employers over the impending workplace rule, which will require employers with 100 or more employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations or frequent testing. They’re most concerned about losing workers amid an extremely tight labor market. 

Another two-thirds of employers surveyed said that they cannot afford to pay for weekly COVID-19 testing for unvaccinated workers.   […] Others are worried that they could lose unvaccinated workers to rival firms with fewer than 100 employees or to independent contracting companies that aren’t subject to the rule. Lee Smith is the one American journalist who really understands the dynamics at the heart of the issues we face.  In my opinion he is likely the best thinking journalist and writer in the nation at this moment in time.   Lee doesn’t spend time waxing philosophically about the significant challenges being faced by ordinary Americans, instead he cuts right to the heart of the subject and frames his arguments and insight in terms that appeal to logic and commonsense; a no BS approach.

In this interview Smith gives his perspective on China and a host of topics.  Smith smartly contrasts the typical views toward China against the backdrop of an autocratic government that is currently operating at the top of the executive branch and in many states across the nation.  Scrutiny is rightfully deserved right here in the U.S, “If we’re looking abroad to resist or push back against autocratic measures, we should be looking much more closely here at home.”

When the discussion moves into the conversation around the vaccine, Lee Smith nails all the points.  Fantastic points raised about the U.S. social fabric, legal structures and the need for a connective tissue to bind the members of the Rebel Alliance. Often on Sundays, we take snippets of media political discussion and deconstruct the false premise while overlaying the reality ignored by the propaganda.  This is not that.

Expanding on the outlook to overlay the issues surrounding forced vaccines in the workplace and all the propaganda therein.  Allow me to share some insight about YOUR value and YOUR worth from the perspective of a person who spent a lifetime engaged in complex systems with large numbers of people.

It may be an uncomfortable or politically incorrect thing to say in modern times; however, twenty percent of the workers in your system of employment deliver eighty percent of the productivity.  Yes, 20% of the workforce around you delivers 80% of the result.  This natural truth has been consistent for decades, and within that truism is the nature of man.

What you need to remember is.. If you are reading this, YOU are almost certain to be part of that twenty percentile that your employer or system operator depends on.  You are a doer.
