I can’t watch the video because the pictures alone haunt me. The victim closely resembles my daughter.
She was alive for at least 2-3 minutes. Nobody sitting around her on the train helped. One woman got up out of her seat and don’t even look over at her. Just walked away.
It took a kid from the other side of the train to check on her. By that time she was dead.
My blood is boiling so hot my wife had to yell at me to try and get me to calm myself.
People probably didn’t help her for fear of what that lunatic would do to them. Those people know that no one is coming to save them if they live in a blue city or blue state.

I believe your assessment is correct in that if you take out large, democrat run cities the US has a very low crime rate. I would also maintain criminal activity is less to do with melanin content and more to do with culture. Inner city culture in general glorifies criminality, abuse of drugs, abuse of women and general antisocial behavior.
If you wanted to lower the crime rate simply disarm all democrats — poof! 90% of the problems disappear.
