President Trump was traveling from Washington, DC to New Jersey aboard Airforce One and took the time to walk back in the plane to the assembled press pool. President Trump took numerous questions on the topics of Kilmar Garcia, the Chinese trade negotiations, Elon Musk and current economic conditions.
President Trump also notes the Big Beautiful Bill is gaining support in the Senate and he is optimistic it will pass without too much issue. Additionally, President Trump responded to a question about Ukraine by noting the drone attack against the bomber installations ends up giving President Putin the motive to continue more aggressive bombing of Ukraine, “here we go”… WATCH:
To understand the dynamic, it is necessary to remain elevated and unemotional as the confrontation takes place.
The U.S. Senate currently has two issues of great importance to President Trump within their upper chamber. The first is the Big Beautiful Bill (a reconciliation spending and budget plan). The second is Senate positioning on sanctions against Russia and support for Ukraine. Both are of great importance when you consider the domestic and geopolitical ramifications.
President Trump wants the BBB structurally passed and doesn’t care about the nibbling on the edges or customary Christmas Tree decorations (special interest add-ons). Trump wants the Term-1 tax cuts extended and the border security money, these are must haves.
On the Ukraine/Russia stuff, Trump basically wants the Senate to back away from doing anything that influences his leverage positions for a resolution he will construct. However, President Trump knows the Senate fully supports the proxy war aspect to the conflict (he doesn’t).
Trump has remained relatively quiet on Ukraine-Russia because he doesn’t want to antagonize the Senate who will use their affirmative votes for BBB as leverage to maintain the proxy war and support Ukraine. That’s the background on the BBB, Russia, Ukraine and Trump’s position.
Into this foray comes the always self-interested and short-sighted Elon Musk who -despite being an influence asset at times- has the most annoying habit of never considering the downstream consequences for his selfishness.
As Musk rails against the BBB, which took 14 months of work from the House to get across the line he runs the risk of collapsing the BBB in the senate.
The longer the BBB sits in the Senate and/or gets changed so much it will take forever to get through the House again; the longer Trump has to bite his tongue on solving the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Musk in his infinite selfishness, cannot see how he is doing real damage to Trump’s objective around Russia by stirring up opposition to the BBB. Things were getting ugly yesterday and became more so today.
President Trump is scheduled to hold a press conference today with Elon Musk at 1:30pm ET. Livestream Links Below
Musk is departing his role as a special government employee overseeing the U.S. DOGE Service. “This will be his last day, but not really, because he will, always, be with us, helping all the way,” President Trump posted on social media. The event begins at 1:30pm and then later this afternoon President Trump will be heading to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to highlight a deal between U.S. Steel and Nippon Steel.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt will be holding a press briefing today at 1:00pm ET. There is a lot of news and controversy swirling the white house as the financial system that feeds the swamp fights back against President Trump’s efforts to put American interests first.
Into this fray comes Karoline Leavitt, pushing back against the narratives promoted by the multinational media conglomerates and their domestic beneficiaries in congress. Don’t worry, it will likely get much worse – face the storm fearlessly. Livestream Links Below:
President Donald Trump participates in the swearing-in ceremony for Interim USAO for the DC office, Jeanine Pirro. The media question segment begins at 8:45 of the video below and there is a lot of news within the press portion.
The first question surrounds Russia and the recent statements from the Kremlin. President Trump says he is not able to give opinion on the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the moment and will await approximately two weeks until the “terms” are received from Russia. President Trump directed attention to Emissary Steve Witkoff who is coordinating with both Russia and Hamas in Gaza on both issues.
When pushed on the terminology being used by himself and the Russians, President Trump deferred larger more detailed opinion.
Regarding the Big Beautiful Bill and the public criticism from Elon Musk, President Trump notes the bill contains some aspects he does not like, but it required some give and take to get through the House. The Senate priorities may be different from the House priorities and those details are being worked on. There is “zero democrat support” and that makes things more challenging for Majority Leader Thune and Speaker Mike Johnson.
On the subject of tariffs, President Trump states the negotiations with China and Europe continue with abundant leverage to ensure the best interests of the USA are contained within the results. As noted by Trump “it takes a number” to begin the discussion and from that point things progress.
Back to Ukraine, President Trump is willing to meet with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Geneva, but “it takes two” and Russian participation is needed in order to get to a ceasefire. Further discussions with Zelenskyy are possible, but ultimately President Trump needs Vladimir Putin. As far as sanctions against Russia are concerned, President Trump will only consider them as part of a negotiation point if he reaches the conclusion that no other options are possible.
The second important revelation question surrounds Iran, when President Trump was asked if he warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu against taking “some sort of [military] actions against Iran.” President Trump said he would be honest and that yes, he did tell Netanyahu it would be “inappropriate” at this point of the negotiations to attack or do something provocative because he is confident a deal with Iran could be made. This will make the Israeli lobby very unhappy.
Currently there is a war of influence within the online conservative media space between the influencers who receive funding from Qatar and the influencers who receive funding from Israel. This is creating division within the base MAGA movement.
President Trump paused to speak to the assembled press pool as he departed New Jersey en route back to the White House.
President Trump noted discussions with Iran were going in a positive direction. Trump also expects the Senate to make some changes to the Tax Cut and budget bill. President Trump also outlines a phone call with EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and he has agreed to delay the tariffs against the EU by one week at her request.
On the Russia -vs- Ukraine conflict President Trump says he doesn’t like what Vladimir Putin is doing with continued missile attacks against Ukraine and will be sharing more information shortly. WATCH:
President Trump signed executive orders today targeting nuclear energy. President Trump announced a host of regulatory reforms within the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) aiming to generate new investment and new nuclear plants being built. The supportive Energy Department officials are particularly focused on developing small modular reactors as opposed to large-scale legacy reactors.
In addition to calling for a bureaucratic overhaul at the NRC, the executive orders also encourage the departments of Energy and Defense to build reactors on federal land to power data centers and military bases, speed up the process for testing new reactor technology and boost domestic supply chains for nuclear fuels. This directive comes after Congress passed legislation directing the NRC to modernize its operations and speed up the licensing process.

Earlier today President Trump used the Oval Office and the visit by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa to call out the horrific violence taking place against white Afrikaner farmers. The moment in the oval office was the biggest international spotlight every placed on the issue. Major kudos to President Trump.
President Trump showed Cyril Ramaphosa a video of political activists within South Africa calling for the murder of white farmers, and then later video showing thousands of white crosses erected to call attention to the issue. Every element of media’s cultural Marxist army has been denying the atrocities while using political correctness as both a cover and justification for the slaughter. President Trump put a spotlight on years of international lying, Ramaphosa, did not know what to say. WATCH (prompted):
To give you an example of the DC media gaslighting, consider this phrase extracted from Politico as they attempt to deny what President Trump was outlining:
…”Additionally, the president’s claims of land seizures are exaggerated. While Ramaphosa signed a law earlier this year laying out circumstances in which the state can seize land for public purposes, most landowners are compensated.”… (link)
Land seizures are “exaggerated” because “landowners are compensated.” Can media even hear themselves, or read the typeset they use?
The farmers do not want to sell their land. The farmers do not want to be “compensated.” The compensation is irrelevant in the review of seizure. The forced taking of the land, with or without compensation, is the seizure.
The murder of the white farmers is the issue, not “how many” of them are murdered.
President Trump participated in an event to honor Law Enforcement today at the White House. At the conclusion of the ceremony President Trump took questions from the media [15:00 of video below]. The majority of the questions were about President Trump’s phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. However, the remarks about Joe Biden’s diagnosis are very interesting. WATCH:
President Donald Trump sits down with Bret Baier to discuss the results of his trip to the middle east. President Trump discusses investments in America, trade negotiations, the ongoing discussions with Iran and plans to solve the conflict between Hamas and Israel in Gaza.
President Trump outlines Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as an “angry man,” albeit rightly angered by the attack on Israel on October 7th. President Trump’s remarks about Iran come as the Iranian regime is beginning to indicate a willingness to concede to Trump’s requirements. It’s all about the economics of the thing, the Trump Doctrine. WATCH:

THE TRUMP DOCTRINE – What you will notice from President Trump’s responses to questions during foreign leader engagements is the unique nature of his honesty. In the most consequential of ways, President Trump is the most consequential foreign policy leader in generations. We forget that during Trump’s first term in office, the headlines about North and South Korea were not about conflict, but rather about the possibility of unification on the Korean peninsula.
