Federal court just ruled that district court judges have NO AUTHORITY to review and possibly overturn the US military’s court martials.
Start with Mark Milley.

Of note: this case involves that traitor Bowe Bergdahl, the tool who deserted his unit in Afghanistan and was captured by the Taliban. Obama traded 5 Talibans for his release, and then hosted a celebratory party for the deserter at the White House.
Bergdahl was subsequently charged in the military justice system with desertion and other offenses, and was convicted, Prosecutors wanted jail time, but the dipshot military judge only gave him probation and fines [if I recall correctly].
This recent legal activity was the deserter trying to get his conviction overturned, and of course he found a Commie judge to do that. Today a higher Federal Court ruled that Federal District judges HAVE NO STANDING to adjudicate military judicial actions.
When is Roberts going to scold these district court judges for allowing judicial interference in cases they have no business deciding?
Roberts will probably hug them.

at some point in 2020 or 2021 there was a report from India that a random analysis of blood samples showed 70% had antibodies to covid. Extepoalted to 1.1 billion people that would mean that 770 billion had covid. there ware never a symptomatic number like that in India. I became com=nvinced at that point that the percent who had active infection was very small and immunity was confireered to the vast majority with just exposure.
Have a vague recollection that India dispensed Ivermectin (for free) to all who wanted it, which may have had much to do with the populace’s lack of infection.

She is in a jail of her own making…confined to a wheelchair, for the rest of her life, dependent on others. At risk for the complications of immobility….pressure sores on her tush, contractures to the joints in the bilateral lower extemities, risk of UTI’s that could kill her, risk of chronic constipation and or bowel obstructions maybe in need of surgeries…. Probable issues with pneumonia coming up somewhere along the line…
Hospitalizations and rehab…nursing home placement eventually.
She better hope for “life” because she will get better medical treatment as a “ward of the state” than a medicaid/medicare recipient.
