Representatives on the House Oversight Committee Task Force on Protecting Constitutional Rights and Exposing Institutional Abuses, held a hearing today on the subject of Birthright Citizenship and immigration fraud [hearing below].
The committee subpoenaed Dr. Wladimir Lorentz, the owner and founder of Miami Medical Concierge Services, following his refusal to testify. The committee intended to ask questions about the company’s role in arranging births for foreign nationals. Following the subpoena, Dr Lorentz invoked the Fifth Amendment to every question, citing a pending federal investigation into his business, also known as “Have My Baby in Miami.” WATCH (prompted):

No, we’re pretty much homebodies now at our age. Even though I loves there for a number of years lonnnng ago, Dallas is a foreign country to me now.
The Big D of my yout is long gone, can’t imagine what my long since passed brother-in-law would have to say about it, he grew up there, a Woodrow Wilson High School/SMU grad. He was a WWII/Korea Vet, got his degree from SMU on the GI Bill.
I worked in what was then the Dallas Cowboy headquarters on NC Expressway, my office right next door to the room where Tom Landry had his press conferences, and I’d sneak out to watch and listen. I used to watch football “like a man” as my older daughter said, but no longer. Heady days those..

My late father in law was born and raised in Dallas. (1915). He joined the Texas National Guard prior to WWII which was folded into the 36th Division (Texas Division) when the war started. He fought in North Africa, then landed in Sicily and onto the boot of Italy and got a battlefield commision at the Battle of Rapido River. My wife was proud of her Texas roots and got interested in tracing them through Ancestry. She found that her third great grandfather Micajah C Davis was one of the original Grayson County Pioneers. Sadly, she now has Dementia and can hardly remember any of this.

Supreme Court Justice John Roberts says birth tourism and “H1Bs who squat out citizens” is constitutional.

In his Obamacare position, Roberts actually gave the Republican Congress a means to nullify Obamacare. Tax bills must originate in the House. Obamacare originated as a Senate bill. One H-1B visa means approximately 6,7, or 8 additional people in the US.

65,000 H-1B visas means approximately 65,000 x 4 =260,000 additional people a year.
4 years x 260,000
= +1,000,000 additional people.
2.5 million in 10 years.
And that’s a conservative figure.
Not to excuse the abuse by one crowd vs the other, I’d rather have H1B holders and their families than illegals and theirs…at least the prior is presumably working and paying taxes, legally.

We need legislation passed that properly interprets the 14th Amendment and ends national suicide.
We need a strategically filed lawsuit that overturns Wong Kim Ark.
Legislation will accomplish little when courts can creatively interpret as they please.
All the extensive debates in Congress surrounding the 14th Amendment are well documented and recorded within the Library of Congress archives to this day. Deliberately ignoring those clear intents was a choice by those in that majority opinion of the Supreme Court.
The Roberts Court spiked the case with deliberate and malicious intent. It wouldn’t be the first time that the Supreme Court make political rulings that were intrinsically wrong on the level of Dredd Scott vs Sandford. See also the Obamacare ruling.
Of course. The same can be said for Congress. So why bother with these dog and pony show hearings? So long as Wong Kim Ark stands, these anchor baby clinics are legal. If Congress passes any law to stop them, it will be overturned based on WKA.
For birthright, all decisions are built on Wong Kim Ark. It was one of the worst decisions in history of the Court.
Granted this last case involving birthright citizenship was all teed up to set new precedent and end that practice set with Wong Kim Ark. But we know how that turned out, and with a scathing dissent from Justice Clarence Thomas going into those details.

Sadly, Wong Kim Ark was yet another activist court decision. The Justices did not like the Chinese Exclusion Act which blocked his parents from naturalization: so they granted him de fact birthright citizenship. I would like to see Justice Thomas’s take on Wong Kim Ark.

Coney Barrett thought that she was being clever in her opinion when she cited English common law as the basis for birthright citizenship. People born under the Crown are subjects not citizens.

WKA is widely misunderstood, including by the current Supreme Court in their recent decision. WKA made the U.S.-born children of legal permanent resident immigrants to be U.S. citizens. It also stipulated the parents must be in the U.S. “carrying on business”, meaning employed in the U.S., but their employment could not be as a diplomatic officer or serving in any official capacity for a foreign govt. So it can be argued it did not include children of illegals at all, nor the children of any legally admitted foreigners present in the U.S. for any other purposes. It simply did not address those other categories, therefore WKA should not have been precedent for many, perhaps most, children born to foreigners, and definitely not the children born to parents using these birth tourism schemes.
Hopefully a future lawsuit can properly bring out all these issues and maybe the recent SC decision can be corrected or reversed. Of course, getting the law and Constitution right does not seem too high on the list of what motivates Roberts.
Leo Donofrio took a shot at WKA with his NBC lawsuits. Roberts made sure those were blocked at every turn too.
Whoever owns these judges and politicians sure has a keen sense of which subverted precedents need to be protected at all cost.

If someone investigated hospitals in every international port of entry they would find similar operations going on.
Places like Miami, LA and SFO get the bulk of the news.
Pretty much any hospital. Here in central NC, the one in our neighborhood had a process – two admins were at non-citizen mom’s bedside within minutes of birth, all the anchor baby paperwork quickly completed and gone about as fast as it took to suction the baby. No questions asked.
I figured there were significant financial incentives for the hospital.

I was an engineer on the launch system. All subcontractor engineering teams were told we had to go from a few flights per year, to 50 a year. A “politcal decision” we were told. Most could, but Morton Thikol team came back and said they couldn’t safely turn around the booster rockets that fast after fishing them out of the ocean. Management overrode them. Nothing was ever the same after that. I soon left – in 1985.
A year later a booster rocket failed and the Challenger blew up.

Morton Thikol team advised not to launch Challenger that morning because of the extraordinary low temperatures all night long, negatively affecting the performance of the O-ring seals in between the booster sections.
That’s the official story. Sure NASA did not want to scrub. They had launch rate goals to meet. But, the fate of the rocket booster was cast long before that cold morning. Temperature was a factor, not the root cause.
Had the tolerances between the sections been within spec, the O-rings would have held. The rocket boosters were assembled in sections, sealed by huge o-rings. The mating surfaces required extremely close tolerances, which deformed from the extreme heat of launch and the severe impact hitting the ocean.
The time needed to check and correct the tolerances was the critical path item which the Morton-Thikol engineers reported to management they could complete fast enough for the mandated turnaround time.
I remember watching every Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo launch in school
Quite a spectacle, for sure. We used to watch some pretty awesome launches here on the West Coast out of Vandenburg Airbase in the early 70’s. They weren’t “Apollo” launches, but still left an impression on whoever was afforded the opportunity to observe one.
But like everything else in this country in the last 50 years, NASA went all to hell while spending billions and accomplishing nothing. At least our Dear President today recognizes not only the need to create a new Space Program but also the need to prevent illegals from spawning their ilk on our soil as well.

This hearing was great because it makes the contrast so clear – we could have two more years of an America First trajectory or two years of what these barbarians are dishing out. It is not at all true that our votes don’t matter – that is part of the psy-op to give power to the steal by depressing our vote. Our votes matter and the choice, while not perfect, could not be more clear.
