When it comes to the people around Joe Biden and elections, Philadelphia is oddly the only venue they use with frequency.

As NBC announces that Joe Biden will deliver another “threat to democracy” campaign speech, the venue is once again Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  This is the fifth time Philly has been used as the backdrop for advancing the narrative of MAGA extremism as a threat to the authoritarian control state of the Biden administration.

(VIA NBC) – President Joe Biden will cast former President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy Saturday in a speech set to be delivered on the third anniversary of the Jan. 6 insurrection, the Biden campaign said this week.

The speech is expected to be a key component of the campaign’s efforts to highlight the stakes of the presidential election, one that’s shaping up to be a rematch of the 2020 contest.

On a call with reporters announcing Saturday’s event, campaign officials used dire terms in warning against a potential Trump victory.

Communications director Michael Tyler said that if Trump wins in November, he “will use all of his power to systematically dismantle and destroy our democracy.”

It is often said in recent years that events in Europe present as the precursor for events that later follow in the U.S. and North America.  Indeed, there are many points of reference which support this outlook.

According to recent media reporting, various state police agencies in Europe took action against Islamic extremists, identified as ISIS-k affiliates, to stop planned terror attacks against Christian targets, specifically well-known cathedrals, this Christmas holiday season.   The events took place in Austria and Germany, with targets identified in Vienna and Western Germany.

(Jerusalem Post) – Austrian, German, and Spanish police were on high alert at cathedrals in several cities due to concerns that Islamists were planning a terrorist attack on Christmas or New Year’s Eve, with several suspects already arrested in Vienna and Germany, according to German reports.

According to the Bild, several suspects were arrested in the Ottakring district of Vienna, while another was arrested in Saarland, Germany.  The arrested suspects are Tajiks allegedly affiliated with the Islamic State in Khorasan Province, the branch of ISIS in south-central Asia, according to the report.

Vienna Police noted in a press release that there is an “increased terror alert level” and “generally an increased risk in Austria during the Christmas holidays.”

“Since terrorist actors across Europe are calling for attacks on Christian events – especially around [Christmas Eve,] December 24 – the security authorities have increased the corresponding protective measures in public spaces in Vienna and the federal states,” Vienna Police said, adding that there would be increased patrols and surveillance during the holidays, with attention focused primarily on churches, religious events, and Christmas markets. Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz and former Department of Defense Chief of Staff Kash Patel discuss President Donald Trump’s criminal case, the J6 targeting and the use of FISA-702 to conduct political surveillance.

I am prompting the video to 02:20 to focus one aspect of the interview on the Republican led FISA-702 reauthorization and extension.  I agree with almost everything Mr Patel says about the ramifications of the GOPe House, led by HPSCI Chairman Mike Turner, and the FISA extension.  However, there is also an aspect that 99% of everyone misses, and within that dynamic we become victims to our own willful blindness.  First, watch the segment on FISA-702 (prompted):

Everyone agrees the version of the House authorization by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) is the worst possible outcome; it expands 702 abuse by expanding the surveillance authority.  That reality is factually accurate and correct.

A very strong and deliberate interview of Representative Clay Higgins (R-LA) by Lara Logan.  Rep Higgins has been very critical of DHS, DOJ and FBI conduct in the January 6th insurrection narrative. {Direct Rumble Link}

In this interview, Representative Higgins gets very deliberate and stern about “uncharted waters, as it relates to the weaponization of government.”  The tone of Higgins is in direct proportion to his anger at those within federal law enforcement who have usurped the constitution.  As a result, Higgins himself has become the target by those in the administrative state who participate in the weaponization. There is good news again within this story, but only if you fully comprehend what the institution of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) represents as an outcome of the Fourth Branch of Government, and what the Senate Foreign Relations Committee is in place to do.

The SSCI is the facilitating institution that collaborates with the intelligence state to facilitate the construct of the surveillance walls around us.  The SSCI is the mechanism that permits the Deep State to function without impediment.  The Senate Foreign Relations Committee is the mechanism for the Senate to enrich the members.  If you don’t grasp that reality, you cannot fathom the enemy we face, nor the ramifications of how the DC control system shows their outlook.

Within this story, you discover the CIA, NSA, DNI, DIA, DOJ-NSD, Pentagon and State Dept all believe President Donald J. Trump is going to win the 2024 election.  If they didn’t fear and anticipate his victory, the Senate would not be taking action to control the ramifications of his pending victory.  That’s the context. WASHINGTON DC – Congress has approved legislation that would prevent any president from withdrawing the United States from NATO without approval from the Senate or an Act of Congress. 

The measure, spearheaded by Sens. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) and Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), was included in the annual National Defense Authorization Act, which passed out of the House on Thursday and is expected to be signed by President Biden. (read more)

In preparation for 2024 CTH now has a strong source arsenal of very specific contacts.  I can say with certainty that Tucker Carlson publicly expresses significant support for Elon Musk and his Twitter endeavor; however, privately Tucker says he doesn’t trust Musk one bit.

What’s the motive for the two faces?  Easy, Carlson is launching his own platform, and he is publicly positioning for the largest populist audience, while avoiding the harder road of speaking true, yet unpopular opinions.   Tucker isn’t the only voice doing that, and (short term) Musk is benefiting, but watch out.  Take that reality as you will, but it’s a truthful baseline.
